Normally be buy ice cream sundaes, but on this trip we just bought the ice cream cartons. What I appreciated was that the staff pointed out there was a special if I bought four cartons instead of the three that I had. Without her saying that I wouldnt have known about the sale and of course not have bought the extra carton. So its little things like that that show great customer service.

If I could give no stars thats what it would be. I go here all the time and never have any issues except when Emily is working as she always says she cant provide certain things. I asked her to put my banana split in a cup and she said she cant do that but yet I have them put in a cup every time so that it doesnt make a mess. She is just the rudest person I have ever seen. Its my money and if I ask for it to be in a cup, what is the problem. Great customer service..

I did not enjoy watching the manger interact with another customer regarding a concern on an order. It was loud and unprofessional. As a patron, it was embarrassing to witness.

I would 100% recommend this Baskins location if you need a cake. The employee who helped me was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect cake for my grandson. I most definitely will go again if i need another cake.

This was the worst birthday ice cream cake that I have ever had in my life. I would never recommend going to Baskin-Robbins on your birthday my name is Tami and I am visually impaired purchased a $50 plus cake for my birthday party on September 13, 2019. I called and spoke to Cassandra one of the employees but because I could not read the receipt she would not return no one at the party ate this cake it was terrible and I will be leaving a yelp.

I purchase a Turkey cake this past weekend. Once I got to my car I realized how poor this cake looked. I went back inside and requested they clean it up. I was told the person who decorated the cakes would not arrive until 3 hours later. I walked out very unsatisfied. I left 2 messages for Manny the store owner before he called me back. Once I spoke to him he apologized and offered me a $3 discount next time I buy a cake. Really???? Dont waist your time in a place where they dont care to keep a customer happy. Or how their cakes look before you leave the store.

Super pleasant employees! They did not have one of my favorite flavors, but I got another flavor that I also enjoy. The place was clean and parking was easy.

They are remodeling right now but are still open. This store seems consistent with other BR31s. Staff are fairly friendly not super friendly. Stocks all the flavors we love at BR31. Has shakes and sundaes too and more. Can usually find parking in front. Usually gives away coupons to other establishments and to use at their store.

The ice cream is delicious but the price was high.

Spacious B&R. Great selection. Tables were dirty... if they were clean, I would give 5 stars.

The people who work here are incredibly wonderful.

My favorite flavor is Moms making cookies! Always a go to flavor is pralines and cream.

It would be a good place to eat your ice cream if certain worker would have a better attitude to serving customers. It seems every time Im in there when shes serving other customers she has a nasty attitude...

They are stingy with their scoops and prices are higher since new management. I only go there on the 31st now. I use to go at least 2-3 times a week. But, not anymore

I went in bc I had a gift card & the cashier refused to honor it bc she said her scanner wasnt working. Even though the gift card number & pin were present. I was forced to pay for everything with money.
