For what it is, it is really good. Its a fast-casual burger joint with burgers that satisfy a specific need at a specific time. Their onion rings are very good, and the fries arent half-bad either. The dipping sauces for the tenders are also very good. And, the tenders themselves are always moist and flavorful. Overall, I really cant ask for much more than what I get from them.And, the upside of having a delicious blizzard or some other frozen treat, sets them apart. Generally better quality on all fronts compared to any other major burger chain with similar offerings.

I had the #1 combo--Bacon Cheeseburger w/frie and a drink. Food was very good. Burger tasted like homemade. Wanna try the chicken next time.

They still have the ice cream that you loved as a kid. They also have great combo meals that include a sandwich, fries, drink and sundae. There can be a little of a wait if you are using the drive through but since its open inside, you can park and go in. You can even done Al fresco in their nice outside patio area.

I gave them 2 stars because Im not sure they were taught what a hot fudge Sunday is..Ill tell you what its not, its not 9 Inches of ice cream with hot fudge dumped on the side of the cup that had no ice cream and what happened to the nuts whipped cream and cherry if this is a DQ Sunday then DQ SHOULD BE ASHAMED! you could call it some thing like hot fudge slop cause it took no thought to put this together the one star is for the cashier at least she was doing her job right

This store is too small for the amount of people that frequent there, therefore customer service is really slow and unorganized. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the ice cream is good, otherwise it only deserves 1 star. Not an enjoyable experience visiting.

I really love the convenience of a drive-thru DQ. This location is always extremely busy so expect a wait. Im OK with waiting, but they are ALWAYS out of something. Once in awhile is ok, but its constant. This was an issue even pre-pandemic.... now its 100x worse. The employees are usually friendly and the line moves relatively quickly. Ill still go despite the inconsistencies, cause my expectations are pretty low for getting the exact menu item I came there for.

The chicken tenders were salty and I also ordered a snickers blizzard with caramel on top but there were only 3 pieces of candy in my blizzard and little to no Carmel that I paid extra for if there was any. I was not satisfied with my order this go round.

We just went through the drive through to help ease a craving for some good ice cream. We were in the line and on our way in under 10 minutes. The fee seconds we had to interact with anyone was pleasant and nice. Ice cream was delicious as expected.

This place is always packed. Be prepared to wait upwards of 15 to 20 minutes just to get your order taken. But icream is always great

This DQ was not one of my favorites, the cashier training didnt know much and had to keep asking the manager questions when we were ordering to relay back to the cashier being trained and we were charged extra for condiments. ALSO when I was in line waiting for food the customer in front of me had a bug in the ice cream she just got. They did give her a new one. The soda machine also had a sign stating that u had to get a new cup for a refill. So I went to get one and the manager said I didnt need one. The table I sat down at was also dirty and I had to wipe myself as all others were taken.

I love this place... every visit has been a pleasurable experience. The employees there are very cordial and polite. Even in the midst of a rush, they are very upbeat and accommodating. If youre in the neighborhood, this place is definitely worth the stop.

The ice cream was great and made in a timely fashion!! However I ordered a chicken strip basket that a worker delivered to the wrong table. That customer proceeded to eat a chicken strip and the toast not noticing that it was the wrong order until the worker came back with their right order. After 10 minutes of waiting I mentioned something to a worker and she proceeded to grab the bag that had been previously given to the wrong customers. It was sitting off to the side and there was items missing. I am annoyed and upset about how everything was handled!!!

All we got was a small sunday, but it came up quick and it was good.

Girl scout thin mint cookie blizzard was awesome.

Forgot how good their food is. Onion rings were crisp and did not need ketchup since they were packed with flavor. Cheese curds surprised us that they were great. Usually fast food curds miss the mark. Great packed burgers and crispy chicken sandwich.

Fine as far as a DQ goes but they should be forced to do something about their atrocious traffic situation. Theres an offset 4 way intersection with one of the roads coming in at an angle. Their traffic has always spilled out onto the weis parking lot nearby.

Great food, just disappointing that their lines are so so long. Everytime Ive been here, they have really long lines. The lines aeemed to move quick. U just went in due to how long the line was for my mobile order.

Stopped here the other night for our much needed blizzards! Ordered Mini M&M, Small cookie dough and small snickerdoodle.We got medium m&m with cookie dough in it. Medium cookie dough and a mini M&M.I told them it was supposed to be small snickerdoodle not M&M, so then was handed a mini Snickers. Didnt find that out until we were too far away to turn around.

Too noisy with the music 🎶 for the girl to hear 👂our items we were ordering and they did not take off the correct amount based on the coupons I had.Also we ordered ice cream 🍦items and they brought them to us with our hot food.

I have busy this particular restaurant numerous times. This particular visit I received items not as specified when ordering. I had specifically asked for chocolate ice cream in a dish with crushed peanuts and received vanilla ice cream. Also ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich and received a grilled chicken sandwich with all the fixings. Rates as I did because the food is good and what fast food restaurant doesnt mess up customers orders at times.

Couldnt do 2 transactions in drive thru. Waited 10 min inside for an overdone burger. I wanted dipping sauce for my onion rings and the wanted to charge .25. And my sweet tea tastes like rootbeer. Wth

Good food but not always hot

Too many teenagers working at the time I was there around 630pm-700pm, and they were packed both in the driveway and inside and it was chaos, u had one register open some were standing around looking lost, Im sorry it was very unorganized!!! You really need alot of organization from a higher up or even an owner/corporate person!The young cashier to me was very patient, but I felt sorry for him cause he was the only cashier person waiting on customers when someone else could have helped, but rather I guess they wanted to stand around!!!!Now for the food, it was good!! But please u really need some organization, I love Dairy Queen but if I see it the same way I did today, I wont stop in!!!

Outside patio was nice, and the grilled chicken was just as good as Chick-fil-A minus the artisan bread . Ill go back again & again. Found a hidden GEM in an Ice cream fast food place .

It was very busy there so the service was slow. Not sure about regular food menu because I only took the family for ice cream. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. Im sure if they werent as busy I would have given a 5* review. Better to wait when they dont have many customers if you want to eat here.

Its Dairy Queen not bad for the blizzard and other ice cream treats but what really gets the 2 star rating is the teens that seem to run the place with nothing to do other then mess the order up or play with your food. also apparently with the big advertised sign that states that the heath caramel brownie blizzard is served upside down or its free when questioned the cashiers response is we do not do that at this store and we do not have to said with some attitude. so with the teens flirting with one another, no manager to take responsibility, and no customer service skills get your ice cream treat and run like the wind.
