I was beyond pleased with the upgrade work Diesel Pros performed on my Sprinter conversion van. All the work that Roper and your team performed is of excellent quality with good fit and finish. And it didn’t escape me that you fit 18 hours of hard work into a day and a half so I could get back on the road. All in all excellent customer service and you exceeded my expectations. You run a great business and you should be proud of your staff.

This was a great place to stop. Our engine was making a weird noise, but running alright. Eventually we smelled something hot so we decided to take it to Diesel Pros. They took one look and knew exactly what was wrong, thankfully it was an easy fix. Very personable and would recommend to anyone.

We were at the end of a 5500 mile road trip with our fifth wheel when we experienced the loss of power in our Ford diesel truck. Had coolant leak that my gasser mechanic didn’t want to touch, was under the gun getting ready for a pull to Spokane they were able to squeeze me in short notice and take care of it under estimated cost and haven’t lost a drop in the last thousand miles pulling in hot weather. Diesel pros is the best shop I have used. My 6.0 broke down outside of Livingston which is about 2,000 miles from my home. They got to my truck right away after having it towed in. Put a new turbo in, and scavenged some other parts that Ford didnt have. These guys were awesome. I would seriously consider making the long drive from my house for any further major work to my truck. Clean shop and epic service. Thank you to Wes and Tim!

I was told our custom truck was all done and everything is as it should be after a tragic accident and rebuild (7 month project), after an 8 hour stressful drive to Bozeman I knew something had to be wrong. They happened to be dealers for our suspension, so I gave them a call, and Josh and Wes were just super nice first impressions. Gary drove it and within 30 seconds knew what the problem was. They got us taken care of within a day and our return trip, and the whole drive home was actually fun because our truck actually wasnt trying to steer off the road and get us into another accident. Scam artists! Stole my money at gun point while holding my truck hostage.Lied through their teeth to me. Yes I’m talking about the owner who lied right to my face! They tried to sell me an engine when nothing was wrong with mine! They told me I was hydro-locked when I had a torque converter bolt lodged between flex plate and torque converter...When they realized they messed up they lied and stole my money! Straight up! I bet the reviews are The owners drinking buddies... be warned!

These guys were amazing. Bozeman Ford Lincoln and RV told us to bring our broken down F350 in and they would be waiting for us. When we finally got towed in 90 miles, they informed us that they had no idea when they could get to us. That heartbreaking news was almost unbearable. This has been planned for a year. I was on my way back to Yellowstone last Sunday when my diesel PU suddenly lost power and was rattling like crazy. I couldnt go any faster than 10 MPH. I found Diesel Pros. online and limped to their shop. I was so fortunate that Gary and his wife were there. They did an amazing job in fitting the repairs needed in between other jobs. We limped into town on a Thursday night, with our 2003 F350 towing a horse trailer full of furniture to help our son move from Washington. It was blowing black smoke and couldnt do more than 30 mph over the last two passes. We showed up at 8 a.m. on Friday (they are closed Sat/Sun and we had to leave Sunday) and Gary, the owner, agreed to look at it and, if it was what he thought, try to fix it that day. Sure enough it was what he thought and they replaced the EGR valve and air filter that afternoon, even though they are typically 2 weeks out for appointments, and we were able to drive home on Sunday. They were professional, honest, and helpful. We are truly grateful!

I wanted these folks to drop my tank and clean it and check the pickup tube on the sending unit and check the pressure on my fass system .They said they adjusted the pressure on the fass pump and never dropped the tank to check it like i asked but thought my injector pump that i just had changed a little over a year ago was bad (around $3000) for them to change it . Im not a diesel mechanic but i told them that i had problems on the interstate each time the truck got to about a 1/2 tank of fuel and thought the pick up tube might be cracked or split. Almost $700 later they still hadnt checked it like i had asked.Wont ever use or recommend them to anyone .Listen to your customers

Gary and staff are very knowledgeable. We were traveling and experiencing some over-heating issues and stopped in without an appointment just as they opened. Gary took the time to talk with us and check out the truck before making a suggestion. He made time for us later that day too to get the work done so we could get back on the road. When a part they replaced failed (manufacturer defect), we called and they got us back in the same day to fix it. Gary and his staff really take pride in and stand behind the work they do. Couldnt be happier we stumbled upon this shop while traveling.

Im a Wisconsin guy with a Ford Excursion 6.0 diesel. I was pulling a car carrier hauling a car from Wisconsin to Bozeman. A couple of hours outside of Bozeman, I started having power issues. I stopped at 2 dealerships. The 1st one stated it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it, and 2nd one said it would be a 1 week wait before they could even look at it. Someone suggested I should check out the Diesel Pros shop. My first impression when I walked in the door was, Wow! What a shop! What a set-up! When I met Josh and Wes, I learned they had a full schedule, too, but they said they would adjust things to get it in soon because I had to return to Wisconsin the next day. Within 2 hours, they called me after the diagnostics were complete. They found 2 problems...pressure valve regulator and a sensor. They said they would have it done by the end of the day, and sure enough, it was. The price was very reasonable. Wow! What great customer service! Thanks, again, Josh, Wes, and all who were involved in getting us back on the road. Were halfway back to Wisconsin with the mountains behind us, pulling a loaded trailer, and the diesel is running like a champ!
