They was really kind and had everything i need for my se big ripper really good bike shop and very honest and kind people they were really quick also when they were working on my bike higly recommend coming through and getting what you need!!

They put together an 80s specialized hardtail I brought to them in pieces and it came back riding like new. Fair price for parts and service and was ready a day early. Love these guys.

I just got hired here. I have been working on the website Live4Bikes.com, fixing little details for SEO marketing. Customers come in while I am there, buying bikes, getting bikes fixed, asking questions. Every customer is nice from what Ive experienced. Live4bikes has a nice selection of bikes to buy and prices are decent for the style and for them being new. They also buy back bikes. Ive seen it. They also fix bikes quite often. Customers spend time here. So far so good. I hope to dedicate more time to helping the store flourish. 11 years in business. Multiple locations. An online store checkout. Credit care. Seems right.

The shop is fine. Good location for me. I dropped off my 2020 Trek fx2 bike, as I bought it used, so wanted to make sure everything was fine. I was charged $65 took about 3 days. I didnt get a call or voicemail for pickup, so I just showed up myself. The bike honestly rides the same. I wasnt told what was the done to the bike and if any fixes were made etc... They just handed me the bike and had me paid. I recommend you bring your bike in for maintenance if you abouselty need something. Also side note the day I dropped off the bike there was guy very upset yelling at the staff saying the shop is rip off etc. Not the best first experience.

They charge to much to fix things on your bike, didnt fully fix it and still wanted to charge... they said a certain amount first then they upped it and still wasnt fixed.. wouldnt recommend

Generous with 2 stars.... I ordered a bike from this company, in which the shipping was timely, only reason for the 2 stars. when the bike came I was missing brakes and handlebars. Still waiting for a call back from one of the 3 managers after a month. Horrible customer service!!!

This is probably the best bike shop in town. If you are going to have your bike fixed, want to buy a bike, or buy accessories for your bike this is the place for that. The staff here is incredibly polite, warm, and make you feel welcomed. The bike mechanic here is fast and knows exactly what hes doing. The prices here are really cheap and affordable. And on top of that the staff here will go out of their way to help you with everything you need and they will make sure you leave this place satisfied

Saw their Craigslist ad and went to get a bike. Miguel was fixing a bike and found time to help me out. super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves bikes. Great biker dude. The bike was also a sweet fair deal.

I do not recommend this store, the sellers are very unreliable, and it seems that they are hungry and needy for sell anything. They almost want forces you to finance something, the worst of all is that if the product you finance does not comply with your expectations or it has a fault, you will not have a guarantee for return it.Even worse!When financing a product they send you to EasyPay Finance and after sellers they take off all the future responsibility, and saying that the current matter is between the costumer and the financial company.In addition to the fact that the financial institution and the sellers promised not to charge interest for the first 90 days, which is very false, they continue to charge interest despite what they promised. Worse, if the 90 days are over, the debt will increase more.The service is very questionable.

They tired to sell me there most expensive tires saying thats all they had when I look on shelves they had hand full. So I got cheaper tire. And had new tube. As soon as I got home the tube was leaking air. Im 💯 sure they pinched the tube. So they tired to up prices me and still didnt install it right. Bad service

Always great service, fair price for their service, super helpful/honest. I have a bike shop near my house that I can walk to, but I prefer this one near my work for all the reasons listed above. I cant say much about their products because I havent bought any significant items from them yet.

These people are so awesome.I came by to see if we could get a tire fixed. The guy was super honest and offered to help with everything from taking the bike off my truck to bringing it in and telling me what it needed.He also taught me a few things about what he does when he fixes a bike and why things are the way they are. He could have sold me a brand new tire and made a lot more but he was honest and sold us just the stuff to fix the tire which was very reasonable. Also fixed the handlebars.He recommended we get a bigger bike but it wasn’t a sales pitch or greed, he was genuinely trying to help and it really helped.He also offered his parking lot because he knew we would be riding along the San Gabriel river and said he’d watch over my truck while we were out riding but they’d be closing at 5.I will definitely be coming back and recommending others do too. Definitely come here if you want a friendly, honest atmosphere.

Before buying them they offered me lifetime maintenance and a one year warranty for bike. I have gone three times to have my bike serviced (because they delivered it with the bad brakes) and they tell me that they are very busy, and that if I deliver the bike it takes 1 month to return it, lousy customer service. Don’t trust them.

I been here a few times in the pass couple of months and every time the young man that was helping me was GREAT. My first visit was to get bike tune up that had been sitting in my garage for years. I told them I needed the bike in two days but they had it ready the next business day and it runs great.Its a small store but they have just about everything that you need.To top it off the prices are great.

Terrible customer service when i came here. Stopped by to get a spare inner tube. But when i went home i realized they gave me wrong one (the box was actually mislabeled). I went back the next week since i live like an hour away so i had to make time to return it. When i got there i was met by an older lady. I explained the situation to her and everything and after she analyzed the box and receipt she told me that i was only gonna be able to get store credit because after 3 days theres only store credit available and that there was no money in the register right now. I was a bit confused because i wasnt told about the policy nor was there any mention of it on the receipt. I told the lady there was nothing that said their return policy anywhere and she pointed to a sign that was cluttered with other signs around it that said the policy. And she told me that it was on the receipt as well which it wasnt. I tried to show her but she argued that it was. She wasnt able to read though because she showed it to her clerk and her clerk had to clarify it wasnt. Then when she realized it wasnt on the receipt she finally gave me most of my money back, short 2 dollars (i guess she lied about not having money in there). I mentioned the short change and she was upset at this point saying shes not gonna pay me because its against their vague policy. I told her ok ill just write a review about my experience here cuz ppl gotta know how this place is. She reached into the register for 1 dollar and said here so you dont gossip.At that point i just left. I wasnt gonna dispute the last dollar..When you run a lil mom n pop shop like this one here, you have the opportunity to focus and personalize the customers experience- Something that the big stores really cant do. But when you treat individuals like they made a mistake by supporting your business and not being aware of your policies which you dont even make clear you make those big name stores look better because they would never dispute such a petty claim with such bad service.

Beware and check everything before you buy it or youll end up like me. I went in the morning about a week ago to pick up some bearings, the guy knew his stuff. so i went back later that afternoon to pick up some fenders for my bike. When i got them home i noticed the rear fender had more than a few dings in it and the screws they gave me to install the fenders didnt fit. whatever i went back and exchanged the fender and the screws, got them home again then i noticed the steel brackets used to hold up the fenders dont fit the actual fenders so i had to re-drill holes on the brackets. at this point im ticked off because its supposed to all fit together... once i was done with the installation i noticed that the rear fender and front fender are different. The rear fender was flared and the front one wasnt. im not about to remove the damn things anymore because quite frankly it was a B&*% to install. It seems like they use parts from their new stock for other things, that is, they open up their new stock take the parts and later reassemble their new stock with other parts that dont fit together. This seemed like a cool place to go since its super close to my house but its just like a swap meet with higher priced stock.

Live4Bikes pulled me out of a jam at Knotts. I had a major blowout on my BoB stroller tire. The tube erupted (and sprayed Slime everywhere). I called Live4Bikes and they delivered and installed a tube right outside Knotts. I don’t know how I would have gotten through the day with a flat. We were back in action within 30 mins of my call. They showed that they go above and beyond for the customer. Thanks!

I went in looking for an $80 or less bike. I had mistaken one of the bikes price tags for $50 when it really said $150 and i told him( an extremely helpful and cheery employee) and he showed me (used) bikes for $50 but my heart was set on the $150 and he told me that the $50 are entry level and well, all the good things about the $150. Granted, i dont know much about bikes, and when he talked to me he talked about all this stuff that seemed like a whole new world to me, but hed (without being asked) clear up all the information for a noobie like me to understand. And i was also able to put the bike on layaway! He gave me 8 days to come up with the difference which I thought was more than generous. If youre looking for people that know what they are talking about but know how to help even the people that know nothing about bikes, this is the place. Friendliest place Ive seen in a long time.

Good people the owner is ok his mom and brother are good the prices are very good they have a good stock of items for mtb to bmx and everything in between wish the bike mechanic were more knowledgeable very green in that field

Went there to have my Jeep Wrangler TSi MTB worked on. He replaced both tires and tubes installed a new crank and gave it a tune up! Bike runs like new and he even adjusted it and stopped it from grinding after the sale was complete. 10/10. Will do business again.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted which u dont get anywhere now-a-days! Servive was dope! Forgot the dudes name but was wearing a beenie was very helpfull and knew what he was talking about! There not snaughty like other bike shops that make u look stupid for not knowing something, and to top it of i really liked their pricing there not hella expensive like other dam places! Deff. Goin back!

I’m not sure their service and attention is worth a mark up of over 200% on a lot of their accessories. Or just go in when the mom isn’t there and you’ll get an honest price, the mom wants to make a mint on everything she sells. She things she’s in the streets of downtown where the barter with their prices screw that!
