I am glad that Low Supermarket is located in our hometown. It has its ups and downs, but overall it is a nice store to run into and Shop and not have to deal with the hugeness of Walmart. They need to improve their Staffing so that their staff how better customer service skills. Some of them do but most of them do not, especially the manager. However, having said that, I still enjoy my shopping experience there.

I like to do my food shopping here because its closest to my home but majority of the staff are not very friendly and there are some that seem to even hate their jobs because they give dirty looks. I will say there is some good deals but aside from the deals their food is pricey. So due to the prices and rude service I choose to drive longer and go to Walmart instead.

Took the time to call ahead and order pork fat was given a time to pick it up, showed up and was told the they no long take meat orders due to people not picking them up(which was never disclosed when I called and placed my order), said their machinery was already cleaned for the day and I would have to show up another day for what I wanted. I was in the middle of processing wild game that I harvested and scheduled my whole processing routine over my 2:30 pickup they put me in a huge bind. I was told by the store manager she could not over see the meat market and that the meat manager was not present on this particular day and there was nothing she could do. Thankfully Walmart was able to fulfill what I needed.

Love the deals here, travel about 35 miles ti shop here.. I hate running into the occasional rude worker but they have the biggest selection of the empanadas my husband likes.. Will be back!!

No surprises here. Shelves were stocked. store was clean. Crew friendly. The ready foods wasnt available (ie whole roasted chicken)

More like convenience store than a supermarket employees do not provide much help and the prices are outrageous

Reminds me of the good ole days when going to the grocery store was fun. Its got that small town atmosphere, not too big but has almost everything you may need. Clean all around and nice employees. Still offers bargains here and there.

They are getting more specialty foods that are for more appropriate for my paleo-diet. Their veggies are always beautiful in the produce department.

Unfortunately I like this store but because I didnt have my old drivers license with my temporary paper license. They wouldnt let me purchase adult beverages and I Know for a fact I was old enough to be the cashiers Mom

Had items I needed. Fast check out. And first time coming into store without the horrible smell when you first come in and shop. ( store has had this smell for years) Whatever your crew is doing keep it up. I didnt have to rush to get out of there.

What they have is good just limited.

The people over there really help you they service you great especially Linda Campbell she is great with her customers

Always well stocked. Nice produce. The meat department is iffy, a lot of time there is meat that looks questionable. The store is clean, but due to it having carpet, it always smells like a wet mop.

I always enjoy going there to shop. I find the stuff I use that I cant find in other stores there. When shes there I always go to cashier Cathy. Shes a very friendly person.

Great neighborhood grocery that is doing what they can to protest customers. Wide selection, well stocked, good prices - all made the shopping enjoyable and then you add the staff. Cashiers were fast and friendly, staff in the aisles were helpful and kind. We will always go here before Walmart.

With everything that is going on right now with the pandemic I got to Lowes and it was a small line which went pretty fast. I did my shopping and I was really impressed of how fast getting people in-and-out of there. Theyve been doing a really good job and keeping up with these hard times. I give thanks to all workers there at Lowes for all that theyve been doing. Thank you and God-bless

So much easier to shop here than the mega store up the street.Always a good selection.Sunday mornings, the chicken enchiladas in the hot section are always good.Also enjoy the prepared carna adobada in the meat market. Drop that with some taters & onions into the crock pot and supper is served!

Interesting selection. Great, gluten free frozen waffles- cant find them anywhere else.

Had to stand in line - but it moved quickly. Great alternative to the hours long lines at Walmart. I found most of what I was looking for and the personnel were very helpful. A truck came in with frozen foods and when I couldnt find pie crusts, one of the stockers checked the load and brought it to me in the checkout line. I shop there when I need quick pickups and they are always helpful.

Cashier was rude, tried to put our beef in the same bag as our chicken, when she saw that separated them into seperate bags she gave me some ugly face and was snarky until we left. She needs to be trained in customer service and bagging groceries. Seems that Lowes will just hire anyone and let them run a checkstand. SMH

I would rate a solid 5 star if they could keep up on their stock. With the world in the state its in currently, I suppose I cant blame them. Items not found: Alfredo sauce and Parmigiano cheese. Their meat cuts could stand to be a bit more generous as well, id be glad to pay for the extra for a man size cut!

The parking lot at night is not well lit. I felt unsafe getting in my vehicle after shopping. Customers walking in appear of low caliber..dirty and disheveled. Staff also appear slightly unclean and disheveled. Tattoos on staff give the appearance of felons working there. The store needs a major remodel...old and dirty in alot of areas. As I exited the store with my groceries, the hair on the back of my neck went up. I trust my gut and my gut says this business is unsafe at night.Im not trying to be sarcastic or mean..just stating the facts, as I saw them.

With this pandemic I really wanted to support a smaller market but their prices are so high I just cant. The store is old and needs a good remodel.

Treated right and workers are very respectful

The store was entirely too crowded and with people flagrantly disregarding the signs posted all over the store. I am immunocompromised and live with family that has underlying health conditions that makes them highly susceptible to COVID. Suffice to say that I will NOT be visiting again until either my entire family has been vaccinated or the store actually starts enforcing their covid-safe policies.

This was an emergency stop NEVER again! The cashiers are rude, complaining about their management, the coworker who always calls in etc. The carpet flooring STINKS! Like they are not rinsing or changing out there water in the machine used to clean. I wouldnt even give them a star but w/o a star I cant give an honest review ☹️
