We ordered about 50 chenille patches from IDC about a month ago. It was our first time using them but they came highly recommended to us. I really have to say they were a pleasure to work with. Amazing experience with my embroidery Patches . Julio is really responsible helped me out from the beginning send me the digitizing pictures before for approve . After digitizing was approve he created a sample and send it to me via email for approval before production, after I approve the sample communication was great . Everything took around 14-18 Bussines days all my 250 patches came out same as the sample piece i highly recommended Idc embroidery for any embroidery patches

This was my first time placing a custom order with IDC. They were so helpful and accomodating. I had a lot of questions and they were more than willing to take the time to answer them and make suggestions. Its really nice that I was able to get everything done with a local company. There are definitely online companies you can use for embroidery but I dont think that you would get the same quality fo work. They were also able to get everything done very quickly which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I am so happy with the results. I truly cant wait to use IDC again.

I have ordered chenielle paches many times before from various companies but decided to give IDC a try. I will probably never buy my patches from anyone else after this experience. The work they do is absolutely beautiful. I had a very specific design I wanted and to be honest I wasnt sure that they would be able to pull it off but they completely blew me away. They have such attention to detail and skill. If you need patches done this is absolutely the best company you can use. I highly recommend them. I was sent here by my sons school to get his letterman jacket done. This is the first year hes participated in sports so the whole process was new to us but IDC was wonderful. They were able to explain anything I had questions about and they quoted me a very quick turn around time. When we recieved the jacket back it was perfect. They did a great job and they use very high quality materials. Im sure that the jacket is going to get a lot of wear and tear so using higher quality materials makes all the difference. Our school is a small charter school and we only have one sports team but we thought that giving the kids letterman jackets was important. We hired IDC to do them for us and they did a great job. I had the pleasure of working with Jose to have womens T-shirts made for the launch of my brand. Because the purpose was to resell the shirts at retail pricing, I needed a competitive rate for wholesale ordering, as well as a specific color option (neon yellow shade) available. Jose was very knowledgeable, very patient with answering all of my questions and he kept me informed throughout the process. The mock-ups were ready when he said they would be. Once I approved (you only get two so make sure you are as specific as possible with your vision and changes), the shirts were ordered right away. The turnaround is five to seven days - leaning closer toward five. I was very happy.I provided them with a sample shirt that I previously had made (it was vinyl and not screen printed) and they were able to match the color and size of my logo perfectly. Since they only handle wholesale orders, they are able to offer the best rates for a lot of the popular T-shirt brands. I chose Gideon because its a good brand for womens fitted (pre-shrunk) shirts. They offer flat rates based on your order size with no additional fees. They can also accommodate orders as small as a dozen shirts whereas other places I researched required a minimum of 20 shirts at a higher price (almost triple) per shirt.Everyone who purchased one of my shirts has complimented me on the quality, color and fit. On both occasions the service that we received was outstanding - they provided us with a timeline that was very reasonable, and managed to deliver ahead of schedule both times. I came in to get some embroidery on my polo shirts the secretary was really friendly and professional, Jose explain all the set up fees, and cost per shirt . What I like about them its a small mom and pops shop working together, they send me picture of the digitizing file when it was completed, a picture of the embroidery for approve and called me 2 days before due date. Im a first time client, and can honestly say that Jose in idc embroidery is a miracle worker. I called several other embroiders last Thursday, expecting to pay a premium, and knowing it would be difficult to find someone who could do a rush job.
