We experienced a 15 minute hailstorm when we arrived for our two-day stay in the Black Hills on our way to Yellowstone. It destroyed the windshield. Within an hour of the storm we left the campground, got cell service, and began calling all windshield places still open. The Crack Team answered my call, and promptly exchanged texts where we were able to schedule the replacement the next day. They were on time, communicated great, and quickly made the repairs. Would 1000% recommend!

Tom offers such an amazing service and is a top notch guy. We came into town for our wedding in Spearfish and on the way into town a rock hit my windshield and the wind had it cracking across in no time. We gave him a call and he showed up in no time! Called and talked with Tom. He was in Lead but stopped by my Moms and quoted her a price to fix a very long crack. Most places wont do that!! He also guarantees his work for life. He was able to fix it and chatted with my Mom for quite awhile. I would go to him if I get a crack and I live in Colorado!!

Despite getting over 70 calls they got my car done by Sun morning. The whole family was working overtime to help stranded travelers. Very friendly and helpful, accepting insurance, no problems. So grateful for their help!

This place is amazing. I was traveling home to Montana and got a chip in my windshield that was going to crack. I pulled off in Belle Fourche and googled glass repair afraid that I wouldnt find anything open on a Sunday. I called them at 10:43 and they came to me fixed my windshield and had me back on the road before 11:15. They were extremely friendly and efficient. I cant thank them enough!!
