Ordered an EJK kit for my Honda CRF Rally, got some incorrect info online from a third party forum about how to install it. Thought I may have ordered or received the wrong part. Called Dobeck and had just missed them, they had just closed. Minutes later I received a call back from a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who walked me through the rest of the install over the phone. Went perfectly smoothly after that and the bike runs amazing now. Can’t recommend them enough. Pro duct and service are 5/5.

Ok, so the reason for my rating is because I have written two emails to the tech support via the Dobeck performance website, both emails with a 3 week time period. My emails are pertaining to their EJK 3.5 unit which I have installed on my 2015 gsxs 750. I installed the unit about 10 months ago and have recently run into some questions about the device and its functions. I have yet to receive a reply but will try a phone call after the weekend. I will be happy to change my rating once a better one is earned. On a side note, my emails to sales when I first became interested in their product was responded to in a very prompt manner. These guys are what everyone dreams about for product support. I damaged my AFR+ unit on install. ( my fault). One call and I had a return authorization, offer to rush a repair and warranty support. While on the phone Dillan took the extra time to offer advice for the installation and a suggestion to call when I got it reinstalled to help walk me thru the set up. I have called several times and always gotten help right away with an awnser to my questions. I cant speak highly enough of their support and service.

I bought a thier afr+, for my 2014 polaris rzr. I bought it late 2015. Installed it. Never worked. I called, got decent customer service on how to adjust it. Tried everything they said by the book. Still didnt work. I called dillon. He gave me an rma number, and said send it in. We will look at it. I DID. THE NEXT RIDING SEASON. I was told by Dillon. That my 2014rzr1000xp, 2015 900s/4. Fuel controller was 5 years old. Hmmm. It just turned 2017. Idk about anyone reading this, but i can do simple math. Aint no possible way doebeck was making rzr 1000 fuel controllers in 2011-2012. So he tried to sell me a lesser, cheaper product, (like im broke) i made 750k last year. BDC CONSTRUCTION LLC. LOOK US UP. anyway, i declined, and said just send it back, Dillon replied i need your credit card number for shipping, and ill do my best to fix your controller. 1 week later i get a box, with my controller in it. None of the seals were broken, nobody looked inside anything to help me out. Watch out for guys like Dillon. Maybe he doesnt represent the company, but he works there and will lie to you, to save a buck. Yours truly, the guy in Tennessee
