Came in today to return a spray can. Sprayed it once only to realize it was the wrong shade, so I go back to AutoZone. Their employee, Marco, said I needed to show my ID which I complied only to have him look at my ID with disgust. Sure my ID is slightly torn and bent. However not even at the Bar have I ever been told No or, “I can’t accept this like this you need to go get a new one.” Surprised I responded with “I’ve gone everywhere with this ID, heck even to the postOffice!” Marco just shook his head and said “No place anywhere would take this.”And continued to give me my store credit but honestly his demeanor was just so rude. Poor customer service

Edgar and Edwin went above and beyond to help me diagnosis my car troubles and provided me with the necessary tools and auto parts to fix everything there. Now my car is working great. Definitely go to this autozone location if you’re in need of some car assistance.

Theyre always helpful and quick to attend customers. A man by the name of Juan helped me get a something that I couldnt get anywhere else. Hands down best customer service Ive got in a while.

I was looking for a part for a car. It was an old car I recently bought and the part I was looking for was suppose to be u see warranty but we couldnt find it. But the time that the cashier took with us is why I give them a 5 star. They really genuinely wanted to help us. I dont know her name but it was a young Hispanic female.

The manager is a real jerk!!!! We will never come back to this location. The other guys were great and very helpful, but that manager needs to find a job where he wont have to be so miserable. He wouldnt give my husband the discount that applied to his purchase; apparently, he was too busy.

I have to give this autozone 5 stars. One of the managers in charge, by the name of Bryan was able to take care of me and follow the companys policies the right way. Autozone has a price matching policy that they follow as long as the competitor is selling the same quality part with the same warranty. He confirmed that everything was legitimate and offered the same price. Ive had other managers that refuse to follow their own policy simply because they have to explain to their managers as to why they reduced the price so much but Bryan did the right thing and followed the policy. Thanks again Bryan, I will definitely be shopping here more often.

The staff is not very coordinated. They do their best but the atmosphere and service could use some touching up. Best of Luck.

This AutoZone in particular I have no choice going to because it is the closest one to my house. The service is FCKNG HORRIBLE! They have rude staff and judging by the comments Im not the only one who has an issue with them. Other than one or two employees who work there who are very friendly and very professional the rest of the staff NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR SERIOUSLY NEED TO GET FIRED!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! I went in to buy a starter because the one I had gave out. Once I went home the new starter didnt work so I returned it and they were going to check it, they told me to come back in an hour. An hour passed by I went to see what was going to happen, turns out they lost my starter and no knew where it was! Took them a day to find it only to tell me they had to order one from another store and it was going to take a day. The day came I went back to the store asked for the new starter and they said no one put the order in for one! I asked for my money back and went next door to OReilly. OReilly had the best customer service I had in a auto parts store. Ever since I never returned to AutoZone and now a loyal customer to OReilly. AutoZone is the worst for service!
