I got this for four bucks looked online it was selling for 60 its from Israel vintage 1971 this place got the best prices and the best employees friendly and the prices are super duper, their point system should be better though thats the only issue I have... their point system is horrible

I got a better deal then i thought I was going to get. I got an extra 10% off. ALWAYS good to save a little more. The only thing is I went for shorts and a skirt and the pickings were slim. Thats a good thing for them. They are getting business. Good job guys👍

My husband and I went to this store to look and buy a living room set. The women employees there were RUDE. I was wearing my cloth mask, hard to breath in. while I was talking to an employee my mask kept slipping down and I was told 3 times to put my mask up over my nose, which I did and it kept slipping down.If I have to tell you one more time mam, I will have to have you leave the store. No need for that. We gladly left and we NOT going back there. and the furniture that we were interested was FILTHY. We found what we wanted some where else. Much better quality, a LOT cheaper, and very friendly service.

Worst customer service experience we have ever had. Entered the store, got accosted by one of the cashiers right away. My brother didnt have a mask with him and he politely asked for one, the one cashier glared at him as if it was too much to ask. GIVEN THE STUPID GOVERNORs ORDER, BUSINESSES SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A MASK...Anyway...we found a dresser for my son, and when we went to pay for it, not a word from any of the three people behind the counter. Just glares and nasty stares. Paid for the dresser, and my brother said thank you, no reply from any of the three cashiers. NASTY, UNPLEASANT AND RUDE CASHIERS. I will never ever do business here again. Ought to notify this companys corporate office to make sure these people never work here again.

My wife and I love going to stores like Thriftown, Savers, Eagle Talons and more, but this one is dirty and smelly. When I could smell it in the parking lot, I should have known better. The way a property is kept is often indicative of the staff. Which leads to why I wont shop here again. The staff are some of the rudest, least helpful anywhere. Its rather surprising how poor. This was my second visit to this store. The first time was when I first moved to Belen and I thought it was just a bad day. Now I know its just normal.

Honestly since theyve moved locations the items they get in are less than desirable. Some newer employees are a little rude but the people that have been there are always nice. And the stores really dark and crowded and smells so musty. 🤢 i dont enjoy shopping here anymore.

I saw two female workers today hound this old lady and mistreat her with verbal threats. They blatantly disregarded their own Covid guidelines. I left andWont be returning, terrible service. Not a safe place to shop at, especially for the elderly.

Friendly staff great prices great stuff

The prices are nice on most of the items in the store; however, their shirts on the mens side get ruined when they put the blue plastic thru the back causing a hole when you pull it out.

Love this place its like a box of chocolates you never know what you might find. And every dollar I spend stays local and helps others better themselves.

Went there around 10:30ish and I know they just opened, so maybe they were still opening up. However, staff were okay and checkout was easy, but place kinda seemed dark and annoying flies here and there and they do accept cash and card, which is nice to have both options. Also prices were decent, maybe Ill revisit again, but later in the day and see how that works out.

Need more plus size clothing

I hadnt been in a while & the women that now work there as cashiers are extremely rude & unfriendly. No greeting when we entered the store which used to happen. We stood at the register waiting to check out for about 10 min before I asked the clerk if we could be waited on. She just ignored us as she pretended to be busy behind the counter. Then she stared at us like it hurt her to ring us up. My mom bought some rare & expensive China today & when she asked for a box to place it in they acted like it was the end of the world even though there were boxes right behind them in the cashier stand. The China cost over $200 in this store. No thank you, goodbye, or come again either. Please Hire some courteous & FRIENDLY Cashiers and maybe you will stay in business with the new Goodwill in town. We wont be back.

Prices are always good there and the proceeds go to challenged people. If you buy one of their shopping bags you get a discount for using it. Every Sunday is Senior day and if over 50 years old you get 50% off the total. Its great for me. I work outside and inside dirty work so I get most my clothes there for work. Ive gotten jeans that have never been worn before also.

This is a great small town thrift store supporting a wonderful cause. They have a large and pretty organized store. They sell furniture, clothes, and general household goods. Very friendly people and you can’t beat the prices.

I love this place, BUT you have to WATCH the price tags. I do not know who prices the stuff that comes in; however, they are often way off base on the prices. The one in Belen was the best, but they closed it. Too bad.

This is such a good thrift store, its crazy that it has bad reviews. They will sometimes get name brand clothes and some nice like-new ones too you just gotta look. They have discount days and a red bag that you take to get additional discount, its hardly ever a lot you end up paying. What I truly hate is how these people will be complaining when the store employs people with disabilities which I think is a great cause. I always bring the things I dont need here instead of trying to sell them online because of that very fact. Besides, how can you even compare this store to goodwill when that store somehow thinks their junk is worth more than the new things you would find at walmart or ross. Its ridiculous and I stopped going because of this. They say they help but Ive personally never seen a disabled or mentally challenged person working there. To each their own I guess.

The colored price tags on the clothing is not good. because it creates a hole in the merch i think you all should put it somewhere it doesnt damage the product. And i look at the clothing and everytime the tags are put in the wrong place and i see the clothing isnt worth buying because of it. Please work on this problem.

Prices are all over the place. Womens jeans mixed in with the mens. Picky about what donations they will accept (which is why the smart folks drop stuff off after hours). Employees who string extension cords all over the place and wont even say excuse me when a customer would like to move past. An often frustrating experience. Really looking forward to the new Goodwill.

If you dont mind used books, clothes, dishes etc. This store will have it and mist rides are decent.

High prices

I love thrift stores, but the one in Los Lunas has become run down. Its dirty-stains on carpet, clothes on floor and sometimes smells. I dont understand why shoes are so high? $10 boots, $8.00 heels?. Too bad the Belen store is closing, its always clean in there and racks are organized. Most shoes are all $3.00. If business is going to change to this store, I recommend some changes, especially reasonable prices!

Atmosphere is run down and most of the products are sub-par. The staff is nice and helpful.

Worst thrift store ever! I tried to take something to donate they wouldnt accept it. Besides things are way over priced and I can get the same things at Walmart cheaper. I will be taking my business to Goodwill instead.
