Terrible fruit. Its frozen and disgusting. Green magis and bitter pineapple. The only thing thats good there are the milkshakes.

Bad service I called ten minutes before arriving once I got there I told the lady I was a phone order because I’m on lunch break at work waited another 5 min still received no help and I had to walk out although the products looked good . But service sucks and their rude

The worst customer service ever!! One of the ladies there questioned everything I was buying and confirmed with another lady that was all I really got. When I asked her if she thought I was lying she said, “No, I just want to make sure that’s all you got.” Then ran my card and handed my receipt without saying a wolf, not a thanks for coming in not a here is your receipt. She was the one that took my order for 4 items!!! She had a really bad attitude, I will most definitely not be back to this place! Liked the stuff I got, but it’s something I can go and buy somewhere else. I would not recommend this place at all!!!! Wish I would give it a negative 5 starts!!

Very good place. Tostilocos are great. Fresas con crema are tasty. Same as the raspado. The ladies could be a little more friendly.

Worst bionico place ever! The place is very dirty. The people working there are very rudeI ordered a liquiado/milkshakeHorrible!They didnt even bother to add ice! Since when do u need to ask for a liquicado/milkshake to be cold!I also ordered tostielotes with very little mayo. The lady who made it made sure to drench it in mayo.I asked for a bigger tray because I felt like the tostielotes where too tight. She said no that they wouldnt fit. After giving her a funny look she said here so u leave happy! Seriously?To top it off they are pricy for the horrible service they offer!Had to give them 1 star but they dont even earn that!Disappointed!

Their closing time is 9PM yet they turn away customers starting at about 8:30 PM due to their cleanup startup. They should serve every customer tha comes in before closing time, it looks like theyre in a rush to go home.
