Booked a appointment head of time. Was told, I could be the first appointment that morning 🌄. Woke up early, No Show, No Call. Called them No Response! Bad Business on your part...

Reliable, honest, professional, and competent are all terms I would use for this business. The repairman was Cisco and he was on time and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine within a few minutes. He gave me a quote of $130 parts and labor, including the diagnostics. It was Saturday afternoon and he didnt have the part so we scheduled the repair for Monday morning.He was on time Monday and did the repair in about 30 minutes. The charge was exactly as quoted. The washing machine works great. This is a very good company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment with the repair man Cisco today and was late. He called me to inform me he was waiting outside my house after which I instructed him to enter through the back gate that was unlocked since I was not there.I originally inquired about how much it would cost to replace a compressor that my first appliance representative thought was the problem. I was quoted $450 for the compressor and $250 for the labor however Cisco told me on the phone it might not be the compressor and it could be something else like a fan bearing, etc.I received a call back 45 minutes later from Cisco informing me the rattling noises I was hearing were nothing more that a refrigerant line vibrating against the water over flow pan and that no repairs were necessary. His total bill for the house call was $45.00.Integrity, ethics, honesty. Hard things to find these days; especially from an appliance repair company. I will not use Best Appliances for all of my apartment repairs to stoves, ovens and refrigerators based on this totally positive experience. You should too!dennis ruby

Rude worker slash owner, went to simply ask a question about an appliance and the owner came out and yelled at me to not park on the street parking.
