I love that you can order your groceries online and pick them up the next day. Really helps if you are in a hurry, sick or disabled. I like in the winter I can order anything from my warm home and then just pull into the pick up slot and they bring it out and load it for you. No extra charge and they wont even take a tip. My food is always kept cold and everything as far as fresh vegetables, has been thoughtfully selected so its fresh and in good condition. A really great service Walmart offers!

I’ve been sitting outside waiting for an grocery pick up order for 2 hours when I ordered it multiple days ago and on my app it says it’s ready I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this Walmart

Cedric and his co-worker were very polite. I placed my order through the app on May 31st and arrived at 7:04 for them to load up my car. The order included $400 worth of items and they loaded my car quickly. My little girl is 11 months and I work 8 hr shifts standing on my feet. This is so convenient and makes life easier. Just order through the app, pay, schedule a pick up time/day, arrive, check in the and they load up car. Thanks Cedric youre an asset to the company.

Started strong. They were really bad for a while. More theyre better. Hopefully theyll stay great. They often are out of something. They can be very slow at times. But this is a very convenient service that when run correctly is amazing.

Worst experienced. Extremely understaffed.Could have went in and shopped quicker. 5 items were out of stock and should have been items easily substituted, and the produce was almost bad.

Every time I have used their pick up service, it was fantastic and fast except for Mondays, seems they have a lot of workers calling in sick.

Today was my first time using Wal*Mart Grocery Pickup. It was super convenient. Store associate Veta brought the order out to my car and placed it within its trunk. She was super sweet and very helpful. Because of this, I will definitely be using Wal*Mart Grocery Pickup again.

Customer service is aweful. The woman at the self checkout redhair heavyset from thursday pm evening shift( flips her name tag not to be ID) is a racist. The manager NORBERTO abuses his authority and sides with the employees wothout listening to customers. Worst walmart.

This Walmart pick up sucks!! Ive done them twice and each time someone is being lazy and dont want to go to the deli department and get what is needed.. they say it is out.. so why did I go in the store both times and get what I requested them too???
