My Husband and I purchased a backhoe in the United States this summer having no clue how we would get it home to Canada. CrossBorder Solutions was recommended by a friend of ours who deals with them on a regular basis and is very happy with their service. We contacted them and were very impressed by the representatives professionalism and knowledge. They put our minds at ease explaining the process in detail and they looked after every detail delivering our backhoe without a hitch. We were definitely in the dark to all the paperwork, HST, general information required by Border Security etc but CrossBorder Solutions looked after it all in a timely and cost effective manner. We have nothing but good things to say about this company!

Used CrossBorder for many years but lately they have been very unresponsive and seem to have a lot of turnover. I never know who Im to reach out to anymore. Super frustrating when logistics can be very time sensitive.

I called them at least 40 times and no one answered. First time working with them and now it will be the last time. Good job Cross Border :)

One of the worse broker we moved load for them and when we received payment after 50 days its short payment of $375 when we called to ask why there is short payment one of their agent said someone will call you but noone returned any call to ex-plane why there is short payment

Cross Border Solutions? More like cross border problems. We called them approximately half a dozen times and every time, they said they would get back to us. No one ever did. Guess they didn’t want our business. It’s a shame since we wanted to support a local company but not at the expense of our shipment.
