Brett was so helpful. He has the most artistic touch with picking colors. I could see him working very well with designers. My customers have been very happy with his input. I would highly recommend Brett if you have lots of questions he is extremely patient.The whole team at Bridger Steel is great to work with. I have had outstanding experiences with team members from throughout their company.

I called and inquired about 5” steel gutters and the associate seemed uniformed and was very unhelpful. Initially, I was told they could make gutters but when I asked about what sizes they might have available I was told “I don’t know” multiple times. The associate did not care to ask anyone who may know the answer and was very dismissive. Very poor customer service and seems overpriced. I would take your business elsewhere.

This is a great company to work with regarding all of my metal needs for projects. Brett has been especially helpful and great to work with making everything an easy and streamlined experience. The only negative is lead times are a little slow, otherwise I would rate five out of five stars.

Not very good customer service no call back or confirmation on what material is need for building . They gave me pices I dont even need and they dont stock any extra if you need it . And takes a week to 10 days to get ...and when in the middle of a project it is very inconvenient... I wouldnt recommend them at all
