Sherwin is a great paint store. This store however is consistently understaffed. The men’s bathroom was atrocious today.

Loved working with Carlos. First time home buyers and needed paint for the entire house (interior and exterior). We shared some ideas from the web and he was extremely patience and helped educate us to make the best decision. We asked some hard questions and he went above and beyond. Will be referring our friends and family to him.

Great paints and quick and polite service. I also use their little spectral analysis tool with their Match app to get perfect color matches, so I guess Im biased.

When you mix sample colors - get them right. And when you charge for those samples, consider a lower price or at least a smaller container to facilitate a lower cost. But if you insist on charging over twice the cost for samples in a pint size rather than something at least half that size, perhaps it should be the quality that would allow subsequent use. A pint is a lot of paint; substandard quality for samples is just throwing money away.

Ive been coming here a couple times a year for almost a decade now. It has great staff and they always seem to know their stuff. Ive been very pleased. This seems to be a location where lots of contractors and pros go so be prepared to get in line. Theres plenty of parking which is nice because the location in Rice is not as parking friendly.

I wanted to buy a quart of Elastomeric paint for touch up and the staff told me that he is not able to sell me a quart but he can sell me a gallon. (I gave them the color code) He told me however if I scrap some paint of my wall and bring it to them, he can match it and sell me a quart. I say OK and told him I will bring back some sample.I went going home and scrapped the paint of my wall and brought the sample back. Now, the staff refused to show his face, hiding in the office and spoke to me through a colleague of his, telling me that he would not sell a quart of Elastomeric paint with the sample I have because they do not sell the Elastomeric paint in quart but in gallons. Terrible service and wasted my trip to the store. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowes for my future paint needs.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cost was way more than I thought a gallon of paint would cost these days.

Absolutely no help. We asked about a product to use on brick and neither person who was working could answer our questions. We will drive out to Sugar Land where we know they know their stuff.

Inaccurate pricing, unauthorized products substitutions, Rude, incompetent and sarcastic service by Kristian, and long long long lines. I could go on and on but what’s the point? This was my first time shopping at Sherwin Williams, and I am NEVER going back!

Service friendly staff and assistance to find matching price

Had a good experience with Eduardo and his coworker running the place Saturday. They were patient with my questions and offered me a refund after I made a simple mistake.

Went in on a Sunday mid afternoon. My first mistake. Staff fairly indifferent. Dont seem to know that exterior and outside are the same thing. Tried to get touch up paint for a color I had had several years ago. I spell out Bateau Brown about a dozen times before the guy gets it right. But then hes trying to enter it into the field for customer name. Then we get to the right field on the screen and I have to spell it another half dozen times. Finally get the right color, I just want interior/exterior acrylic latex satin like the remnant I have. They say all they have in quarts is water based polyurethane but its like $40 a quart. Way more than I want to pay for touch up paint. They show me exterior latex but its flat after I mentioned satin several times. They only have it in gallons. No mention of whether something is temporarily out of stock, orderable, etc. Its like that early stage of childhood development where if the kid doesnt see it in front of him, then it doesnt exist.If youre going to be open Sunday have at least one competent staff person. Or else close the store so I dont waste my time

Even though the line is long and somewhat slow - it was worth the wait. I was able to get information about a service you offer for a color consultant to come to my home for 90 min and help me with my paint colors. I really am excited that you do this and I get a $50 credit for getting help!! Yay for Sherwin Williams.

Customer service has been terrible today. No process of how to handle customers in order. Sherwin Williams as a whole is telling people to call in your orders but no one is answering the phone. Ive been standing in line at the store for hours. Theyve allowed numerous people to walk up and cut the line.

Nice store but never go early on a Saturday as it lines up early so its difficult to get much personal assistance. In addition to paint they also have some very expensive wallpapers.

This is one of the most busyes sw in Houston area, and they always do good on the orders, friendly staff and good customer services, plus our rep always take care of us, with promos and discounts.

I waited over 20 minutes. At first the store was busy. Then all but one other customer left. No one offered to help me. I stood at the register while they walked around restocking. I put my things back and left. I will not be back.
