This is a WestCoast staple, so I guess I never really think about reviewing it. This is the actual king of fast food burgers. This location is really organized and the staff are very friendly.

I’m a pretty patient person. All I ordered was animal fries. Only two people in the store ordered. It took 25 minutes to get my order. It’s like they were only focusing on customers in cars in line and not the customers inside as well. I had remind the twice before getting my order. I repeated said in an open box and they still gave to me in a bag. Not listening. All other in n outs have not been this disappointing and they weren’t even that busy. I’ve been to other in n outs busier than this spot where I got my order fast and followed my instructions.

Be on guard for inconsistency; we ordered one simple menu item and they never got it right. In fact, to save time, we ended up recreating our order from their two mistakes vs giving them a third crack at it.Oh, three separate orders of french fries; one was just like the advertised picture, the second was made up of mostly nubs, and the third was a combo of both nubs and normal sized fries.Friendly staff, prompt service, and clean dining area. Just needs to be food consistent.

Clean, long line of cars but worth it. Got my Protein burger since I am on keto and its delicious. Staff are super nice. They have dining so you can eat there or in your car.

Id give them 5 starts for the speed and quality of service. But just 4 because my burgers were put in the bag upside down and it made a mess of everything. Was it still delicious? Absolutely. Theres another location just minutes away that is always full. This one was a quick trip.

Drive through lines are super long, dine in is a better option for faster service

I LOVE IN AND OUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING TO THE IN AND OUT ON ARTESIA / BELLFLOWER WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ORDER A PROTEIN CHEESE BURGER WITH EXTRA ONION. IVE NEVER RECIEVED A BURGER SO SMALL, THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT TOMATO AND LETTUCE WAS LIKE ONE LEAF. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION.

This place is fantastic! I been coming to In-N-Out since 1976. My first experience was at the age of five. Most people would not remember that far back, but after tasting something so exciting and wonderful and one to remember, how could anyone forget. This was at the Baldwin Park location. Todays cheeseburger, fries, and shakes tastes exactly the same as back then.Cant get any better than that!

What makes the food good is it is fresh. The taste of the hot meat patty with cool wet flavor of the lettuce and tomatoes. What sets off the 1st bite is the dressing giving flavor to accent all the items in the burger at the same time.

I order a double double with grilled onions but there was little to no onions and the fries were too over cooked.

I give it a one because my protein burger is suppose to be wrapped in lettuce mine had a tin as layer of lettuce. I tried the protein burgers at Carson they were good this place needs to work with their food. It’s Saturday 7/3 and it’s midday. Who ever is working this shift your can do better. Didn’t enjoy my burger as I did the first time. Will definitely not coming back to this location. And I was exited to have a new location near me.

I wouldnt recommend this in n out, I ordered a number #1 with grilled onions and didnt get any onions at all! Pretty sure the young man on the register taking the orders was on drugs( smoked out on cush marijuana) it may be legal, but not compatible with public relations or being a professional.

In n out is ny favorite place to eat,it neves gets old. Todays burger particularly had a excellent smell,presentation and taste. Only improvement to the double double could be bacon and chili....keep up the great work,see you soon

The customer service is excellent. Observation and hearing other customer express their order not exactly correct and the attitude of the worker was friendly concerned and eager to please the customers, including myself.

Im From the east coast. Every time Im in California I make sure I get in and out. This was a new location and as usual like every other location service and food was 100% on mark. Lines are always long for obvious reason but they also move quick.

Drive through is poorly managed. The car line splits in two and instead of alternating to join the two lanes into one a couple cars from same lane would rush into the one lane essentially cutting the line. Employee outside just shrugged shoulders didnt bother regulating.

Fries were dry.Ate but were more like baged chips.The double double burger was excellent.

I get its traditional menu but honestly the times will catch up with you and then you will be more out than in .... the staff is ok food Is average .... its more of a trend to eat here than actually enjoy...

It was as good as ever. what is the most impressing aspect is when there absolutly swamped watching every employee hustling but never does anybody bump into one another. Lines always look insane but goes by fast. Very clean and family oriented. Weekends draw crowds. Huge parking lot that accommodates the lines. Overall food and service is great.Coming off the 91 fwy this street is looking real nice with all the renovations then you turn right on Artesia and its all down hill.

Burgers are consistently as good as you remember. Sadly seems like the patties have gotten smaller so I finally asked for two. That did the trick flavor wise.

I love In-n-Out. That said, a double-double from this place caused my fiance to projectile vomit worse than that scene in The Exorcist. She said the meat tasted weird butttt she still ate it. Her fault? In-n-Outs? Either way we shant be returning.

What can I say one of the best burgers 🍔 and freshest food in town

I have been to this place three times. The first two times were fine, but tonight was not a good In-N-Out experience.I dont know what the staff was doing tonight, but certainly they were not focus in providing customer with a hot and fresh burger and fries; customer service was deplorable.There was a very long wait between numbers to get a hamburger. The place was at 25% capacity at the most. I know that there were customers coming through the drive thru, but nothing unusual; so, I dont see why we had to wait such a long time. Then, once I got my #1 combo the fries were cold as ice and tasted awful. I thought that it was just my fries, but other customers were also complaining and returning their fries.When I returned my fries there was another customer behind me who was completely ignored while he was trying to return his. He got upset and asked the employee why she was ignoring him and then he said, My fries are cold.As I was eating I saw customers, that ordered to go, that had already left coming back because their order wasnt rightI have never seen so many people complaining about their cold fries or coming back for an issue related to their order.I dont understand why the staff would give us cold fries.Every single time that I have been to this location I have never seen any employee cleaning the tables. Every single time that I sat down to eat the table was dirty. It looks like they are not Covid friendly.It was a bad experience and there was no need for it at all.Very poorly trained staff, no pro active at all. Bad attitude and lack of customer service skills.I am not coming back.

This In n Out is disgusting! I took a 2nd bite on my hamburger and the longest black hair came out. When in asked to speak to a supervisor ignored I followed by telling cashier what happened but totally ignored me and just gave me another burger. (Didn’t eat it)Never eating here again. We always have a good experience except for the last time we went. The food was burnt. It seems that the employees were distracted thus not paying attention to making the food. It was also a lot slower than we are use to.

The drive thru is terribleThey are very very very slowDo not attempt to go on lunch break. It took me 20 minutes to get food and the drive thru was not that busy.

This place is timeless. Good food, service is a friendly as humanly possible and the shakes are flavorful and thick. Only place Ill eat a beef burger from. Always crowded, just always crowded, give up hope you will always be in a line especially in the summer. The wait time is not that bad and the foods worth it.

So I usually don’t leave one star reviews but this place deserves it they regularly let people cut the drive thru line which then makes me wait longer when I complain I’m ignored and this is not what I expected from In-N-Out they usually are better I’m so disappointed

I left the in n out in the city of bellflower. I purchase a grill cheese meal. And when I got home and started to eat. At the end of the grill cheese there was a strand of hair in my food. I was under the impression that all the workers had to wear hair nets. So if I can gave them a zero I would.I also have the picture of the hair in my food.

Good service, food was cooked perfectly, good and warm.
