I bought a rotor and pads for my grandsons car.Got home the rotor was fine . How ever the pads where not they had been installed on some one elses car. The guy at the the counter was rude and said there was nothing wrong with them. I told him they where greasey and no hardware. I have bought alot of brake pads over the years hardware. They always came with the hardware but this guy says that they dont come with them. He up sales me and wow hardware .

Justin that works at this store was amazingly helpful. I was having car trouble and pulled in. Within minutes he was able to help me find the problem and get me the parts I needed. I am impressed with this stores employees and service. Second to none in Bellefontaine. Outstanding!

Where has customer service gone.No one else in the store and the three employees on-site refused to help find a part since I didn’t have a part number.They reasoned because they have so many options, it would take too much time.Pathetic!!

Went to take my brake pads back for the lifetime warranty to get new ones had wrong receipt couldnt remember phone number so bought new ones went home and installed found receipt for old ones took back and still wont take them back because the transaction number they cannot find it in the computer how is that my fault whats the point of a receipt if it is no good may as well not even print them very unhappy spend lots of money here will never go back ever again lost a customer for life

One very nice employee, everyone else has been a dick and tried to refuse service and not follow through on warrantees. Low quality parts as well, alternator broke after just two months. Go anywhere else.

No frills, had what I needed

Went there for rotors, front caliper, and caliper bracket. They didnt actually have the exact model of my vehicle but proceeded to tell me there was no difference between the one they had and mine. Me being an average Joe who knows enough to be able to remove parts and put new ones on didnt have a reason not to believe them. Turns out the bracket is slightly different. So months later when I found out I tried to return them. One employee offered to give me a full refund. But when I arrived the manager refused to refund the bracket because it was out of warranty. I would understand if I was returning it cuz it was broke but it was only because it was the wrong one. So I got screwed by autozone giving me the wrong part and not paying me back. Now I had to pay even more out of pocket to buy the right one. Do not go to autozone. They will screw you over any chance they can if it means keeping money in their pockets. The employees there dont see you as a customer they see you only as the next pay check. OReillys is a better choice. They actually make sure the parts you are receiving are the right ones.
