Worked here for a few months. Completely unprofessional lot. Rampant nepotism. Part prices are marked up to what is basically retail, not wholesale, so buying parts here is going to drive up your service invoice so high that your customer may never call you again. As an industry professional, I cant recommend BGA and have even gone so far as to discourage my current employer from installing Liebert products so that we dont have to deal with this Liebert distributor.

I had the privileged to work with BGA on a project, and I found the professionalism and aptitude a great help in driving the project forward. I hope I can continue to work with them going forward and I will always recommend them as a group to any and all who need anything for a server room space.
