They don’t negotiate on the sticker price; which surprisingly is also refreshing after tunnel vision at looking at hundreds of trucks.The vehicle has been run through their systems, mechanical and electrical and there is an ease of registration and finance.There was an odor in the car which they undertook to sort out.Private sales can of course be cheaper, and there are pros and cons of both; but this is efficient and straight forward.It is a sellers market currently and this was a good experience after the private jungle.We didn’t have a vast budget for anything new or semi-new and it was good to walk around and see what suited our pocket.The vehicles are all well placed on the KBB indicator.Mike Lus was the salesperson, experienced, pragmatic and straight forward. Ressler of Belgrade was great!! Scott responded to my inquiry immediately. When my vehicle was out of commission, he drove a vehicle from Belgrade to Bozeman so I could test drive it, and he waited while the mechanic checked a car over. When I had decided on one, I gave them my non-refundable deposit and they walked me through all the financing options so I could compare them. After a few days, a different car ended up working better for me and they refunded the deposit for me after holding the car for several days! Great company! I would recommend them to anyone.

Alan Stadiotto was awesome. My car died and living in Big Sky it was really hard to get to Bozeman to purchase a new to me vehicle. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Alan did take his time to help me find a vehicle. Needless to say, I drove to Bozeman to purchase a vehicle and am now regretting what I was sold. I understand they are used vehicles, but when you ask if there was a accident and they say no, show you the carfax and assure you it hasn’t...I believed them. Well today I opened the trunk and there were two large tires in the back and you can clearly see it caved in from getting hit. You can’t tell me they worked on it and never saw it. Also the smell coming from the AC is horrific, have to drive with the windows down and also needs a alignment. Taking it in for a recall that shows up on it also which would have been nice to be told. As a small business owner in Billings, I will definitely not be recommending them. Now let’s see if it breaks down 🤦🏼‍♀️

I bought a 2016 kia soul from Ressler in Belgrade. About three weeks after while I was moving, the oil light started flickering. I called my sales person right away, ready to freak out lol. He got me into the service shop right away. The mechanic, Allan, was SUPER accommodating and basically took care of everything. Because it was under warranty, they really couldnt touch it much. He got everything set up to have it towed to the kia dealership in Billings and I didnt have to lift a finger. He even called a few days later to check up on the status of my vehicle and make sure everything was okay. My sales person, TC, and his boss Russ gave me a car to borrow for the week, though they were under no obligation to. Turns out, my car only needed a minor repair, it was just a bad aftermarket oil filter... and my warranty wasnt going to cover a rental car to go to Billings and pick it up. I called Russ to see if I could borrow a little more of a reliable car to go get it and he said yes right away and got me set up with a different car. They were very accommodating through this whole thing, especially because I was in the middle of moving, and made everything a lot easier. My car is doing great with no hiccups and they went above and beyond the service they provide. Will definitely be buying from them when I upgrade in the future.

Sold me a lemon. As soon as I drove it off the lot the car refused to start or even turn over. Dealership took it back and fixed it over the weekend, giving me a loaner which was nice. Less than a month later Im driving to Salt Lake when I have to pull over because the skid plates had come loose and I had to remove them. Bringing the car back to the shop they took four days to replace the skid plates and misdiagnose a bunch of other problems with the car saying I had drained my battery for leaving a phone charger plugged in over night without a phone attached. Did not receive a loaner car during that and when I brought it up to the dealership about the inconvenience he told me, tough. I move to Seattle the next month and as I am driving on I-5, I have a major tire blow-out. Costs me $1000 to replace all four tires. A month after that, I get a warning saying the airbags are malfunctioning but I just ignore it. Two weeks later I am driving when the transmission blows out. I rolled it to the nearest Honda dealership and am now driving a car which has given me 0 problems in the past few weeks, a new record for me! Oh, and I lost 6 grand by trading in the car Ressler sold me because it was basically scrap anyways. Id choose a different dealership in Bozeman.

Ive had my 08 Nissan Rogue for nearly a month and still loving it! I have to say, I had a great experience at Ressler in Belgrade. The salesman, TC, was SO patient with me and not only answered all of my questions but did research when he didnt know. I never once felt pressured to buy something that didnt suit my needs or was out of my budget and I think thats pretty rare at a car dealership.One thing I was especially impressed with was their priority in selling a quality vehicle. I requested a copy of the service report and was shocked at how much they did to make sure my Rogue was safe and in great condition. They replaced worn axles, brakes, battery, did a brake fluid flush, replaced the cracked windshield, and much more! Ive never been more confident in driving a used car off the lot!Ressler also found financing for me, even when it didnt look like it would be possible. The interest rate isnt great but it was worth having a safe and reliable vehicle. Theres no penalty for early pay off so I felt confident that I could pay it off without paying an outrageous amount of interest. Im a college student with a part time job so Im feeling pretty lucky!The only critical thing I have to say is that it took a long time to get my car ready to purchase. I chose the car and put a deposit down before it was fully serviced, knowing it wouldnt be ready for a week. TC made it clear I would wait longer because of a holiday and because they had so many cars ahead of mine. Needless to say, it was well worth the wait!I couldnt be happier with my Rogue! I worked with Cody and Mary form the Bozeman store and was incredibly pleased with the level of customer service from both of them. They went above and beyond to find me my perfect car. When I was sent to the Belgrade store to work with Hailey, I was greeted with friendly smiles and knowledgeable staff. I loved the best price model and the fact that it did not feel like i was being taken advantage of. First, let me start by saying I really dont like used car sales people....the smoke and mirrors....the back and forth negotiations...yuck. All I can say about Ressler Motors of Belgrade is WOW!
