Very good and personal Ill give them a 4.8

Solid workmanship offset by poor customer service and misquotes. An initial estimate of a 1-1.5 hr fix on my lawn tractor took 2 days longer than told and cost ~$100 more based on an actual 3-hr job at $58/hr. No discount offered from counter despite three prompts on status and the misquoted labor charge. Funny thing, I actually played the quote from my messages to the front desk and still no apologies or refund...shameless.

They have great coustmer service and prices are decent but over all their equipment is good.

Worst place ever....do not do business with these people!
