My experience was AWESOME! I was really stressed out because I was moving and needed a new car, literally starting a new chapter in life and Victor man this experience smooth. Victory got me approved for my dream car, kept me posted about when they had in on site and since I had to literally fly in town to pick it up made the paper work process quick a easy. This was my first time purchasing a brand new and when I do it next time and definitely coming back to this dealership!

When I arrived to your dealer I asked Todd if Louie was in I needed to check my car in for an oil change Todd let me know that Louie wouldn’t be in till later that day so Todd was so kind to check my car in and stated when did I need my car if I was gonna wait or come back and my response was I’m leaving my car Todd said we will call you when you’re car is ready. Few hours later Louie called me to let me know car was ready.. I have recommended these two to my family for service needs and my family have always been pleased with there kindness and excellent service given… Louie and Todd always give excellent customers service!!!! They make a fantastic team!!!! if I could give them more then a ten I would!!!! Thank you Louie and Todd see you on my next service needs.

I made a 10am appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. I waited in line 25 minutes before I was checked in and still waited another 20 minutes before signing off on an oil change and wiper blade service. The service tech assured me that the vehicle would be ready same day and I saw no reason why it wouldn’t being that it was just an oil change and wiper blade swap out. At 3pm I texted how much longer it would be to the automated message that said to reach out with any questions about the service. I never received a reply. Finally at 5pm I listened to a voicemail saying that the car would not be ready and they would have it done next day. The tech also tried to sell me other things I did not need and was not interested in, On star, fix a door ding. He also printed out that the wipers would be $45 and when I picked up the vehicle it was $20 more. I think the communication was poor, salesman was pushy, even the sticker for the next oil change reads 300 miles below my current mileage. Attention to detail was non existent. George Chevrolet needs help, I will be back for my second free service but I will never be back again after that.

I purchased a used car a and before I purchased the car I asked multiple times that their was nothing wrong with the car and they had told me it was fully inspected and shortly after I find out there was a leak from the oil filter housing and my rotors are thin as a frisbee I got a best warranty they offered so the leak is a $100 for my deductible and the rotors are going to be $600 outta my pocket when I called them to explain the situation I was told you bought as is so just be careful and make sure what they are telling you isn’t just something they make up to get your money I put $8,200 as a down payment

Betty and Jessie were great. Jessie quickly and easily handled all of the paperwork for us before we arrived and when we arrived, Betty was there to greet us in the parking lot to give us a tour of the vehicle. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Esau in finance made the paperwork signing a breeze and he was just as great as Jessie and Betty. I have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience Ive had. On top of all of that, I got a great deal on our new car!

Got a used 2008 Chevy Uplander and took it to this dealer to get rid of a couple of lights: service traction system, service abs, and service stability system. I was told that the problem was the brake module which would be $900. I specifically asked, after I pay for this will the lights go off? I was told YES. I was told all 3 lights were being caused by this faulty brake module, so I paid. I get a call the next day saying that they installed the module, but the lights are still on and now they have to fix a valve. I was beyond mad, but what could I do? I tried to tell the guy that he told me it was the module, but he talked over me and cut me off repeating theres no way around it. Several times. No apology, no help basically. I may have paid the extra $1200 they wanted, but the trust was gone at this point. Were they gonna take more money and make up more problems after?! How could I ever go back after they lied so comfortably the first time? So I paid, took my car, and left. Its been bothering me for 3 months how dealers just lie to you for your money with no consequences, so I decided to post this to warn others about how they do business at this Chevy dealer. When I got my car back, the cell phone holder was broken as well., which they did reimburse me for, but come on, they took my $900 and then paid for a $15 phone holder. I cant be too happy about that.

I was not comfortable with the Rigors customer service. I took my truck for oil change and also my car seems to be having electrical issues, I let Rigo know that I wasn’t sure when my coverage will expired, I asked him to check, he checked and came to me to tell me that my coverage just expire in October, I knew 100 % that the was not true so I asked him to check again, he came up to me and said, you’re right!!! is not expired. That make me think that Rigo wanted to do a sale without checking appropriately. NOT OK.

Great communication with my sales person. He made everything possible to make this purchase go smoothly. I can’t say the same about finance. She rushed my parents through the whole signing process. She made us feel very uncomfortable by her behavior, she’s the only reason why I wouldn’t buy at this location ever again. I took my truck to the service department Monday, September 20 and Andy helped me out. His attitude was ehh. He seemed really stressed out but he said he would give me an update by Tuesday morning . I didn’t hear from him Tuesday so I decided to text him Wednesday around 3pm asking for an update. He called me and sounded really annoyed when I was asking him for an update. I didn’t say anything because we all have bad days but it really frustrated me . He told me I had to wait and that if I hadn’t heard from him that it was obviously because he didn’t know anything yet. I had to call him again on Friday to extend my rental and I asked him for an update. He sounded mad (AGAIN) and was giving me an attitude the whole time. That’s when I decided to call the manager but luckily Rigo(Rodrigo) answered the phone. He was very understanding, apologized, and said that he would now be my new service consultant and that he would give me updates on my truck . My truck was in the dealership for 25 days and Rigo provided AMAZING customer service and not once did he sound frustrated/annoyed like Andy did. Rigo is the only reason I am giving them 5 stars and if I have to go back I will definitely go back to Rigo.

This place has nice people working at the service department. But thats it! They take a long time then charge an arm and a leg.Ive only had my vehicle for 4 years and Ive already spent thousands on repairs. Luckily I dont always get it fixed at the dealership, otherwise Id be broke. I dont think a 4 year old vehicle should be giving me so many problems.Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. And I wont go back unless its absolutely necessary. Because they will rip you off.

I went in with a few concerns with two of my vehicles my Traverse back up camera wasn’t working and Armando was very helpful with getting my camera working for me. On my Chevy Cruz my lock/unlock button wasn’t working and my radio was glitching and Loui was able to get my radio back up & running and my lock/unlock button now works even if it never worked from the time of purchase. All the staff are friendly & always helping!

I began my experience with Sergio, the Service Manager. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my question, and clarified past services in more detail. Afterwards, he introduced me to Armando, Service Consultant. Armando was kind, courteous, and very detailed. He explained everything to me then gave me the opportunity to wait or have a shuttle ride home. I chose to take the shuttle ride. When the inspection of my vehicle was completed, I received a call from Sergio who asked me to come in for additional clarifications. Sergio explicated services my vehicle needed and apprised the best order to have them executed.After having such an informative and respectful experience, I would highly recommend others to bring your vehicle to George Chevrolet for maintenance and or repair. Service Managers such as, Sergio coupled with Service Consultants like Armando will make the experience easy, breezy, and carefree. This visit was ok. Overall they usually do a great job with the service. What I would like to see improvement on is the washing of the car. Even though it’s complimentary, they could do a better job at it. They don’t dry the car off, just leave it wet to air dry which leave water spots all over the vehicle. If they would take just a few more mins to perfect how they return the car back to us, I would give even higher ratings. Plus, the mechanics needs to be careful with the interior. For the first time, I notice greasy oily black finger prints on my interior door. I was not happy to see that. I hope I’m able to clean that off...

We went in wanting to look at what kinda of car we wanted. Sales man was super helpful and friendly. We decided on a truck. We told them our them the bank we bank with. Even after knowing the bank they decided to run 12 inquiries without letting us know and not even try to communicate with our bank. We let them know they were closed and still no communication with us. We told them to forget it and we would be back on Monday. They still ran the inquiries. They sent us home because there still was no offer. We told them we were still interested. They said they would try to locate a truck for us because the one they has was still not certified. All this for us nit to get a call back and find out they ran 12 hard inquiries!!!! WITH OUT LETTING US KNOW! We ended up getting the truck with El Camino Chevrolet! GO THERE. You only deal with 1 person. Not a sales man, and them financing. 1 person dedicated to you. AMAZING SERVICE. Do not waste your time here like we did.

When Ms. Blanco let you know she is gonna do something don’t believe her at all talk to her last Thursday on an issue I had and sounded like she was going to take care it here we are a week later almost and haven’t heard back from her at all send her 4 emails hasn’t responded to none of them basically just ignoring my plea for an update on my situation. That all I’m asking is an update and she can’t even give me a courtesy call to update me. For a dealer that pride themself on customer service they really missed the mark here bad.

I made an appointment to come in and get an oil change. I made the appointment so I could drop my car off and get to work quickly. I waited over an hour past my appointed just to be CHECKED IN. This took an entire hour out of my work day I was extremely disappointed. And then the sales men told me he was giving me a discount on my oil change because I had to wait so long and it was the same price that I have paid at every Chevy dealership...

Friendly staff, didn’t try to oversell. Got an oil change service in a reasonable time period. Only problem was when finished and after paying, the person that was to bring my car up forgot or missed the memo. Was waiting almost an hour thinking “ I’ll just wait another minute or two”. Manny from Internet Sales deserves a 5 star rating for courtesy and effort to deliver a great car. Manny approached my sister and I, introduced himself, asked for our names, then kindly asked if we needed assistance. We explained our situation and said he could help. He never mentioned that he was not a regular salesman, until Mario from Finance (Also a 5 star employee), mentioned that Manny worked in Internet Sales and mostly over the computer with clients. A week ago, I found myself in need of a car - unexpectedly. On Monday night, I got pre-approved by Capital One, and began my search for a car. Tuesday, I actually made an appointment to see another car at a VERY HIGH PROFILE DEALERSHIP in Van Nuys - but after doing so, I found my Tahoe at George and wanted to see it. So - on my way to the OTHER appointment, I stopped in and checked on the car. Oscar came out and greeted us warmly, and was impressed that I knew what inventory he had and the specifics about the car (I had done my homework). He took us for a ride, and we drove through the service bay to see the other Tahoe, r - but I was pretty stuck on that one. Rudy met me in the office, and did the app - then Oscar disappeared with the app while Rudy and I debated who had the best donuts and why I thought Randys was overrated. Within 45 minutes, I knew what the payment would be and what my scores were - with Rudy telling me - go and keep your appointment, but YOULL BE BACK. Little did he know how RIGHT he would be. The High Profile dealership treated us RUDELY - after pouncing and trying to sell me - once I told them I had an appointment with one of the managers, they all walked off and didnt even allow us in the building to SIT DOWN while we waited for said manager. After about 20 minutes standing on the lot like vagrants, we left - never even seeing the car. The next day, Thursday, with my check in hand, I returned - contrite - but ready to do the deal. Within a few hours, Juana had signed my paperwork, Oscar had already had my car gassed up and washed - and I was headed home with a new car - the car of my dreams - in my name with no hassle, no vultures preying on me, treated like a true customer, and appreciated. George Chevrolet is a family owned shop, and they made us feel like family. So - this morning I brought them two dozen donuts NOT from Randys - from the donut shop that MY family loves - since they are a part of MY family as well. Kudos to Oscar, Rudy, Juana and the entire George family - I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

(Update George Chevrolet made it right! A rep. Named Sergio Rivas contacted me to adress my concerns. He took the time to effectively listen to why i rated them so low. He acknowledged there was room for improvement in the way my vehicle was serviced and repaired. He also expained procedures that were not explained correctly the day of the service that i misunderstood. He made it right by fairly compensating me for an error made during the inspection process. I doubted him when he said he would work on making things right but he did. Sergio is an asset to his company and a very impressive, personable individual. Bottom line i believe in George Chevrolet again and they won my business again. Thank you George Chevrolet and especially Sergio!)I came in for regular maintenance. I mentioned a shutter from the engine. The rep assigned to me told me he wouldnt feel right charging me to do any additional work unless for sure he knew what the issue was. I ended paying close to $1000 for an oil change, brakes and a throttle body cleaning. I asked them on the previous appointment to check the brakes. They told me they were good. The reason why so much is because they also needed to change the disks. Which if they would have actually checked they would have caught on the previous appointment. He also wanted to charge me $1400 for A/C repair. I explained i was unemployed due to covid. He said the reason why they charge so much is because the work involved removing the bumper, the grill and other major parts.So he supposedly let slide on the charge to check the A/C (just to check which i told him not to if it was going to be too expensive). I trusted this thief because he said I wouldnt want to charge you unless for sure it needed it. I decided I would save up and come back for the A/C work. Turns out the work involves no more than a couple hours of work at most. It also turns out it can be done following a youtube video that any person with basic mechanical knowledge could do with simple tools. It did not involve any major parts. I decided because I need the little money I have to put food on the table. I would do it my self. I did in less than two hours.

I had a 9 :40 a.m. appointment for an oil change & tire rotation for my Chevy Traverse. When I arrived, I waited inside my vehicle (Covid-19 protocol) for fifteen minutes before being greeted. Which was simply to obtain the mileage. I then waited an additional twenty minutes before someone came to take my vehicle. I explained to Andy, I was in a rush and had to be at work by 11 a.m. Figured an hour and twenty minutes would be more than enough time. I waited 2.5 hrs before my vehicle was done. I have always taken my vehicles to George Chevrolet for big ticket maintenance on my vehicles even if I did not purchase the vehicles from them or if service was a little pricey I have never mind because I knew that the job was going to be done right and they would stand by their service. At the end of last year me n my husband purchased a brand new Chevy Traverse so of course we purchased the 7 year warranty for free scheduled maintenance. Earlier this year we took our vehicle to our trusty neighbor Chevrolet dealer George Chevrolet for service. Great job no complaints. Drop my car off the team notified us when it was ready for pick up. This time around everything was not so smooth. My husband dropped off our vehicle for Reg routine service just to find out that they are no longer honoring the Chevy warrenty. When asked why the response was because Chevy does not pay us on time. Like really? Not we dont do business with anymore or the contract was sold ....They dont pay us on time...like really how is that the customer problem. We are paying for a service we expecting to receive it. My husband was told that they could put in a claim for the service but we would still have to pay...again really? So if it is approved chevy will pay you and we will pay you? will we get reimbursed? I dont know. I understand the guy was just doing as he was told....he promised a discount for the service....not really! I couldve went up the street to the local chain and paid the same price... but again i know its more when you go to the dealer...its okay...its okay that we are losing out on even more money....now one could argue that we didnt purchase the vehicle from them they dont have to honor anything for you.True but I am sure they sold plenty of vehicles with the same warranty that they are no longer honoring. How do you claim to be a certified Chevrolet dealer and do not honor their warrenty???My husband was also told the other local dealers Penske and Real are also not honoring the warranty. Ture? Dont know may be just said to discourage us from taking or vehicle else where. But a big heads up to all of you paying for a service that you cant even use. So I guess we will be putting in our claim and searching for new dealership to put our trust in for vehicle maintenance that is actually honoring the Chevy warrenty

The service department is top notch! One of the best and smoothest experiences I ever had at a dealership. Ive been to many and the team at George Chevrolet should be used as a template for all your other Chevrolet dealerships on how to properly execute customer service and professionalism. Theyre so great, I even referred a friend that lives a 100 miles away to purchase a brand new vehicle from them and Ill refer many more to George I have been tempted by other car makers to switch, but one of the reasons why I stick with Chevrolet is because of the great customer experience I had at George Chevrolet. Second to none.

Kind of a long wait to have my recall notification serviced for a second time on my Bolt. The first time they set the charging to 95% . I got an email mail that they had a fix for the problem, to bring it in with an appointment. I took it in and they had a shuttle take me home, Andy told me it would take a few hours. They texted me and said my car was ready, I could pick it up. That same day they called me back and said, Chevrolet had a glitch in the software and I had to bring it back as soon as I could. I spoke to Andy Lopez and he assured me, over the phone that it would be a quick fix and he would put me at the head of the line so that I could be in and out. So, I made an early appointment for the next day. Well, that is what im disappointed about, it took 2 hours! Had I known that, I couldve taken the shuttle home and returned when it was ready. I sat there in the lobby waiting! Andy passed by me in the lobby within an hour and said its almost done . As another hour passed by, I asked Andy if the shuttle was running to take me home, he replied Its coming out, its coming. So much for the quick fix and in and out.I realize its not Andys fault, however, I would rather be told Its going to take a couple of hours so I can get a ride home or at least know that I have to wait! I would not recommend George Chevrolet to a friend, yet alone a family member for service on a vehicle and would only recommend if AAA suggest I go there to purchase a vehicle. Somewhat disappointed to say the least.

Every time I bring my Equinox in and Armando takes care of me, I always have a great experience! He is so friendly and down to earth and I sometimes need a lot of patience from someone because I talk a lot. But Armando always makes me feel at ease, and the Equinox always runs great.

DON’T BUY A CAR HERE!! This dealer has the worst customer service! My family and I waited for hours on a contract, hen the salesperson came to state that the two trucks I was inquiring about “were sold”. Apparently, it was sold of being in the process of creating the contract. Instead, they didn’t have the courtesy of letting us know the trucks were sold, instead came up with a “deal,” which resulted in 20K more than the original asking price, calling it a solution!!! These vendors prey on people that really want a car and believe what they say!!! Never will I return or recommend them!!
