All gamestops are good this 1 is closest to my house. Its cool when u pre order games and u can pik up at store. Always friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I am a member so u get monthly points and gifts and discounts on games and merchandise. Always a good experience. Its like a candy store....you want everything !!

Store never picks up phone calls

I’ve been a costumer here for years! And this location is a joke now. The manager here is a liar and always gives me problems . I’ve gone to other GameStop’s and everything is always smooth. Except for this one. And it’s always the same manager that gives problems.very rude and unprofessional.

They don’t exactly know what there doing. For example, I had taken my cousin there to get $10 of in game credit I they told me “ I’m not sure if we could give you it in $10 we only have what’s available on the wall” even tho I went to a different game stop before where they gave me a digital code for $10 so my cousin was forced to buy the $15 gift card

Went there to get a game for my switch, when I got home I was given the wrong game

I had a horrible experience with the manager Ana associate id# 586712. Shes extremely rude. I went to the store today in the morning before they opened and was standing in front of the door. She gets there and instead of telling me excuse me, she says can you move. I was about to ask her a question and cuts me off and says no! So I stay quiet. I wait a couple of minutes for her to open and make my purchase and leave. But when I got to my car I noticed that one of my items were damaged. So I go back no more than 4 minutes passed and asked her if I could exchange it for an exact same item. She said that I would need to return them because the items had different bar codes even though they were exactly the same. Which I later found out it was a lie because my sister purchased the same item as me and the bar codes are identical (I have a picture to prove this). She was only trying to give me a hard time. She then tells me I need my I.D. to exchange a 15 dollar item. I told her I didnt have it on me, and she rolls her eyes and nods her head in disapproval. By this time all of my patience was gone and asked her what was her problem. Since she walked in the door she gave me attitude and didnt even tell me excuse me. Her response was that I shouldnt be blocking the door and I shouldnt be asking her questions if shes not on the clock. I told her that she should learn how to treat other people with respect and she could have said excuse me even though I was blocking her. I then asked her if I could speak with the manager. She then tells me that shes manager in a smirking way. I told her I would talk to corporate instead and in a very taunting manner she replied with you do that!.. To sum it up I really expected better costumer service from a manager working at a prestige level gamestop. Never expected to be treated like this in a million years.

This place is good i bought the wii u and xbox 360 last year this year i bought games for the wii u.

They didnt let my brother get the new Xbox and only gave one to one person because the workers got 9 of the new Xbox

Employees there are amazing and friendly. They keep me posted on upcoming games, pops, and other things im interested on. Great service! Been coming to this place for 4 years, not once have i ever been disappointed.

The Usual Gamestop experience with plenty of available Merch and Games. The Downside of this store was the store clerks. As a Customer I wasnt the priority, the Clerks were more focused reorganizing and tinkering with items behind the desk.I probably stood Ten minutes idle in front of the checkout counter waiting to be Attended. Mediocre Job folks.

This gamestop is the best one I have visited so far. I go here once or twice a month and the staff always welcome me and my family with a smile on thier face. The staff is great. They talk to you to see what type of games you like and they recommend you some games of the same genre. If you need a gamestop with the best staff then this is the place.

Good but too much money

Typical gamestop affair. Staff was friendly, the selection wasnt as robust for PS4 as Im used to but i still ended up with a title Ive wanted for awhile.

Staff here is always very nice and helpful,espeically one guy whos name or apperance i wont give out incase his manager reads this, always has insights or opnions on new games and gives me what i feel are his honest opnions, so good store with honest employees. (Or atleast one)
