Pilot station is AWESOME! BUT beware if your truck breaks down! All 4 local tow companies will rip you off bad! I was quoted $500 for a tow to go just 1 block away to MCM repair. Other tow companies will ONLY tow you to their repair shops where there is a LONG 2-3 day waiting list!Beware of the local tows here!!

Very accommodating, helpful staff, who explained how the rewards card and app work. Very clean, hot showers and very clean (tho small) laundry facilities. Great coffee, tho a separate half-and-half / milk dispenser would be appreciated. Tons of food choices, hot and cold, healthy vs. not so much.

Stopped to fuel, shower and break. Nice store. Poor Management.No shower because they are all dirty. Was advised there would be no showers for at least 2 hours because there is no one to clean them.If I had known this ahead of time I would have fueled elsewhere.

Customer service is lacking! There were 2 workers at the counter not helping anyone, just standing there. I asked for a shower and I was told they were dirty and it would be 30-45 minutes before one would be available. Mind you, 2 workers were standing at the counter and nobody was checking out. How hard is it to go spray down a shower and leave 1 person at the counter while its slow? Little do they know I planned on stopping here for the weekend waiting on my load, so they would have gotten steady business from me all weekend. Instead, they lost my business. Ill go to the next truck stop that is more capable of serving customers.

Staff is ok, never seem to have theyre computers working which is annoying. Second time stopping here, their equipment was down both times couldnt buy anything.

Nice clean hot shower. Plenty of parking. Plenty of food and snack items. They are very nice. The most important thing was they thanked me.

All day on the road. Stop and get fuel, and park the rig. Go in to get a shower at 9:30pm after the evening shower rush, and the woman at the counter tells me no more showers because there’s no one to clean them. How the hell can you run a truck stop like that? Nothing but junk food burritos in their hot case, and cold sandwiches. The lot is nice at least.

Paid cash to fill up my truck... then asked for a shower and was told to go down the street to the other pilot as they werent gonna ckean any more showers.....Well thank you for taking my business and money and not providing me with a shower.... i run a RGN and get dity af loading and unloading.. Poor business etgics here, this is the first time ive experienced something like this... so thank you for that. I will taking my business else were here on out.

Poor interstate access. Parking lot has a lot of debris, I picked up a screw in one of my tires between driving from the pump and into a space. On the plus side, lots of truck parking, clean modern bathrooms.

My food was cold, and when sent back it came back almost the same temp... one of the lower quality pilots. Decor out of the 80s . Great people though but portions on food was not big enough, food seemed like leftovers warmed up in a broken microwave . Had to get a couple corn dogs on the way out for the two of us just to get full. Restaurant staff didnt seem concerned about providing a good dining experience to all customers. Now my boyfriend says corn dogs were old and need refreshed, wish we would have went somewhere else !!!

This was a Town Pump pilot. In My if you find a Town Pump its like a grocery store, truck stop, convenient store all rolled into one. And the huckleberry flavoring for drinks are out of this world.

Kyle must have gotten the same guy I got because I went in to get a shower 10:00 at night I was told theres shorthanded and they cant go clean showers come back in an hour or an hour and a half I plan on being in bed by that time.

One of the best flying Jay’s great spot to have a break if you start driving from Spokane, I always stop here it’s nice and new location easy on and off the freeway keep in mind that there is no return to westbound you have to go about 1 mile east to get to West about other than that I can’t complain

Ive never used a truck stop shower before, so I was a bit skeptical. I can say this place had extremely clean and well kept facilities and would gladly go back.

Never been treated so badly in my life. I will never spend another dollar here until Town pump fires melanie. Ill check by every time I drive by to see if they have done so.

This place is kind of hard to get in and out of. If youre going westbound theres no on ramp. But it is a new store and its nice inside.

Brand new (since August 2014!, very clean and comfortable. Huge parking lot and plenty of parking. Even the store has plenty of food and supplies. Definitely stopping here again.

This is a large truck stop convenience store. They have a very broad selection to serve all your needs.

What is absolutely great about this truck stop is the restaurant. Some of the best food and service you can find in Gallatin County for the price.

Its a great place to get some sleep and the c store and bathroom is very clean and the staff are very friendly I will come back here hands down before I ever stop back at the flying j up the street.

Less than stellar truck stop. Pumps are old and outdated. Some of the card readers will not work. The bathrooms are worn down and in dire need to be remodeled. The staff is friendly and they do their best to keep this place running

New building. No air for tires. Up to 10% ethenol. Making a left turn when leaving this location can be difficult.

Very clean however getting a semi in or out is miserable, even worse going the route they advised to use, its a rutted gravel road and get to Thorpe you have to complete with Rock River ppl
