Two great experiences at Reinigers in the past month. We went in to get a watch battery replaced. They have a great deal that covers replacements for 5 years: we were sold on that idea. While we were waiting the friendly staff had us fill out cards for their monthly drawing. We did it to kill time not expecting much. To my surprise Karen called me on July 6th to tell me Id won the drawing for $100!! She said they normally email but because my birthday was the next day she had to call! Went in today to claim my prize. Found a beautiful necklace and bracelet with her patient help. If youre on the fence, I encourage you to check them out!

I love your shop. You have things that are suitable for young folks & I love to find things for our granddaughters. The grandsons are too young yet for what you have. They are just hard to buy for as well. Your employees dont do the hard sell for the most part. My husband especially does not like the push to buy or to upgrade to something more expensive. I can deal with it but am glad that it is not present at your shop. Your inventory sells itself.

They respect your budget and show you lovely items within your price range! The store is small, but their collection is beautifully curated. In the past they have gone out of their way to find a piece for me based on a picture. My purchase this past visit was not expensive, yet I received the same respectful treatment as the young man that was looking at an absolutely stunning engagement ring. They have done professional engraving and repair work for me in the past. Patti, the store associate, obviously enjoys her job. I went in with my childhood locket being in the absolute worst shape. I had no idea what the metal or the stone was and Kendra I believe her name was helped me. Went in to have help with a repair to a necklace and to have it shortened. They were able to do the repairs that other companies told me couldn’t be done. Reiniger’s is AMAZING. They charged a fair price to have my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together and it looked amazing when I picked it up. It was even done 3 days early! I have never been to Reiniger Jewelers until just the other day. I called to see if they were working on watches, specifically to punch down the back of my watch without breaking the front. They said they did. I took in my watch and within a matter of minutes it was all back together. Doug said there was no charge. I asked him about resizing my gold wedding band. Yes they did that as well as much work for other jewelers since they have a full workshop in the back room of the facility. I told my wife I was going to take up my wedding band to be resized and maybe she should come along and maybe she will find something. Well I bought a new band for myself instead of just enlarging my old band. My wife found a band with diamonds that went around her mothers wedding ring. We were both so pleased with the service and friendly employees. I am so glad we went to Reinigers as we were both very pleased with what we purchased.

I have used Reiniger Jewelers in Swansea IL in the past to have jewelry repaired and had a good experience. I recommended to a friend who needed a necklace charm repaired before Christmas for her husband. We came on Sunday Dec 22 and they opened early for us standing outside. They were very welcoming, even helped me pick out a new chain I needed while helping my friend with her repair. They will have it ready for her by Dec 24 in time for Christmas!
