Ive been eying a new 0211 Driver for a while and decided to come into the showroom today to pick one up. What a beautiful store! I could move in!The staff was super courteous and very knowledgable, showing me my options but without any pressure. Great store, Id highly recommend a visit.

Where do I begin? Professional, very respectful, courteous, culturally competent, overall one of the best retail experiences ever. My husband was so happy with his fitting, he brought me in to get fitted for a full bag set as well. Taylor Brendan did a stellar job making sure we were fitted with the perfect clubs, irons and putters for our respective skill levels. We felt that the biggest difference between PXG and other golf retailers is their superior customer service. The product is great, but the service is phenomenal. JD, the regional manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Management strongly focuses on creating strong relationships and that is what keeps us coming back. The entire process from getting fitted to buying gear was seamless. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. There was no selling pressure and just all around great vibes. We highly recommend PXG of Bellevue/Seattle if you are serious about taking your golf game to the next level.

I took my dad here to get fitted for a new driver, and I was absolutely blown away by the facility, the service, and the expertise. Taylor is one of the best fitters we have ever worked with, and his knowledge of the product is unmatched. He not only took the time to explain the different components of the club, but made sure there were some real performance gains before purchasing. My dad ended up coming back and buying more clubs because he enjoyed the process so much. I think he will now be a PXG customer for life.

Big shout out to Taylor Brenden and J.D. at PXG for a second to none fitting experience. Definitely the best experience I have had at a golf store. Taylor was very knowledgeable about all their products. The private fitting was totally catered to all my golf needs. I felt as if I was given the red carpet treatment. This place is top notch. Everyone is welcoming and more than happy to help. The store is always clean and put together with a variety of apparel. The best part about the store is the two TrackMan hitting bays. If you go, ask for Dan. That guy will work with you and get you fitted for the perfect set

Good all around experience. Never had fitted clubs before, looking forward to using them. Took advantage of full bag special which included free golf bag and hat! Knowledgeable staff (fitted by Taylor) worked with me find what appeals to me. Shafts and grips also fitted!

Cant say enough about this place, the products, and the staff here. You want to go pro, this is how you do it. From fitting me to a whole new set and bag to unwrapping my beauties,when they arrive, it was top notch customer service with a white glove treatment. Cant over state how good of a experience it was

Kyle and Taylor at the store go above and beyond for their customers. The order of clubs and bag arrived in record time and we are already seeing the benefits of PGX clubs on the golf course. Oh and they even embroidered our bag with the requested initials. We highly recommend the store experience. The fitting process was fairly straight forward and Kyle was extremely knowledgable. Rick was super cool. Although with that said the experience of testing out a driver was kinda blah... We changed a couple heads, a couple shafts, not to talkative. I really wanted to get a driver today... I felt like i was rushing, i just didnt feel like this experience lived up to whst i was hoping

PXG Seattle is an awesome golf store, and their fittings are second to none. Kyle at PXG came out to do a fitting at my club that I’m in and was able to spend a lot of time getting me dialed in. I was getting fit for my first set of golf clubs, so it was nice going through tons of shaft options, lengths, and club heads. He made sure to get me fit to what felt best and performed best. I was fit for driver, woods, and irons. I had been using demo sets for a couple months, and I’ve noticed a huge difference immediately from fitted clubs. I’m a tall guy, so stick stuff is usually on the short side for me. I ended up doing a fitting at another local golf store and the experience was night and day difference. The other place was nowhere close to as in-depth, and I left feeling like I had to call PXG and order clubs from them. I was able to get them ordered up with no issues as Kyle made sure to save my specs. He informed me to stop by and do a putter fitting.A couple weeks later I stopped by the store and was able to do a putter fitting. As a new golfer they were more than happy to give me tips, and help walk me through what types of putters would fit the swing I was working with. The putter fitting was as in-depth as the rest of the clubs. Working through putter heads, shaft length, hosels, and grips until we had what was performing best. I felt like I got significantly better at putting with their lessons, and was feeling very confident with the putter setup. Was able to order up the putter and have it shipped to store for free. I’ll be picking it up later this week.Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to PXG Seattle. Their service is outstanding, products are awesome, and the store is well located and easy to get to.

Expensive but great gold clubs and fitters. Fitting bays are world class. They are doing a great job of following the covid protocols.

Absolutely loved the experience of going in here. Everyone, from the front desk associate Dillon (sp?), to the guy who helped fit my clubs, Rick, were awesome. They were happy to help, happy to take an extra step or two to help improve my experience. And Rick was extremely knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect fit for my swing. Absolutely reccomend and absolutely will be going back.

Went to check out the “new” golf store... I was amazed by the great staff and the quality of PXG golf clubs. Ended up setting up an appointment to be fitted... went back and experienced NOTHING BUT FIRST CLASS... bought new driver, hybrid and putter... Customer Service and my new clubs are EXCEPTIONAL....

L was just there to try their putter and order with them. I was probably there for about 15 minutes, but no one came to ask me how I was doing or whether I needed any help or not. Ended up walking out with nothing and I’m ordering it online instead. The guy at the front also never greeted me, either, he was just on his phone.

Had to add a review after reading the first one here, took my clubs into the new Seattle PXG store as I had a query on my irons (PXG 0311 Gen 1). Justin immediately put me in a hitting bay and checked that all my club lies and lofts we accurate to ensure all was in order, he then took time with me to watch me hit and then made some recommendations to my iron set up (I had made some swing changes since my original fitting). He made all the recommended adjustments quickly in store, no small task as we changed the lie on all my irons. Amazing service!!This is why we buy PXG, service was great, store is clean and welcoming, Justin and the lady in the store were great and extremely welcoming. No pressure to buy and freedoms to browse and test...If you need some new clubs reach out to Justin and JD, they will make sure your taken care of.Great job PXG Seattle... I will be back!!

Had an AMAZING experience at PXG Seattle today. Came in with my 16yr old and luckily got right in for a fitting with Master Fitter, Justin Shepherd. Justin was amazing. He took two hours with my son and guided him thru the fitting process. We went thru various shifts and PXG heads to dial in the perfect club option.Rather than go in for the quick sale, Justin is going the extra mile to insure my son is fit correctly and best piece of the puzzle is that Justin scheduled us a follow-up appointment and asked us to bring my sons clubs in so he could demonstrate the PXG quality difference in product and fitting. That alone speaks raves to me. Do you pay a premium for the clubs and service? Absolutely, but you get what you pay for.Kudos to Justin and the PXG Seattle team. You have earned a customer for a long time to come!

Best club fitting experience I’ve ever had. If you’re serious about the game and are looking for the best products along with the best club fitting experience out there there is no better place to go.

Buying my first set of clubs ever at age 56. Not much of a golfer now and dont expect to ever go pro but fell in love the game recently. Researched a lot of clubs and was leaning toward PXG but wanted to try them out before buying. I was in the USMC and their Heroes program made them even more appealing!So, I chatted with Carrie over the phone numerous times about PXG answering all my questions completely. She suggested coming in to their new Bellevue store for a hands on experience and try out their simulator for a custom fit. Saturday, I was a bit nervous because I was so new to the game and bit concerned about embarrassing myself on the simulator. Kristin greeted me with a huge smile at the door and made me feel welcome and at home, alleviating most of my anxiety. Then, she introduced me to Justin who chatted with me in his Tennessee accent about what I was looking for, the company in general, the details about the clubs, and then took me to the simulator. Pretty high tech stuff. This was pure science going into this fitting. Wow! I was completely impressed and enjoyed teeing off into one of their two simulators. Talked again after I was done and he steered me into a fine set of clubs, driver and putter that I could use and grow into and enjoy using! Went back into the shop and Jamie helped me out with the must have purchase of PXG clothing and bag. Although they didnt have a glove in my size, she even double checked everything just to make certain. PXG Bellevue was the perfect shopping experience. Great products and wonderful customer service compelled me to write this review! Thank all four of you for your time and advice as well as making this a great experience. Now I just have to wait for the clubs to arrive!!! Thank you Bob Parsons!!!

Wow!!! The Best!!! Do not hesitate....go in!! I am an extremely avid golf at about 200 rounds per tear.... Know my stuff.... and have fit by Peutz and Progolf a number of times. This particular experience the best bar none. No hard sell... Justin knew everything possible.... all shafts all clubs (including Taylormade, Ping, etc) not just a shop guy. Launch monitor was the best... real golf balls. And.... Their product is 2nd to none.... PXG is the real deal. Fit me into an incredible drive at the same price as the other golf companies. Coming back for irons later in the summer. Thank you Justin and thank you PXG for being different and better than the rest. Freddy
