This Randalls Flagship store and the one on Louisiana are my favorites. I discovered this store in 1999 when I was walking across the street at CompUSA (located where the Ross Dress for Less is now).As a Flagship store, they carry an eclectic mix of groceries for the discerning customer. The store is clean and well lighted with excellent merchandise presentation and very few out of stocks. I especially like the floral, bakery and produce departments. A Starbucks coffee bar is located here.Randalls prices are a little high; but they run good weekly sales.

Very friendly people, super clean and elegant looking store. There is a delicious looking bakery here with lots to choose from. The floral department is gorgeous with so many great gift ideas. Love the Halloween cakes. There is also a sushi bar and a hot wings bar!

Our Randalls is closing. I will truly miss this particular store. The staff always made sure you had a positive shopping experience. Especially Chris (checker.)Fine products, friendly competent employees.

This is my store. I go here for food, house hd items, bus cards and passes. Anything. Never had any big problems here. I definitely appreciate you guys especially during this pandemic!

This is such a wonderful little store! I am visiting and really loved this store. It felt like an old fashioned neighborhood grocery. I loved it.

The prices are still high... the 20% discount bring some of these down to regular price 😒

I enjoy the smaller supermarket Randalls here in Bellaire compared to the monstrosity supermarket across the street. if you only need a few things Randalls has the rewards card you can sign up and I just punch in my telephone number and enjoy the savings. They also have 50% off items which saves me money like on 2% milk. on Mondays they have chicken chicken its a weekly special that grill some chicken out front and its excellent and $ 6.99 for a box 🙂

Very beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions and holidays especially. Very beautiful cakes ready to purchase.

I like this Randalls because it is smaller and easier to get in and out of quickly. The employees are friendly and its close to my home.

Great location. Customer service is a 10!!! Well stocked and pleasant music selection. Shopping cart, isles, shelves all clean. There is also law enforcement in the parking lot and doorway. They asked if I wanted to be escorted to my car. The parking lot was well lit.

One of our favorite grocery stores in Randalls. All the attendants are always available to help you shop around. They are very welcoming and very friendly. The store is well stocked with almost every product needed and very affordable. I will surely continue to come to this place. I strongly recommend!!

Cashier Michael was kind and very helpful. He did an extra ordinary job and totally appreciate him going out of his way for me. We need more nice people like him

Though no longer a Texas owned company, I still prefer Randalls. It doesnt take much to save by using their card member discounts. And I prefer the smaller footprint of the store

Stepped in at Randalls to get a sticker for my car registration renewal. The service was quick and in no time I had my new sticker.

I went in ten minutes before closing. I prepared for the service I normally get that close to closing which is less than welcoming. I received excellent service. There was a gentleman at the door who let me know I could still come in. The cashier Chris was very friendly and welcoming. I had a very pleasant experience.

I went to Randalls the weekend before the birthday to order my cake. The cake decorator Blanca assured me she was going to decorate & make me a beautiful cake (we had discussed the trim and the design).. NOT the case! My daughter went and picked up the cake (I was still at work) NOT near what was expected. There is a cake decorator there named Matt... beware! you will not get what you expect as we have had issue in the past for a cake decorated by him. I called after seeing a picture of the cake. Matt was very rude and not customer friendly. He was full of rude comments.. asking he did he manage to always get my cake orders and I informed him he needed to ask his co worker Blanca! because I feel like the unlucky one! He continued to be rude so I asked for a store manager and Matt took the option to hang up on so I had to call back. The store manager on duty Thursday 02-06 was not helpful so that prompted another call.. Matt again chose to be rude and we disconnected that call. Called back and spoke with Jameer.. she had the absolute best customer service although we were unable to come to a resolution that evening, she tried her best.Friday, the day of the birthday I spoke with manager- Judy. after a long conversation she did try her best to resolve the issue.. but at that point it was a little too late as I had already purchased a 2nd cake & decorations trying to fix the cake purchased at Randalls. I have never had issues with the bakery until Matt!! so beware when you order.

No self checkout, and prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but they do have a good selection and staff is very friendly.

I just had surgery on my face I cant wear a face mask I saw a person walkout without one and saw another enter without one I came in to buy my medical supplies to maintain my my wounds but I got kicked out .i understand of covid but there is no sign out front saying a mask is required .ive been coming here for over 30 years and never been disappointed until now .Shame

Randalls always has good bakeries and delis. This one is no different. Clean store and friendly employees.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Just left Randall’s. I usually get wings from their deli area. Fill a box to take with me. I went in and they had no boxes and had paper bags instead. So I placed some wings in the bag and went to pay as usual. The cashier told me that I had to go to the deli to get it weighed and that I could pay for it there. I assume it was a change from their norm. The guy in the deli said he does not weigh it to price nor does have a cash register. The manager was too busy running the express lane to want to help. This is the last time I ever spend my money at a Randall’s and will tear up my card.

I never really shop here but the one time I do I get a drink that has literal mold growing on it but the expiration date is up to date? Im really grossed out and dont know if I can even get my money back for this. Its a bolthouse farms chai tea drink idk if theyre all like this but I suggest they seriously check!

On Fridays they have special discounts on certain Meats and theres store brand products are still good I forget that theyre not name brand

Randalls is clean and organized..you will not find any trash or little pieces everywhere their prices arent high, their staff and kind and very respectful... I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there... They have this part of the store that sells these homemade sandwiches and lemme tell you them things are insanely delicious and healthy ofc 😋... I always shop at Randall for my groceries and the vibe there is awesome... Overall I love Randalls

Do not recommend this place at all ! I was trying to get a deal with a coupon on the app. The manager yelled at me that I had to put everything back because “I had too much” which was 10 gatorades. He embarrassed me & I later called corporate to which they informed me he was not allowed to do that. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back there after that incident.

Very good but not the best supermarket. However they have some of the best fried chicken in the city in the deli department. Got to try it!

If you like waiting in line to pay, and like always having to check the expiration dates to make sure that what they have on sale didnt expire the day before, and like inferior produce at higher prices than next door at HEB or Kroger down the street...then you will be pleased with your shopping experience at this Randalls.

Great little store. (The little factor us the only reason for the 4 stars.) Always friendly and well-kept. A perfect alternative for anyone in a hurry to the huge HEB across the street.

This location is closing and scored 400.00 plus dollars in groceries for less than 200.00. Dont know how much longer they will remain open.Sorry to see them go. Customer was too notch as usual even though they are closing.

This Location should always stay busy because the ppl who work for Randalls really work hard to keep this location open,and this Randalls in the Bellaire Area across from the transit system deserves your visit and will appreciate your feedback ! The employees work hard to keep the store clean especially during this COVID-19 Pandemic ! The cashiers who put their lives on the front line daily to make sure we as consumers have what we need are all friendly in their unique way ! I can’t express this strong effort when it comes to quality service,excellent deli food, and a place you can go where everybody knows your name then head to this Randalls location in Bellaire across from the METRO Transit System I feel in my heart you won’t be disappointed 🤚🏽 !!!

Its small and right next door to the brand new giant HEB grocery store. If you need something quick, get in and get out. Otherwise, go to the big store.

Bought beef here and when I tried to return for a refund less than an hour later because the meet was spoiled manager didnt GAF and refused a refund. HEB is around the street

Great service and pretty good selection of groceries. Its not super busy when I go on lunch breaks and a lot of parking.

Store smells odd. And apparently you need cash to buy a money order. Ive been buying money orders for bills for 5 years and never had to bring anything but a debit card. Pretty sure theres some kind of scheme at play, Id recommend avoiding this store.

My favorite grocery store in the city. Conveniently located across the street from the Bellaire Transit Center. Friendly staff and cashiers. Well-stocked store. Be sure to use your Randalls card for more savings.

This store prices items up to 20% above H-E-B pricing, which is self-inflicted robbery for shoppers. Im betting that it will close in a few months and then become a dollar store after the customer exodus to the brand new 78,000 Sq Ft HEB right across the street. Or maybe H-E-B will just buy the property so they have adequate parking for the new store.

They have the best baked goods to me and their pharmacy I found out had the best good rx prices and the Asian lady pharmacist when I went that day was so nice to me she listened to my story and was very empathetic to my situation this is the only Randalls I go to when I need anything Im sold all the way around now after that experience

Open to midnight, which is a plus for me. There is also a Wells Fargo in the store.They have some recent additions that are worth checking out if you havent stopped in for a while. There is a well stocked meat and seafood counter, and a respectable wine selection that has saved me trips to Specs a time or two. The produce selection, while not large, has improved as well.I find myself shopping here much more often than before.

A mediocre store at best. Small, crowded and overpriced. Better to go to the HEB store across the street. Better value at HEB.

They have good fried chicken BUT its never ready to buy in the morning. This is Texas and folks want to get choirs done before in gets crazy hot outside. The first thing to do is fry the chicken. They offer it cold /old at the same price too, whats wrong with that? The biggest problem here is Checkout. To see 2 cashiers is rare. Many items are found with experation dates already past or within days. I only use this place in a pinch otherwise its HEB right across the street. Sorry Randalls, you brought it on yourself.

Randalls has always been a clean and most of all customer service friendly grocery store. I enjoy Randalls for that aspect not always the best deals on food but quality isnt necessary cheap.

I know HEB opened across the street and all the hype is dying down. You cant even compare Randalls higher quality and care of customers to HEB. Especially the fish market in Randalls-its quality and HEB fish market is just plain nasty! Just saying.

I always thought Randalls was over priced but I recently learned if you shop the ads you can get some amazing deals, especially in the meat department. This friendly neighborhood store is my new favorite. If you want to skip the crowds and rude staff at HEB across the street, head to Randalls. You will be pleasantly suprised.

There is literally no reason to ever go here. It is almost as if the staffing manager ironically hires the weirdest and rudest people to work here as a joke.
