Fast turnaround on my PC that died on a weekend. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted something fast with longevity. I wanted OPTIONS and opportunities for upgrade. I wanted something I could turn on and give zero thoughts to the performance when I needed it.ICONIK delivered.Theres something to be said about a CEO who has a degree in English. Communication was clear, constant and very professional. With the ability to cater the information to the user, I received a CUSTOM users manual to show me where and how I could upgrade the system myself in the future, should my son need it for school or my wife need it for work.What impressed me most was the methodical construction. ICONIK, at my request, provided updates as the computer was built (it only took a week after I ordered it). ICONIK didnt hassle me- just professionally kept me in the loop. Details about the component level testing impressed me- you would think they were building something to go on orbit. The last picture i received prior to shipping was the system-level stress test (the final gate to pass prior to shipping). This was not only exciting and cool to see, but it provided me confidence in my investment. After I received it ICONIK followed up to ensure I was satisfied and even answered a few questions.If you are like me and dont want to waste your money every 3-6 years on a desktop from a department store, and you dont have the time to research every single component, ICONIK is right for you.

I bought my computer in spring of 2016 and it is still running like a champ. Working with audio and processing, I need it to run without lagging as I apply workloads on it and it has handled what I’ve thrown at it so far. Great work.

Through him I configured a desktop build for my mother so that she would have a reliable computer for long term use. Additionally he has refurbished a couple of laptops for me, including one that my dad uses on a daily basis. Since he is local to them, I know that if they have any issues, he is able to help them.
