I called to get flowers send to my daughter.They did a wonderful job .She got them right away and they were beautiful. Thankyou so much.She really loves them They were purple and white Her favorite colors.Would highly recommend them

I originally ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. I ordered from Proflowers/FTD and paid their exorbitant weekend delivery fee. At 6pm, on the Friday before Mother’s Day (the day before the flowers were to arrive) I received an email from Proflowers saying they could not deliver on the original date due to “civil unrest near our farms in Columbia”. I called the company and was informed that there were no flowers that could be delivered in time. No other online company could provide delivery by the needed date. I finally searched a few local florists (I should have done this to start with). Still, no one could deliver in time, but New Leaf Florist’s website said they could deliver on the Monday after Mother’s Day. I went ahead and put in the order. In the comments section, I said that if there was any way they could make the delivery by Mother’s Day, I would be happy to pay an extra delivery charge. I didn’t get a response, but by Saturday (the next day) around lunchtime, my mother received her flowers. No extra delivery fee was charged. They just went ahead and did it. It’s hard to find service like that anywhere these days, and it was very much appreciated! Thanks New Leaf!

A New Leaf has the most beautifully created arrangements. You are treated like family each and every time you walk through their door making your shopping experience wonderful.

I ordered get well flowers through their website at night, and they were promptly delivered the next day! They looked exactly like the picture, too! Too many times I have been disappointed ordering across the country on flower shops websites. I definitely would order from them again! Thanks for making my friend smile after her surgery!

Today is my mothers birthday. I ordered blue flowers to match my mothers business where they were delivered. Jennifer contacted me to let me know they were out of blue irises because they are out of season and saw that my mother has gotten many blue flowers before and how much they all like my mom there. She apologized and asked if they could substitute. During this time I was in the middle of a migraine and quickly said yes and any color would do. I told her I only picked blue to match the store and that my mom liked blue and white decorations in the winter like snowflakes and snowmen. She was so pleasant and patient with me. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers and they used a blue vase, white flowers and added snowflakes. My mom absolutely loved it. Thanks again Jennifer for being patient and listening to me in our quick conversation, you made my moms day.

I called Jennifer at New Leaf Florist to place a $120 order the day before a viewing. I called to place the order around 11am but then called back 3 hours later because I forgot 2 of the 8 names that needed added to the card. She made it obvious she was annoyed and said she was gonna charge me $2.50 to add the 2 names to the card. I didn’t think this was right but I had to add the names because the 2 names I forgot also helped pay for this order. She later charged the card $3.50 instead and when I called to ask why and she said after she hung up with me she realized the price was 3.50 instead of 2.50. She obviously didn’t think it was important to call the card holder and just charged what she wanted and not what she agreed to. I stayed calm and professional but I told her I would not use her company in the future and her response was: “suit yourself”. Jennifer had a bad attitude from start to finish! Terrible service!!!!!

My wife received a bouquet from our son for mothers day. It is now Wednesday and mostly dead. We received old flowers. This was a big expense for our son and we expected better of New Leaf.

In this town, there is no better place to buy flowers. Scott is the Feng Shui master of floral arrangements. They really have the freshest and the finest like advertised.

My son whom is in the service got on THEIR website and picked out a flower arrangement and then called to order them by the name of the bouquet. His girlfriend gets them and they look NOTHING like the picture. I went in to show them the comparison...I started off asking IF someone would order these flowers would they look like this? Response was as close as we can. Later telling me that they ran out of this flower and that flower and how this was extra blah blah. It wasnt about the cost because he would have paid whatever for them to look right..So then the owner had the nerve to tell me the online pic wasnt pretty and theirs was. Horrible attitude and service. I will never go back and neither will my family members. Shocked!
