Horrible customer service! They over charged me for a phone upgrade! Then would not give me the 60 dollars i was owed! Oh yeah the over charged me for accessories! There way of making things better let me give you anthor accessory to make it up. Wait here 25 percent off sorry. They give 25 percent off to everyone! I spoke to the manager it was horrible!! Never deal with cricket. Specially this particular location!!

Just wanna give a quick shout out to Brisella and Genesis! These kids is so helpful and very very kind. Wow! They helped me with my phone that I was having problems with and they was just awesome... People! If you need a phone or upgrade or have any issues with your android go to this cricket location and see them. They is very knowledgeable, respectfull and patient. Attn : cricket! Give Bri and Gen a raise! They deserve it....cricket is the best as well. Great deals, strong calls, no drops. So glad I switched.

I came into the store and was greeted by two friendly store associates who really took their time to figure out which phone best suits me and answered all my questions.. They even helped me transfer my data to my new phone. Definitely coming back to this location

This store has a lot to offer! I switched over from boost and I got free sams club membership and free hbo max. They even helped switch my contacts and pictures to my new phone, I had little money and they helped me get a $50 discount from they’re emergency program. I’ll FOR SURE be recommending all my family and friends to this specific cricket! Ask for Bri and Genesis they were so helpful and patient :)

Great store, very professional atmosphere came in expecting to be taking advantage of considering most prepaid stores overprice. This time I was greeted by wonderful staff ready and more than capable to help, they explained their pricing and even helped me get the information required to transfer my phone number to their company. Left the store very happy and was even given a free phone!
