Went in on Sat. evening and was assisted by a very experienced salesman that went out to my car to gain knowledge of my brake light problem. Not only did he find the problem he installed the proper bulbs and had me on my way in just minutes. Many thanks from a 70 yr old single female.

Came in a few weeks ago for a new battery later in the afternoon, Napa was recommended to me and i was told to ask them to help me swap out my battery and they would. Well came in got one asked for help swapping it out and the gentleman said NO. He made a few excuses short staffed and as I looked around clearly they were not then he said that it was shift change but it was later in the afternoon so I know that was not true aswell. I ended having to call someone who had to drive over and help me. It was a little chilly outside but I work in customer service and dont think that is a excuse not to offer a service that would be offered if it was a nice sunny day out.

The staff was really helpful. I was looking for specific products - a headlight cleaner/polisher and a tire pressure gauge. They had both so I could pick up and go to work at home same day. The only negative was that the polisher was significantly more expensive than on Amazon, but it was the one I wanted with no waiting, so I was able to get the job done on my headlights TODAY.

Auto clerk was very helpful with exchanging my battery. I bought a new one two weeks ago and it froze on me.

Bought a battery and clerk said he couldn’t install because you have to pull a bunch out of the car to get the battery in (2010 impala). Removed one brace and had battery in in less than 7 minutes, not very knowledgeable or is lazy.

Decent selection. Fairly knowledgeable staff. Check the dates - the turnover on car batteries isnt the greatest.

Initially I went to the wrong store, I was carrying a car battery half my weight from another parking lot across theirs due to a lack of proper signage inc. We have moved to a different building 600 ft to the west, do not park here if youve anything to carry in; however, the employee I requested help of did not hesitate to do so. It is unfortunate though, whomever I spoke to on the phone before I drove out there (from Bozeman,) did not know of what she spoke. I stood in line for a good while behind three other customers before finding out I had been misinformed and should have gone to the Bozeman store like I originally had intended. Regardless, I didnt need to request anyones help, as the young man carried the battery back without hesitation or complaint, and that I much appreciated!

Day before labor day on my way home to MN my truck died. The technician troubleshoot and even loaned me tools to replace my alternator so I could get home instead of waiting says for a mechanic. I cant recommend this store enough.
