Gus didnt do what we had planned on do with the design that we had planned on, but what he did to my van turned out to be better than what I thought we were going to be doing. Awesome job. Im very happy with Guss service. Highly recommend this place.

A little background. I have a Mercedes Metris cargo van and wanted to create a weekender/sleeper van but also keep he ability to use the van to haul stuff when needed. This turned out to be a big challenge for me as most van outfitters offer only to permanently install a system with lots of heavy wood, a kitchen, stove, and charge loads of money. I really did not have a budget but did not want to spend 30k on a van that only cost me 20k to purchase. So, after my exhaustive search of over a year to find the right partner to help me, I did a last-ditch Craigslist search for “Sprinter seats,” and found the listing for OK Van. I could not be happier that I found them.Gustavo and Gus at OK Van were very patient with me. My worry was that I would not get a bed/back seat that would not be removable. Gustavo and his team made the custom frame around the L-Track system on the floor that could be removed by hand in under ten minutes. Cool!I also wanted the front cloth seats to match the Mercedes leatherette) vinyl). Brought motorcycle saddle. Nice guy, delivered on time. Was charged $55 supplying my own new cover. Got a quote for $40 from someone else 2 hours after dropping off. Job was done but not very well, see pictures how cover is not straight on right side. Also, accepts cash only, no credit cards, had to drive to ATM and back.

This place very unprofessional kept my seat for about 2 months and did nothing of what he said and did not even reach out to me to let me know the status of my part and the high price I did agree to pay just to get it done but no nothing this guy gus sucks another upholstery shop took on my job at half the price this place was trying to charge never again very unprofessional

I dont usually write reviews but they did such an amazing job that I had too. I had my interior detailed here and it was incredibly done! They also cleaned underneath the rails, I just really like that they paid attention to details.

Had my front seat reupholstered with leather 3 weeks later I notice a ring on the seat. Seems to be because of a plastic ring underneath on the cushion. I came in to show the owner and he says no problem I’ll take care of it but bring it back next week. I brought it back today and he tells me he is going to charge me to fix it because I must have put something really hot on it. I’ll have someone else repair it

Just wanted to do a review on this shop I am very satisfied with there work they hooked up my car now the inside looks fresh and brand new . Also the workers are real cool and respectful I would recommended this place

Hello everyone, I am new to yelp and would like start by reviewing this awesome upholstery shop. We needed the headliner redone and could not find a decent shop to take it to until I found ok van auto upholstery shop in bell gardens. The reviews were great on yelp so I said why not. I contacted the owner Gus who gave me a fair price and said he would get it done in 4 hrs. We said ok lets try this place and took it that morning. We met Gus as we entered who was friendly and courteous with our needs. We left the van and were called back in 2 hrs that car was ready for pick up. We were shocked and happy that the job was done. When we arrived we saw the van and were amazed of the headliner. The work was great and fast. I would like to say thank you to ok van auto upholstery for there attention to detail and their great customer service. I am a regular customer who needed work done and can honestly recommend this place to anyone.

I was amazed with the worksmanship and quality I received from ok van upholstery. I took my 1989 GMC truck and they hooked it up,complete interior restoration. They even welled my seat frame before covering my leather seats. Definitely recommend!

Had work done to my mini cooper sunroof and they were able to help me out...it wasnt opening correctly but they were able to correct the problem, very helpful.
