The best place to take your volvo
Art is a great mechanic. Im amazed with his knowledge. Hes gotten me got of some jams.
Extremely RUDE!!! I called for a simple parts and labor quote. Instead of just quoting the price, the rude receptionist snidely remarked, NORMAL Volvo Owners dont price shop. They can afford to maintain their car. You must be a new owner. That person knows nothing about me. Nor does she understand that price shopping isnt only about the price. I also shop for customer service. I dont mind paying extra to receive good service. She quoted the best price but I will NEVER take my car there based on the absence of customer service and personality.
It is worth the trouble to drive a little further to get our 2001 Volvo wagon serviced here. We get honest answers about what work is needed and very fair prices.
Ive been bringing my Volvos to Art for 15 or more years. He uses OEM whenever available. Id estimate his costs are about 25% or more below dealers costs for same work but equal or better quality, and usually better. Art is an expert in all things Volvo and is more a Volvo guru than a mechanic. Age of car or mileage is not an issue.
I have been doing business with this establishment for over 20 years and always get the best service and refer friends who need any automotive work done
Arts a good dude!! 👍
Called to schedule a service and “Patty” was very rude, insinuating that I didn’t have the funds to get the Job done and then that I shouldn’t do it unless I’m willing to buy new tires. When I explained that I both had both already, she continued with an arrogant tone with impunity. Well, you just lost thousands in business. Next.
If you drive a Volvo go here. They aren’t a normal shop; if you don’t understand you prolly shouldn’t drive a Volvo
The owner /mechanic is a master craftsman
