I had to convince the service representative that my vehicle required maintenance for a manufacturer recall. The appointment was scheduled and my VIN verified that I needed to bring the vehicle in. When I arrived I was told it was already fixed when it was not and only through my own persistence was the situation rectified. If I trusted the representative no maintenance would have been preformed and I would be driving a potentially unsafe vehicle.Unfortunately I wasnt able to get a hold of Kevin so I will try to clarify here. The campus, and staff were all clean, well kept and welcoming. The entirety of the issue is that the service representative was unsure how to help as her computer showed the service has been completed. I reference the appointment email but that didnt help as Im not sure she could appreciate the seriousness of the situation as she considered the matter resolved. I was getting fed up and was about to leave when I decided to ask if the recall number in my email was the one on her screen, it was not. Once we discovered she was looking at the wrong vehicle the rest of the process went very smoothly. The service was completed in a timely manner and my vehicle was returned to me without further issue. I do appreciate Kevin reaching out and trying to address the issue.
The absolute best car buying experience we have ever had! Matt Colombo gave my daughter a phenomenal deal on her first new car ever. She is thrilled and we got a fantastic price. Let me start this off with I was not in person for the looking and buying. I came up a day later to sign papers. I am not impressed with Tom Hoskins or your finance team. First, Tom didn’t offer gap or extended warranty which is pretty common these days. So here we are thinking our payment was $460 like we told him we could do. Ya it’s not its more like $547 now. Second, your finance team did not go over the terms of the loan with my co-signer. He had no idea what the apr was or what the payment was. I found that out the day after but not from the finance team from me actually looking over the papers. Thirdly, I still have no idea who the loan is through and had I not looked at the papers we wouldn’t know the first payment is on 11/20/21. Lastly, I was suppose to be the co-signer not the first person listed and I find that out after the fact as well. On top of that it was never explained WHY there was that change. After this car we will not be back ever again. Tom kept pushing for this sale and he got it so kudos on that. But do better with what you promise your clients.

Be prepared to know your car trade on value please,do not make the same mistake my mom didmy mother went in to check cars and ended up buying a car.she had a trade in and she didnt know much her car was worth. I wasnt there but I did research and asked other dealerships what was her value and it was 12,800 (per lenders and salesmen quote since the told me they use they own black book) they put her car as rough and only gave her 10k. Im very upset about it since right now they had a trade in event and they go and give her the lowest they could..

I dont know why this service is dated for October 15th this service was conducted a few months ago. The dealership ended up keeping my vehicle for days longer than needed because the tech who was supposed to work on it had an emergency which in itself is completely understandable however the tech appeared to have locked my keys in their toolbox so at one point the dealership lost my keys. All of this could have been explained had they communicated with me in an effective manner but I had to call the dealership multiple times a day even though I was promised call backs. I would not/could not recommend this dealer to anyone that I know and actively tell people to avoid it. I ended up having to take my vehicle to another dealer and because of the way this dealership filled out my paperwork I was required to pay for warranty work that Cardinal was trying to fix by using a paintstick to repair.

Tl;dr Awesome sales department, spectacular service department, thoroughly happy with my purchase and will return!I hate buying a car. I hate everything about it, from the anxiety of haggling to the entire day lost at a dealership. However, when I decided I wanted to trade in my SUV for a pickup, Cardinal had a truck I was interested in so I set aside an evening to go look at it.Matt Colombo greeted me when I came in and the first thing he said to me was, You dont want this truck. He assured me that the truck Id come to look at was in pretty rough shape. Hed show it to me, but he also wanted to show me one that was much better truck for the money.He was right, the truck I came to look at sounded like a dying animal when he started it up. He then went on to show me another truck that was about $5,000 more than the first, but when I explained to him that I really wouldnt be able to afford that much more, he showed me (without trying to further convince me to buy the more expensive one) a third truck within my price range that seemed to be in great shape, it was just smaller than what Id initially been looking for. I liked it quite a bit, though, so we went on to do paperwork (I was there for multiple hours, but really thats just part and parcel of buying a vehicle). There was some amount of going back and forth to get the payment where I wanted, but in the end I left happy.That weekend we decided that it would be the vehicle we took on a trip that would involve a total of ten hours drive time on the interstate (not in small part because it was my shiny new to me truck and I wanted to drive it lol). While we were puttering around in our destination city we noticed the brakes making some noise, and by the time we got home they were complaining pretty loudly. I took it to Meineke and was quoted about $1,500 for basically a total brake replacement as well as some shock work and a tie rod replacement. Id just bought the truck!I texted Matt that evening with a picture of the estimate Meineke had given me and asked if there was anything they could do. He advised me to speak with Amanda in service, which I did the next day and she was able to fit me in that afternoon. I didnt deal with Amanda when I got there, but the gentleman (whose name I regrettably cant remember - Bradford, maybe?) with whom I dealt was incredibly helpful and seemed greatly concerned that I had only just purchased the truck from them.I had my toddler with me and was unwilling to reinstall our carseat in a different vehicle so we hung out at the dealership (in a little playroom with lots of toys to keep her occupied) while the service department looked at the truck. We were there for an hour or two and then were informed that the dealership would perform all repairs (except for the tie rod, with which they apparently couldnt find anything wrong) free of charge. I was astounded - Id bought the truck used, after all, and the extended warranty I purchased (its a ten year old truck) explicitly does not cover brakes. I had really just expected a discount on the work, not a complete comp! Were expecting to have the work completed in the upcoming week.All in all, I cant say Ive had a better experience at a dealership, especially with both the service and the sales departments. Usually one or the other falls short. We will for sure be returning for any future vehicle purchases!

This place is a joke! I referred someone who purchased their vehicle and never got the $100 referral fee. Then once I sold my current vehicle I contacted their finance department multiple times within three months to get a warranty refund and no one ever got back to me. This place will demand money owed upfront, but when they owe you they won’t follow through. Do not waste your time at this dealership! Two of the employees that helped me here were great & they are no longer with this dealership and now I understand why!

First of all I dont write reviews at 70 years old but I felt like passing on this information, Our sales person was David Bradshaw ( cowboy Dave ) Dave and everyone we met working at Cardinal went out of their way to make our deal happen. I have never bought a vehicle in my life that EVERYTHING was taken care of. When our sale was completed we had title, plates on vehicle, taxes paid ( least favorite experience ) detailed and full tank of gas in our 2021 Enclave. In the month of July I had two friends buy vehicles at Cardinal and told me to try this dealership out, we were all three first time buyers at Cardinal Buick. One of my friends that bought lives 70 miles west in Missouri and I live 75 miles east in Illinois, worth the drive for sure .
First let me say that I didnt have an issue with the customer service. The service people were courteous and respectful throughout the duration. The issue was the length of time to take to get the service done. I kept getting told still waiting on parts and it kept getting pushed back another day. When the parts came it I was told that they were waiting on parts when it was in fact already there. So time was wasted. Also after getting the service done, I was told I needed to get some things fixed that there was no previous indicators that those things needed to be fixed, particularly the brakes. You can tell when your brakes are going out but I didnt have anything wrong with my brakes prior. The only thing I can do is go off their word. If the actual service could match up with their professionalism, they would be slamming.
It took over a month fix my radio for the second time in less than a year. The staff was friendly but the amount of time it took was unacceptable. It took me taking to several different associates and being on hold over an hour each time to get the parts ordered. The work was 100% covered under warranty. So I have no clue why it took so long to order the parts. Then the wrong part gets ship or ordered. Also this is not the first time they had my vehicle for a extended period for common GM/Chevy parts.

My experience is not performances base its customer service driven. I recently signed up for service on-line after receiving an email from Cardinal Buick. In the email,was an offer a gold and platinum pack for service...the platinum package was $166.79...but after I picked up my vehicle the total was $274. The false advertisement is my problem, and the customer service rep that had an attitude in explaining that the pricing on-line is not set in place by the dealership. However, an establishment such as yourself should be responsible for knowing as well as honoring your cyber pricing and advertisements.
I bought a kia soul with Bruno, he was super helpful and answered all my questions. He wasnt rude in anyway and really listened to what I wanted. It was a great experience and cardinal Buick provided excellent customer service

I would rate 5 stars for Cody who was doing great job on helping me getting to know more about the car. He always respond me to help with anything we need to know about our new car but I having a problem with the financial service they provided when I bought my car. I bought my car in late night that I had to accept the loan from GM finance. Even my credit score was very high 850., I have to pay 4.75 % interest which told I can refinance after 6 months. I didn’t have time to check around so I accept it and thought I can refinance later . After 6 months, I refinance with my bank with interest rate 2.6% . They request the pay off letter. I called GM financial millions times but no one answer. I always wait for an hours then hang of because no one answer. I called the GM financial guy to help but he didn’t answer me or call me back. I went online request it but it have been 3 weeks, I still haven’t get the payoff letter. I check with them this morning, they said they emailed it already but I still didn’t get it. If you buy car from them, don’t ever use GM finance

So far the service seems to be good, only problem that I had was when I called for a price of the service that I was receiving I was given one total, upon arrival I was given two different totals, when question why I was given two totals I was told that their cash registers were not working properly, in which is not my fault. In my opinion cash registers that are not working properly should be replaced immediately to give customers more accurate price, otherwise I’d assume that I was being overcharged for the service that I received.
Thomas was great! He was kind and took all of my needs into consideration when helping me with my purchase. I am an educator and he was able to work around my busy schedule. Mark the sales manager even came out introducing himself. It was a wonderful experience all around with friendly staff!
The service was good but I a issue trying to pay with my rewards..it was resolved. Now I get an email informing me that more work needs to be done on my car. The service department never mentioned to me that I needed additional service..

Bruno was Great!!!!! He explained everything when we had problems. He worked his hardest to get me into a vehicle. When we started running into a time crunch he offered to go pick my husband up and take him to work so he wouldnt be late. He was really good handling 2 bored teenagers and even gave my oldest advice on how to build his credit once he turns 18, and told him about current job openings. I would definitely come back and work with him and only him.
If your credit is less than perfect you are treated with little to no respect. i visited with Every intention on walking away with the car that I personally researched and acquired a loan for prior to my visit. Once the sales guy found he couldn’t upsell me to something more due to my credit challenges he treated me as if I didn’t exist and actually more like I was a bother to him. Even commented his surprise anyone gave a loan at all. I think ill spend mymoney elsewhere thank you!
Cardinal Buick is awesome. I recommend them highly. They have lenders even if your credit is not perfect. The prices cant be beat!! And I love our salesman Claude. We have bought two cars here so far. They have saved us thousands! I cant say enough good about them.

I encourage anyone who shops here to pay close attention to the numbers and hold firm on what you expect for your trade! They tried to severely low ball my trade in value and I learned long ago to walk away from unacceptable offers. Only when I was literally driving off the lot was I flagged down by the manager and offered a reasonable amount. $250 less than what I was asking.Now the deal was typed up and the price of the vehicle was magically more than $2000 over the final price listed on their website. More back and forth between the sales person and the manager.I eventually walked away with the vehicle I picked out at the price I was expecting but not without frustration and way more time spent than necessary. I had hoped silly tactics like these were a thing of the past but...

I have a great experience every time I visit Cardinal. I bought my vehicle from Matt Colombo in early 2020- he was very patient, no pressure, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Ive been back there for every oil change/tire rotation (every advisor is super helpful and attentive), and Matt goes out of his way to say hi and asks if Im still enjoying the vehicle- and if he isnt busy, takes it through the car wash himself after the service is complete. Talk about top notch service!
I took my car in for a recall on the Jack without an appointment and they took care of it right away. I was also having an issue with my hatch they ended up having to order a part for it. Took it back to get repaired No Hassle at all. Everyone one at Cardinal Buick is wonderful.

March 16, 2021 i cosigned for my daughter to get a newer vehicle. Both credits were not the greatest, but mine was high enough and i had the income to cosign. We get approved, they take her picture holding her plates, we leave (after5.5 hr). Within a few days the finance company calls and welcomes us. All good. March 29th Cardinal calls me and says the finance company wont approve the loan (she is a driver for Jimmy Johns) so i need to come in and redo the loan and put in my name only. Well defeated the purpose of helping her establish credit, but we agreed because she needed a vehicle. So i go and redo all the paperwork. On April 1st they call me again and say the loan company wont approve the loan just with me because they know she will be driving the vehicle. So, we had to return the vehicle. They did refund her deposit, but id never recommend them to anyone trying to establish their credit.

She kept in contact with me for over a month while I waited for a settlement on a car accident to get over with. She was friendly and helped me greatly to find the perfect vehicle. She knows what she is doing!

I can honestly say he is the best salesperson I have ever had. He truly wants his customers happy and is willing to go the extra mile to do so.
First time experiencing poor service in all the years I’ve been a customer. The service tech Bradford did the best he could to communicate delays and offered me 20% off my bill for the 3-hour wait.
TC Cunningham was very pleasant and professional to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and buy another car thru him again. Overall at Cardinal it was a very good experience.
Sad that most times I come in for a service such as an oil change it takes hours and I am almost always asked to reschedule. The girls at the desk are wonderful though which makes it a little more bearable.

Cree the service advisor was amazing!! She is so awesome to work with and got my car fixed really fast. Jordan the technician fixed all the issues with my car and it rides like it is brand new. I would highly recommend getting service done at this dealership just to have this kind of service.

Brad in the service department was extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and had an Uber pick me up at my home and take me back to the dealership. The only frustrating part was it took a little longer than I expected but that because of some un foreseencircumstances beyond their control. Brad thanks again for being so awesome 😎😎
