It is always a good experience at this eye doctor. April (the docs’s Asst) is amazing. Sweet, kind and patient ALWAYS. Dr Josh prescribed great driving glasses that help so much with night driving.

Today I had my annual eye examination at Advanced Vision Care located in Belleville IL. It was an Excellent experience. I didn’t realize how many different ways a person can have their eyes examined. This place is equipped with the latest high tech equipment. My eye exams results were good. The staff was nice. I highly recommend Advanced Vision Care for all of your eye care needs.

This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever received. Every step was explained to me, and I felt respected & welcomed as a patient.

After going to the same eye doctor for 30 years, I was a little hesitant to try someone new, but since my doctor retired, I had no choice. I have never been disappointed since the first day I walked in the door at Advanced Vision Care! All of the staff and Dr. Josh are always upbeat and happy and extremely courteous and helpful! They take whatever time is needed to answer my questions and give me a thorough exam! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely loved the dr and all of the workers were wonderful! But there is one person that was rude. Her name is Vicki. I have had to deal with her twice now and she is rude to me each time I have cane for a visit.

My wife and I had a very good experience. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We thought the doctor (Mike) was very thorough and professional. or eye doctor for 40 years was dr. Kramer he took care of our entire family and we liked and respected him very much. We really question whether we wanted to remain an Advanced Vision Care. But But after today we have decided to remain with Advanced Vision Care.

Very professional, my 18 year old son had a minor eye injury. First place I called was not professional. Autumn; however, is VERY professional from the first call. Help and answered ALL questions. My son was in the optometrists chair in less than 30 minutes from my first call. Dont go anywhere else.

Friendly staff. Efficient in the testing . Offered explanations. Seemed genuine in examining my vision. A bit disappointed in their communication. Theyre chosen to use texting (which is fine) but then dont follow up with it.

If I could give no stars, I would. The person who handled my insurance issues was great. I asked to have my glasses adjusted while there. April broke them, never apologized and tried to sell me new glasses. I am amazed at the poor way in which this was handled. Needless to say, I will get replacement glasses, at my expense, somewhere else.

Highly recommend Advanced Vision Care. The staff and Dr. Wilson take excellent care and take time the time to make sure your vision is the best that it can be.

The only reason why theyre four star is because they accepted my insurance but they didnt have my glasses so I have to go somewhere else to get my glasses other than that service was excellent

I thought the exam, elective testing, and explanations were top notch! My husband and I were taken aback; shocked actually when the pricing came back for my chosen glasses and prescription sunglasses. $2000! $800 AFTER insurance! Just couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

My son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and Dr. Mike did a wonderful job explaining the importance of annual eye exams to us! Great office!

Been using Dr. Vogel for quite a few years,he is an excellent Dr. I am VERY unhappy with the exciting new changes that are coming. The new office staff is very unprofessional now and change the rules as she goes along. I had a pair of glasses I ordered a long time ago and have forgotten about. I am very guilty for that, my wife who our names are on separate accounts went in to see Dr.Vogel for her contacts ordered and paid for them on the spot I went in to pay for my glasses and pick up her contacts and NO contacts were ordered! She is out and the receptionist inside said they were not ordered because I did not pick up my glasses sooner.Separate accounts contacts paid in full and she decides not to order the contacts that were paid in full! I am very sorry Dr.Vogel your services are always great, and your original receptionist is always a pleasure to deal with but after I pick up those contacts that have been paid for almost 2 weeks ago a nd not yet ordered I am looking for a new eye specialist as I will not be treated like this for someone I pay to do services for me.Thank you Dr.Vogel but this new company is driving your business away as is the new office manager. Paul.

I have been seeing Dr. Kraemer for for over 10 years. Have had great service every visit; transitioning from glasses, contacts, and follow-up visits for my Lasik. Works great with my insurance and always quick with responses.

Never a long wait, plus Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh are both friendly and knowledgeable as well as the office staff. Will continue to come here for my yearly exams from now on!

I have to admit...I was a little skeptical when I initially learned of the move from Kraemer & Vogel to Advanced Vision Care because my family and I had been going to Doctors Kraemer and Vogel for 20+ years, but my concerns were alleviated during my appointment with Dr. Vogel this past Monday. The staff who dealt with me (Joyce, Katie, and April) were so kind and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable; and for that I am thankful. My son actually had an appointment about a week before me with one of the new doctors, Dr. Sarah Sweeney, since Dr. Kraemer had already retired. He really liked her and found her to be very knowledgeable and caring. He said she took the time to give him some information about a condition that I have, in addition to doing his eye exam. The staff who helped him at that appointment (Joyce, Vicki, and April) were great with him as well.

Absolutely amazing staff, friendly, efficient and Dr. Wilson is great!
