Absolutely awesome environment. Very spacious area to play board games, tabletop RPGs, or card games. Costs $2 per person or a $10 purchase to cover the cost for the entire table. The employee I spoke to was incredibly helpful, and Ill definitely come again in the future. Store has a few cats, so watch out if you have allergies

Ive been going to The Guild House for a while now and every time I go there I am happy with my visit there. I go there for the majority of my card and board gaming needs. And the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. And when I take my kids, when theyre done looking at the gaming items, they enjoy looking at the house cats that are around the store, especially the Russian Blue. But cats aside, Ive always found what I needed every time I visit The Guild House.

I ordered three mystery booster boxes from this store online. they called me to tell me that they only had two which was completely understandable... After I misunderstanding the refunded my entire order instead of only refunding the missing item which is what I wanted. Sent an email stating that refunding the entire order was a mistake and I still wanted the initial items and was ignored

Weve been coming to the Guild House for years and always enjoy the great atmosphere and selection of games. Charles and Monica are always ready to answer any questions and help with recommendations. Game nights were so much fun and we cant wait for them to resume once things are safe again. I particularly appreciate how they make the store a welcoming space for everyone and are doing everything they can to keep clients safe during these difficult times. I have been going here for many years and it only gets bigger and better with time. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They will tell you whether a product is something you might be interested in or not. they are not going to sell you some useless junk just to make a dollar. I have been shopping here for about 10 years and I have never had an issue. I have lived in three other states and this place is my second favorite store of all times. I honestly feel that there is something for anyone into board games here.

Definitely the premier place in my opinion to find miniatures for your next DND game or to play a quick pick up game of commander. Everyone is really nice and its got a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are also friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you if needed. Did I mention the minis? Its a wonderful store that I hope to continue coming to for years to come.

Always friendly and helpful, with a wide variety of games, miniatures, and tools for playing. There are three store cats, all of whom like to visit with gamers. They host a lot of different gaming groups, and have a lot of room to accommodate multiple games and shoppers at once. The staff here should run a masterclass in not just interacting with customers, but with people in general. Every time I visit, I see something that impresses me.They proceed on the premise that each purchase is something to be thoroughly understood and enjoyed, not just an opportunity for them to sell expansions and accessories.Soft spoken but not self-absorbed, they are aware of everything going on in the store, and will greet you with a nod and a smile. Hobbyists can be quirky and sometimes prickly, but again Ive seen them defuse the imperious and delight the hesitant who walk into the store.

I usually stop by for pickup games of Commander and there are always people looking for a pickup game.There are always events for different games from Dungeons and Dragons to Warhammer to normal boxed board games.If you want to guarantee a table for you friends to gather around you can reserve one by making a purchase. $20-$25, I think?If you do call this place your home base for games you play face to face then please consider buying merchandise. Local game stores often struggle to stay afloat.

Its a pretty cool little place they have, the employees Ive encountered are all very nice and more willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I usually go in for the dungeons and dragons adventures league game, they are the ones who actually helped me to start out and it was amazing how much they helped and let me use their books to help get a better understanding of what I was doing. All in all the have a fair selection of games and knick knacks, I would definitely suggest you stop by and check it out.

This game store is great! They have a huge selection of games. Games for experienced gamers, games for the family, and games for gatherings. The lady that works there (sorry I didnt catch her name) is super friendly and always helpful. And the store cats are cuties and friendly! Theres a game store near my house, but I always make the drive out to this one instead. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly, great community, chill atmosphere, and generally if they do not have a particular board game or RPG they can special order it without shipping costs. (pay in advance for a discount!)There are 3 cats in the store (belonging to the management), so be careful if you have allergies to the feline staff.Coming from Washington/Northern Oregon, the store is closer in nature to those parts of the world, a welcome refuge from the pressures and fast living of Southern California in general.I recently moved away (less than a month ago) and I miss the place already. Thats how good it is/how good it was the whole time I was in the area.

Theyre located with street parking in the front but way more free parking in the back, and are within a few steps of restaurants like Steelcraft, Subway, Johnny Reb, and the Oven.They even have friendly store cats!Guild House is definitely the home away from home for gamers.

This is a good place to find games of all variety: board games, card games, dice games, and role-playing games. 2/3 of the space in the shop is devoted to an open gaming area with a collection of games available to try out. The shop also runs a regular schedule of games and tournaments. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is OK. As they share a lot with a mechanic, parking is easier in the evening and on weekends.

If your a board gamer then is definitely the place for you. They have alot of different selections and very well detailed hand made chess sets. ALOT friendly people who come just to play a few rounds of any board game on select days. Just walk in and you can feel a friendly atmosphere. I think it was great for my first time. Havent played any board games until I went here for something completely different with my little brother but we ended up stay almost two hours. Check them out for yourself if you ever want to branch away from games online and interact with people in person. Hope you enjoy your own experience.

This place has a great selection of table top games with an added bonus of adorable shop cats. Just try not to visit on a Magic: the Gathering tournament night. The body odor from the game room side of the shop made me rush through buying a birthday present for my Munchkin fan friend.

I find it awesome that above the walls is the famed Heroes Journey and that above the miniatures area is companions and villians--perfect product placement! Same great gaming atmosphere and everyone is super friendly.Wednesdays and Thursdays are Dungeon and Dragon days, Friday is Magic The Gathering night, and Sundays are usually open gaming.The owners Charles and Monica are always ready to lend you and hand and help you find that perfect game. You can also ask for Andrew or Gerrod to help you out too. If youre lucky youll also see the Guild House Mascots... three cats by the name of Teddy, Gears, and Astrid. Those cats are super chill and friendly.If youre looking for a spot to hangout for a few hours and have a good time away from your cellphones... this is the place to be!
