Hey this the guy that got his alarm done with the white Impala u charge my card twice and I saw when u did it my bank said u got to return my money

I gave them 3 stars because they need to lose the groupon. I had them do my Camaro did a great job was done in a hour which was excellent. I called prior made an appt inquired about the groupon which they said would be an additional 40. So I never purchased it and just paid the 130+ tax. I asked why have it when your not honoring it your automatically charging more. Good work need to lose the grouping tho.

If I could give less than one star I would. Dont ever take your car here for anything. I dont know how this company is still in business. So my wife bought me a tint package for 5 windows from Sound Expo for Christmas. I took my car to sound expo to get the tint installed. I wanted the driver window and passanger windows tinted so they charged me extra. They said the bubbles will go away in about 4 days dont roll the windows down for 3 days so I parked the car for 7 days just to make sure everything was good. I look the tint over and there is obviously some debris that was on the tint when it was install because there is a lot of air bubbles and you can see the debris through the window. I took the car back to them on the 8th day for the issue. The guy that installed the tint acted like he didnt know me, the lady said that they installed the tint incorrectly however I have to pay to get the window re tinted because there is no warranty on the tint, this is after she admitted that they didnt install it correctly. They came up with a solution of me buying a warranty so they can commit fraud and get paid for re tinting the window. I dont know about you but I dont do business with people that dont stand behind their work and are unethical and are willing to commit fraud to get money back for re tinting the back window of a car. Sound Expo way to mess up the Christmas present from my wife. Now I am going to take the car to someone that knows what they are doing and have it retinted.

First time going there to have my amp checked and last time going there for any business. I greeted him nicely and his persona was dull and unethical.They charge $45.00 to see whats wrong. Ok. No plm.I asked if he will take the back seat down or is it the lower part of the seat? I asked what area he will work on so I could move my stuff out of his way and make room for him to work on it. He said he didnt know where he would work on. I told him where my amp is and he still didnt have a clue. I guessed he never worked on Tundra trucks before. I said you never worked on a Tundra truck? He said, yeah right. I didnt believe him as he looked clueless. So, I left and no business from me here. They dont even deserve a star. Rude person was the one that was supposed to help me but never did.

Bought a coupon off Groupon the app for $100 for 7 Windows.. I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they wanted to charge me an extra $80 because my Jeep was harder to do... I dont know any idiot who pay $180 to have his window tinted from a place that says your windows are hard to do. Its a window its not rocket science . Second there is nothing that makes my Jeep windows harder to access so theyre full of crap. I would never go to them for anything based off the experience I had. I recommend going to Alondra sound and tint on Alondra and Bellflower a decent price and amazing results with fast friendly service and they spoke English which is a huge plus for all you non Spanish speaking folks.

They lie on group on . They said $89 for five windows. But they charge $191 . Very disappointed . Bad not like it . Not recommended to anyone.

Service is okay but unfriendly staff. Based on my experience i would never go back there again.

Took my car here for window tint. Had to go back cause it was peeling off. And hey guess what? I have to go back again to get it fixed AGAIN.
