Scheduled an oil change, friendly and quick service.

Went there to buy a used truck, they changed the price three times in three days before we got there. Tried to force a 2500.00 paint sealer and interior protection package, a 1000.00 penalty for no trade in, a 1000.00 penalty for paying cash. After all that they wanted 25,984. Plus 8000.00 for the tax and above add ones, which were not negotiable. A total of 34,705 for a 2013 F150 4 door with 59000 miles. Wow what a great deal. Then they got generous and lowered the price to 33,984. I dont know how they sell any vehicles, must be a lot of suckers out there or rich idiots!

My 2021 Corvette is amazing 🤩. It’s just an absolute beauty. Everyone there were cool beans and waymon provided any and all information and features of the car that I needed to know plus some bonus hidden features. Wanted to get out faster but all in all, great time.

Worse place to buy a car. I was approved with an interest rate of 5% pretty good and this guys were trying to make the monthly profit with my purchase. A used truck that was listed for 28k end up being about 45k . This people were trying to make about 9k on top of the hole amount I was suppose to finance with dealer fees and interest included . Even the sales person told me when I was leaving that the manager told him bussines was only about the profit, I understand that, but that’s just a rip off, they asked me for 7k down when my credit score was above 710. The general manager is the one making this decisions, also when I asked how much to buy cash they said 38k for a truck listed for 28k. I feel bad for the sales man cause the poor guy didn’t even know what to come up with anymore, I showed him the math and he knew it was a rip off. No wonder why place it’s always empty.

I found that the Svc. Dept. was able to diagnose my problem quickly and also pointed out another part on my Suburban that needed to be replaced. Parts needed to be ordered and were FedExed in so down time was kept to a minimum.

Predatory. Found a truck online for a certain price and confirmed the price over the phone, drove 2 hours for them to have multiple people try to explain to me why the walk out the door price would actually be more than $7k over what it is listed online. $3k was for ‘Accessories’ as if they weren’t already a part of the car? When I asked why that wasn’t included in the listed price they stated ‘we have to remain competitive in our advertising’. That is a textbook predatory practice. Also very pushy trying to get me to sign-on to financing what I didn’t want to pay for up front which was incredibly uncomfortable.Worst experience buying a car I have ever had.

Total joke. Came across this dealer online, saw a great price for a Chevrolet trailblazer and decided to take the drive (2 hour). Everything about this dealership is sketch. Prior to taking the drive. I called all day to get a Sales Manager on the phone which apparently they only have 1. I finally got a hold of one because I was persistent all day. He mentioned I qualified for some savings and the car total would be $23000 and some change.Finally, made it out to the dealer. I was not welcomed, the car I wanted had no battery so they suggested I test drove another care, the cars check engine light was on and they came back with a total cost of $32000.What you see online isn’t what you get. Don’t be fooled.

Be careful!! These people add fees AFTER the run your credit. We went to check out a jeep off the internet price of 10,400. After they ran our credit tells us that the internet price was wrong and there was $3000 in fees to be added. When questioning the manager, he said it was all in the fine print on the internet 😡

They advertise the truck I wanted online for $28,925 but after they throw on all their nonsense taxes and dealer fees the price jumps to $39,023. Bait and switch is all they do. They are scam artist. When the manager Thomas called back with numbers on the “order of sale” he changed the price to $33,500! His inventory assistant confirmed the online price of $30,500. He immediately had the online price changed and I never heard back from him. These guys are classic con artist!

We have had an issue with the electronics in our Camaro and its been into another dealer multiple times for the same issue. They were never able to fix it and each time we took it to the other dealer it was an all day affair. We brought it to Belle Glade Chevrolet for the same problem and they had it fixed properly in an hour and a half. They were very knowledgeable and immediately and correctly identifies what it was and fixed it right away. I held off on writing this review to make sure the problem didnt reappear and alls good! BUY ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE OPTIONS. The website is misleading. The prices are crossed off implying youd get a better deal than the listed price, but in fact all the prices that are crossed off will be HIGHER. Purchased a new Cadillac CT6 from Belle Glade Chevrolet. Gigi Towle was my sales person. She was very helpful and professional and did all she could to answer all my questions. I will recommend her if i know of any one looking for a GM product. All of the staff at this dealership were very friendly which made the experience a good one. The only thing that I was quite surprised at was that this dealership makes big claims all over their website about being the only dealership in the state of Florida that does not charge a dealer fee on new vehicles. That was not the case in my situation I was charged $884.00. I felt I was getting a good deal on the vehicle so I did not press the issue.

Wow! What a brood of vipers, bait and switch artists. Found a van online with a Plattner Price of $20,799. I phoned, talked to John Losada and made a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle. I clarified the price of $20,799 and he advised that there would be an $884 dealer fee in addition to that. Then, made arrangements to have a friend drive me from Bradenton the next day to pick up the vehicle. Later that day he sent me a buyers order that included a line labeled Accessories for $2,958. In other words they just bumped their advertised price substantially for a set on unwanted pin stripes, paint sealant and a bunch of hot air. Beware.

Terrible customer service - Would NOT recommend this dealership.Called and was rushed to put in a finance application over the phone - HIGH pressure to do so. Turns out that he never sent that application through.I called the next day and spoke to someone who seemed empathetic and immediately put the app through for financing on the car that I wanted. They sent that application to 2 banks to get financing and never received a call back from ANYONE after I was promised to receive a call back by the next day.Called several times and even asked to speak with the manager and NO ONE will call me back. I mustve been denied - but I wouldnt know because no one will talk to me about my status.If you actually have customer service standards and expect to be called back when they say they will (or answers the damn phone when you call), dont use this dealership.
