Lied to more than once, never received the promotional rate I was promised, paid $1,300 cash for phone and they gave me a LOCKED phone, my first bill was late 2 weeks after signing with Sprint because you need to pay in advance, first bill overcharged me by over$1,000 which they had no explanation why, told me they would give me the plan and rate promised.... until the day after I could no longer return my phone. Then they said tough I would not get the promised rate. They would not unlock my phone unless I stayed with them another month. Check your bill daily! Was with them only a month and they kept adding charges they could not explain and had to remove. After all that there are so many dead spots you can hardly use your phone. I switched back to Verizon. Never should have left Verizon. Now I have a $1,300 toy for kids.

The employees quote prices that are no where near what you will actually be paying. You get different answers and prices from each sprint associate you talk to. If I am going to pay these prices I should at least have good service... which I don’t. Even though they said I would. Switching back to Verizon. It was a mistake switching to sprint to begin with.

Employee promise things they cannot keep, promise of a contract buyout that they haven’t done... my Verizon bill sent to collections waiting for Sprint to pay it. They still haven’t done so after 2 months. Promise of “BEST LTE service” but yet I never get service and drop calls constantly.My Advise DO NOT switch to Sprint

Easy to find. Not a lot of parking, however.Bought a new Pixel 3a phone from Amazon, and wanted to put it into Sprints network, replacing my Pixel 1. Despite complications engendered by my old phones dying battery, all got done well. In fact, all was done politely and cordially. Needed explanations were done patiently, without being condescending in the least.Other than my Pixel 1 being problematic ( which is why the new one!), the experience was great.

I got the new galaxy s10 plus 3 monthes ago and they did jot tell me it was a 5g phone and i have not been able to use data since i bought it. They kept telling me to be patient for updates. Then i was patient and they never fixed it and my warranty ran out. So now i have to pay almost 1000$ dollars to pay it off just to be able to get a different phone. After i pay the 1000$ i will be going to verizon.

This is a small store with one employee to assist you. If someone is already waiting, it is best to try back later. However, when you are the one being assisted by the employee, you get excellent service.

I transferred from Verizon to Sprint the 27th of July. However, the advertised contract payoff deal that they are heavily pushing to receive additional customers does not seem as great as it is presented; simply put, I was not informed when I started an account with them that I had to provide the bill from Verizon as proof of the cancellation. That said, phone service for my parents was nearly frozen due to Sprints lack of informing me of the necessary procedure to have the rest of my Verizon contract paid off. Once I was informed of the necessary process to cancel my Verizon contract, I presented them with proper documentation, which was emailed to their escalation team. A month rolls by and I do not receive notice that the contract has been bought out. I then find out the employee that sent the bill to be paid out no longer works at the location and the escalation team has still not received the document. At this point the process is restarted. When I take in my documentation, the management helps me personally; it is now October 14. Two weeks later, the 29th, I received yet another email finally saying that the contract had been bought out and that it would be about another 15 days at most to receive reimbursement from the contract. I finally received reimbursement today, November 2nd; the length of time it took for them to process this was unbelievable. I am not pleased to say I am a customer for a company who claims that we will handle your old contract when in reality it took them a little over three months to finish the whole process. I am having a bit of buyers remorse, and wish just a little that I had stayed with Verizon. Their customer service was far superior than Sprints, even if it meant that I paid a little extra per month for my phone bill.
