Worst service ever, they destroyed my car and they refused to pay for it... I would never treat a paying customer with rude service like the bellflower,ca jiffylube. I paid for a service and it, Failed less than 3months. I m not happy with the service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely love the experience at this jiffy lube. The workers in the garage made it very quick and easy for the oil change to happen. Theyve adapted very well to meeting cove in 19 restrictions, allowing people to drive through the garage and stay in their car if they want to. Also really enjoyed the energetic atmosphere of the workers talking back and forth to each other. Very friendly, I felt very comfortable during the entire transaction. Very helpful, would definitely recommend!

What? Theyve got to be kidding here! I was in the Bellflower area and my dash all of a sudden read change oil so I went there to check it out and it turned out that it was just a temporary sensor malfunction but when I asked them how much an oil change would cost, the guy said $124 with synthetic oil with a straight face. Who pays this? My normal place only charges $45 for a synthetic oil change. Jiffy Lube is crazy, thats ridiculous...

The guys were kind as always. Luis and Austin were very helpful. The maintenance light was still on so I brought it back and they immediately handled it. Thanks guys!

Think twice if you need to come here for more than oil change or tire rotation. In my visits here Ive seen that they are not very knowledgeable and yet will charge you as if they were expert mechanics. Do not come here to figure out whats wrong with your car...you will regret it.

The reviews are all over the place but for me, I felt that this was a good experience. I was listened to and therefore they did not try to upsell me, which is part of their job. They were all extremely respectful and helpful and good natured. We discussed some known issues with my car and I will definitely go back.

What an experience, came into the jiffylube for the first time in a while (my last visit was before covid) and the workers sure have changed, I cant tell if its because of new management, or new workers, but I was in and out in a ... jiffy ... sure I had to stay in my car, but everything was brought to me, I could hear everything going on so I know my car was getting taken care of! Dimson was a great pleasure to meet, spoke very clearly and broke down everything my car needed, his aura really put my cosmic energy in line today ! Thanks again dimmy

Very bad customer service they noticed when I got there signaled me 1 minute. I waited 10 minutes and still no help so I took off. And I aint bringing back any car

Customer service was great. But whoever serviced my vehicle bent a metal plate under my car and everytime I go over dips it scrapes. So that gets a little Annoying.

Can unscrew a screw that was to tight nope the wont help not even if you ask to be charged . Dont waste your time none of this people will help just buy yourself a good drill .. you dont need to be over charged for a simple oil change . All they do is unscrew one bolt and let the oil drip .

They are beginners trying to act like mechanics. 2 bad experiences here. Sorry I wont be back. Not even for the over-priced oil changes.

I bought a gift card off of Amazon thinking, I have a used car, this would be useful in lean times when I need oil changes, or a new battery. Anywho my first purchase was to change my wiper blades, it was a pleasant experience as usual the reason I bought the card in the first place because of their great customer service from previous experience when I didnt spend a dime getting air in my tires. So I sadly give them one star because I ended up loosing the gift card theres where my love ended for this company. To make a long story short,they have a record of me using the card, with the card nuber, but yet when you finally get to their, customer service people, they are as useful as a glass hammer, the end. They stole my money, period.

Been here a few times first time no issues got done in an adequate time and manner the second time I had to edit over 3 hrs n then was told that they were waiting for an oil filter for my car and when I inquired again about it 10 min later my car was done so honestly I feel none of the work got done in would not recommend this place nor am I coming back here

Fast and the reasonable price.

Went for an oil change and no one was in line or getting an oil change had me standing out in the rain by my car. Took 20min. for one of the guys to give me an estimate of $195.00 and a $25.00 service fee so I left. for a 2007 BMW 328i. Today 2pm

Take too long i was here 2+ hours, also those employees talk too much to each other and little work done. They didnt even know how to remove the oil filter from my Hummer h2, I usually go to Lakewood jl on imperial and Lakewood fast service there.

My experience was not horrible but while waiting on my car to be done, I did a little bit of research on 2 additional services they offered me while they did the oil change (you have to know what your car really needs because theyll keep offering things until you say yes to something other than the oil change) both of these services were double the price I would have paid elsewhere. Not sure if the sales people are paid commission or just have quotas to meet but be careful because theyre really pushy. The other thing that bothered me was their confusing method of explaining a quote that included marked up prices so they can claim a discount that was already promised up front, the banners on the building already promote a $12 discount on oil change, yet the quote lists the service at the original price and then the rep offers a $20 discount off the entire service but thats really only an $8 discount, the other $12 were already a given. I guess Im just saying be ready to say no and dont get tricked.

I shouldve read the reviews before coming in here. The wait wasnt bad, I had come in with a Groupon and didnt expect stellar service or a short wait, but what ticked me off was the woman upselling me on an air filter, and when I wouldnt budge she promised me a discount on top of my Groupon. Surprise, the discount didnt apply even though she promised and I had to pay 35 dollars for a simple air filter replacement that I repeatedly told her I would do at a later date, but was guilted and bribed into doing FALSELY and NEVER GOT my discount. the best they could do is offer to waste more of my time and put the filter back. Their manager was gone, I will be coming in later to try and get my discount back. As I was driving away, I noticed they did such a poor job they didnt even change my oil sticker or filled up my tires, as my tire light was still on. Hands down the worst service Ive ever received.UPDATE 5/21/19- the owner responded to my review and pretended to care and asked for my email. They NEVER got back to me after almost a month. He did for appearance so as to not appear like they are not fraudulent. I bet his most recent positive reviews are bought. PLEASE DONT GO HERE

I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and new spark plugs and wires. They had an apprentice change my spark plugs and he totally screwed up to where they had to have the top mechanic fix it the next day!( Kept it overnight!) I didnt know he was an apprentice until the next day when I came to pick up my car. My car was running worse than before I brought it in. There employees need more training! I will never go back!

I took my car for oil change, oh they are friendly alright. They tried offering other services, but I said no, just want oil change. 3 days later I noticed theres oil leakage on my drive way. I took it back and they said it was one of the screws wasnt tight properly so they adjusted then send me off. about a month later I noticed oil leakage again. My son decided to check it out, he found that was too much oil they overfilled the tank. also the fluids they said they top them off was absolutely false... So people stay away from this location..

I have a 2007 dodge caliber no problems runs good ...i came into this office for a oil pan replacement i had one customer ahead of me when my turn came up they gave me a price said it will take about two hours i agreed it took six hours and they also did an oil change and charged me full price on it i had just gotten a oil change two months before with this company and we never agreed on the change that day on arrival so once I paid and received my receipt i read over it they said they vacuum my vehicle added wiper fluids wiped the windows etc when i got to my car none of that was done and after about a week i noticed my radiator had no fluids went to get it added & it started to leak hmmmm

PLEASE PEOPLE BE CAREDFULI didnt wanted to have no cheap mechanic do my breaks so....I went to have my brakes changed here in Jiffy (I thought because of been expensive and known there was no shady things going on here)WELL I WAS WRONG! They came to me saying I needed my disks and breaks and I had a tube licking break fluid. It was going to be 530 I said its way to much solo they gave me a 🐀discount 😒for 480 I said ok I need my breaks. After they finished the job it was only for the front I needed to pay like 200+ for the back I said maybe next time. 2 days later I hear a noise coming from the front tire on driver side. Took it again they said everything was fine it was the new breaks. On the 4th day saw a puddle of fluit in the ground checked my oils . the transmission oil was almost empty. Went back again and said THE NOISE WAS NOT THE BREAKS THIS TIME WAS THE AXEL I WAS WHAT???!!!😨I SAID HOW MUCH TO FIX IT AND HE SAID 500😵I SAID 1000 IN ONE WEEK AND YOU COULDNT SEE IT FROM THE BEGGINING???!!! WELL TOOK IT SOMEWHERE ELSEGUESS WHAT!?!? IT WAS NOT THE AXEL MY AXEL WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION!!! SOMEONE PULLED MY AXEL OUT FROM THE RETAINER AND THATS WHY I WAS LICKING FLUID FROM THE TRASMITION COST ME $110 FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE RETAINER AND WORK. ***NOW IF ONLY JIFFY LUBE TOUCHED MY CAR FOR EXPENSIVE BRAKE CHANGE AND NEVER SAW THE AXEL OUT? WHO PULLED IT OUT???? JIFFY STAFF!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR ANOTHER SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!
