Very worst for Passport photos, Opted here for Passport photo I understand it might not be in professional quality but The photos got rejected by passport office and asked to resend the photo & change of appearance doc. Totally waste of time and money.

This was my third UPS store to visit today. First one, the owner was talking to his buddy and could care less that there were people waiting to be helped. Second store, asked about getting a mailbox and was told that the person that handles that wouldnt be in until after 3 pm. When I arrived at the Bellaire location, the young lady was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. So I now have a new business address and am very pleased.
The staff is very rude and not friendly this was my to go to since is closer to home but I had it with the last time. The guy who knows I normally go in was talking to his collegue about a customer and laughing about it I believe it was me because as soon as I walk in they both started laughing looking at me. I dont believe anything was funny, but it was extremely unprofessional and rude and they should not be having conversations in front of people. Is not the first time the other time this girl was there talking saw me standing did not even acknowledge me no customerservice skills at all . Will not be returning to this location. I know they dont care, but just warning others of the bad service here.
I paid for an envelope with a technical charger to be sent from UPS in Bellaire. It was returned to my home for insufficient funds. I returned to UPS and paid some more to have them send it again.The package never arrived.I was not given any kind of tracking numberI called UPS two weeks after their second attempt to send.The person on the phone said call the post office and ask them. But I have nothing to go on. She put me on hold for 15 minutes, I called back and she put me on hone for another 10 minutes. I called back and she just put me on hold indefinitely.Poor costumer service.Incapable employees.
Used to go-to ups store on Bellaire and now I need to find a new store .The staff used to be friendly happy and efficient, there is a girl working now, she is very very rude and doesn’t have the knowledge of customer service. I went there to make a copies and their machine was new for me,I asked her for help,she didn’t have a little patient to show me how it works, she just drop my paper with a very ugly attitude and go, I had to wait for the next available employee to help me with my papers while she was standing without doing anything. The way she treated me, make me feel so bad and I am still in pain.I came with my money to get a service not to beg you for help but Thanks to that guy who was very helpful.

I had the folks at this store pick up and send an auction purchase from Simpson Galleries. It was very well packed and came very quickly. Excellent work and would definitely use them again.
I love this place I go here almost weekly sometimes several times a week they do all my shipping for me to staff is always pleasant friendly and helpful I do see a few Karen’s in the line from time to time but I’ve never had a problem with anything I shipped there or with any of the staff
Pre-paid for 2 day shipment . Went to drop off documents. Usually no issue i hand over my document showing i paid they hand me a envelope for shipping no issue. Today the person working states the envelope is a separate charge. Informed i have never heard of this. I send documents every week via ups and have never been asked this. I left and went to the location on Chimney rock road where they provided great service. Only giving 2 stars because my previous visits at the store went smoothly.
Just go to fedex. Not helpful at all trying to get work documents printed.
I rented a mail box and they lose our GREEN CARDs, since the USPS tracking number showed the status as delivered to their address but they didnt put it in my mail box, it happened for me to find someone else mail in my box and gave it back to them to put it in the correct box number,their mistake costs me over $5,000 and a year of delay,before I rent that box I asked them if they have an automatic notification service for recieved letters (sms or email) and they said YES but later they never notified me and they said its for packages only and were lieing again,they said you can call and ask us to check your mail box and almost every time they were putting me on hold for quit long time (One time they left me over 45 MINUTES !)and one time I was at thier store using the printer and someone called and they recognized him and they put him on hold and they start laughing pretending they are checking his box but they didnt and Left on hold for over 10 minutes then told him there is nothing at the moment!There was a girl with blonde Afro Curly Hair who made fun of a customer with her college right after the customer left and didnt care that I was their and even didnt treat me with respect (not sure if she still work there)there was a very nice guy dont remember his name I have never being there again for about a year,I know it is very long review but I hope they can be more professional and try their best to avoid mistakes and respect customers.
I entered the UPS Store at 5233 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401about 2 weeks ago and asked for a quote on a business card. A young lady was called from the back who took my sample of an old card and content of a new one. She quoted roughly and gave me an email to which to send both documents to “Dave”. I did so and did not receive a response, then sent another email. I then went in the store and the clerk was apologetic and said he would intervene. In 2 days I received a proposal, but many items on my old card were carried over to the new one.I then sent back a new sample to the email for “Dave” and there was still no response. I sent another, then called the telephone numbers on his email. One was nonfunctional, and the other was a message machine. Frustrated, I went back into the store, where the same clerk appeared. I said I was astounded at the lack of progress, inability to contact or interact with Dave. I added that the proposal from Dave contained half of what was on the 8 year old card repeated, and that my numerous samples clearly gave the new contents. Again, he apologized, and looked befuddled and annoyed.I said “if you cannot provide this service, you should not be advertising it. If I cannot get a good telephone, or there will be no progress, then I should go elsewhere.” The clerk responded “Go ahead. Dave is a busy man” (which is what he told me before when I went in there to provide a better sample). “So then you cannot give me an estimate of the time line.” He did not reply. “Well I suppose I will have to go to Fedex or Office Depot, then.” “I don’t care,” was his reply. “Doesn’t it bother you that you wasted my time? What if I post my experience with you.” “That’s all right too,” he said, now clearly angry.This deliberate indifference and lack of respect for customer’s time is predatory behavior. These proprietors did not adhere to their promises, and basically were insulting me with their antics. This is a perfect example of a business that, if they can’t beat the customer, in this case re professional time and disrespect, they don’t want anything to do with him.To say this business is unprofessional would be gratuitous. They do not even rise to a basic level of attempting to help their customers, at least with business care design and printing. They need to remove these services from their ads. This branch reflects poorly upon the brand name. The attitude is incredible, but perhaps there is more to the ill will here that I do not understand. In any case, as far as my interaction is concerned this UPS store is an abomination because of the nonperformance and shameful behavior of the owners.

Manny has been so wonderful to work with! I had no idea this location had a graphic designer and so much printing. The designs that he’s made for me have made a big difference in getting new customer’s attention. I am looking forward to doing more of my printing with him. This store is definitely unlike any UPS Store and I love love love LOVE them!
The store itself is great! I love the staff, and I never have to wait long. However, it is kind of tricky to pull in, where it is right by a major intersection. So if you can find a back way to get in here, its better.
Usually the service at this location is decent but on Saturday 23 March 2019, Ricky provided very unfavorable service and demonstrated unprofessional behavior. I had to conduct several transactions, and he was very unenthusiastic about assisting me. I asked for copies of 2 documents that couldve fit on the same page, and he put them on 2 different pages. He told me to make copies for myself knowing that a passcode from an employee was required, and helped another customer. He couldnt provide change for my transaction, and refused to accept cash instead of getting management to give him change. Hopefully next time I come here I dont have to deal with him and his attitude.
Got a message saying my package is ready to pickup, but the rather rude woman at the store said I have to wait an hour so they can scan in every package because other people are waiting (nobody else in the store waiting) so she looks at the boxes and says I have to wait, instead of just looking for the package in the stack in front of her. So I stand at the counter and wait, then she decides to look for it after I start writing a review. See writing reviews does make things happen.
Lost package. Label created, never scanned again. After unreturned phone calls, circles between store & UPS, (it is the store’s responsibility to call UPS, not the customer). So I went into the store since no one would return my calls & the clerk told me that it was USP losing the packages.. I asked,” how any packages have been lost?” A label was made and not other scan. I believe there is theft going on in the store. They won’t admit it. I ship boxes regularly with UPS stores across the country with my business & have never had one lost. It is a 27 lb box.. no small package. I would not recommend shipping anything from this location. The fact of no other scan and this being a large box? NO. Not acceptable.
This place is the best for all printing needs. Drake rocked my pool party with the posters, I had 8 posters printed within 1 hour.

Came in here a week ago to pick up a package and my package was severely damaged. Sales girl just shrugged her shoulders. Came in today for an Amazon return. The moment I set foot in the store there was an obnoxiously loud lady laughing and yelling about something behind the counter. Imagine the wail of a banshee. I could barely hear what the salesgirl was saying and she was inches away from me. Zero professionalism.

Ive had several encounters and each one was positive. I appreciated that one day the owner happened there and we chatted a couple of minutes. He was very interested in how I could use the UPS store services to help my business.
Havent been in the store itself yet. Seems theres a problem with phone lines. Because they never answer the phone line to answer questions. I call all the time but still have never had someone answer the phone. Such a headache like I said havent stepped foot in it yet. Not sure if I need to at this point. Important documents can wait I guess.
I am always glad to see the staffs smiling faces when I pick up my many deliveries in the week. I am happy that my packages are always there. I hear so many people lose their packages from being taken at their front door. Inexspensive mail boxes act like an address and your packages will always be safe!
Rented a large mailbox here but was not told at time of rental that my packages would NOT be placed in the box. Charged for a box that they put a paper notice in stating I have a package at the desk for pick up. What is this? Can the owners or management explain why you are renting different size mailboxes if we will not receive our packages in them? Response requested please.
This UPS store is efficient and friendly. It feels more like a small business versus a corporate chain store as the owner is up front and making sure everything and everyone is taken care of.
Not open at 8:30. Waited 15 minutes but no one arrived. Poor respect for busy customers that actually work for a living.Update. Drove to Mail Boxes store on N. Braeswood and Chimney Rock. Sign said open at 9:00. Actually we’re open 3 minutes early. Take note UPS store.
Amazon has started a return strategy that involves no label printed by the returnee, but rather by a UPS pick up worker. In an apartment where many deliveries and returns happen every day. My return was picked up by the wrong UPS driver. It ended up coming back to me! The boys at Bellaire UPS helped me by getting me in touch with a live Amazon person to accomplish the return.

Service is fair and spotty depending on who is there. Seems to be a high turnover of staff. Ive shipped at least 10 times from there without incidence but my last package was lost and according to their tracking never left the store.Update- 6/2021. Their service has really improved in the last few years. Nice staff and responsive.

All I can say is Im not sure exactly happened but wanted to leave 5 stars until they started sending mail back RTS which seems like a lot of fun for them but not for me especially when they were putting it my box then all of a sudden not. A mystery to me? I have to ask them every time I go in to check the RTS mail to see if the mail they sent back by this new word they seemed to have learned is in my box. Makes me nervous every time I go. Wish I could give you 5 stars but unfortunately it is not the time. Get my mail straight and I willThanks

The store hours does not match hours shown on Google. Google shows that the store is open on Sunday from 1pm-5pm but the actual store is closed on Sundays.

If I could give it 0 stars since in this store I was scammed I made a shipment on April 26, 2019 to Austin in a box in perfect condition that clearly says on the label that measures 20x20x20 pay $ 86.61 for the shipment of the equipment and this was the that my client received everything broken and destroyed even in another box, they do not want to be held responsible and return my money but I am going to take action in this case I am even going to appoint a lawyer because facts like this can not continue to go unpunished
