It would be nice if they were open when they say they are. Closed on Saturdays? Really?

My complaint is when you would prefer to go through drive through but that is closed. I wish the drive thru reception was better. I hate giving out private information and having to tell it😕

I got a prescription fillled here and it was fine. I just wish the folks were nicer at this location. I always feel like the folks are rude. The employees are nice, but usually hard to find and very busy. I would shop here again, but only on days when its not so crowded.

This is by far my most favorite pharmacy! The staff there is so nice and pleasant. All the pharmicists are great especially Sara! Keep up the good work everyone!

By far the best pharmacy l, even comparing other Walmarts. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

My husband and I switched from Walgreens because they are so expensive. We have never had problems at the Belleville Pharmacy..well except for their drive-thru being closed quite a bit. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful here. There has been a couple occassions that they were out of stock on a prescrption, but they always have it the next day or if they have some pills in stock they will give you a partial on it to hold you over until the rest come in. People shouldnt wait until the day they are out of medicine and then get mad at the pharmacy that their out of stock for a day or two. Most insurance companies let you refill a few days prior to your prescription running out. That way if they are short, you wont completely run out until its filled.

Hands down the worst pharmacy. .Ill drive 45 minutes to Sparta walmart pharmacy from here out. .these people never have anything together and every time I come they try to bill me without my insurance. Today tops it...they tell me to come back before 130..I stay in the store and come back at 120 ..again billing wasnt done so they close the door and tell me to come back in an hour they are closed for lunch at 130 unless I wanted to pay my full prescription cost for 3 out of four prescriptions..since they only figured out how to run one prescription through my insurance. What a joke!

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! I have been using CVS for years & they had the best customer service and the nicest employees. We were forced to switch due to an insurance change and these last couple months of having to deal with this Walmart pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. They cant get their story straight on what their policies are, they dont have the medicine ready when theyre supposed to... i and another family member are on pain management and this Walmart says that you cant have your prescription ready even though we get the exact same prescription every month so you are faced with going cold-turkey each month if they dont have your meds available and it could be up to a week or 10 days.. even though its very dangerous to cold turkey off these meds. We be never had this trouble with cvs. Just this morning they were supposed to have my husbands meds ready at 9am and he was out... we gave them a little time, came at noon and they were like der, we dont have them ready, it wasnt listed to be filled ... blah blah blah. Well, what do we expect with wall-mart. We are going to be looking for a high-end pharmacy. O... and they never do the insurance right (we have two insurances) so we have to fight them every time. Theyll say we owe like 50.00 and we have to argue with them to recheck our insurance and theyre rude.. then theyre like o ya, you owe .45 cents and this happens every. Single. Time!!!! I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy. They are going to lose our business... and so is Walmart in general.

It takes FOR..EV...ER to get a prescription filled. On 10/9/18 i came in at 415pm. They said thirty minutes. Its now 523pm!!!
