Very pleasant experience. Recently purchased an excellent vacuum from Ace. The explanation of the vacuum and its functionality sold me immediately. I am glad I made the purchase of the vacuum it made my old carpet seem new it removed dirt and lifted the carpet. And what was impressive was when I experienced an issue it was quickly resolved without hesitation or fuss, with the coverage of my warranty. Really good customer service!

This guy totally took my elderly mom. He ended up selling her a $600 vacuum that was too heavy for her, wouldnt take it back and exchanged it for something worse. A brand no one has ever heard of. I bought her a Hoover for $99 at Target and shes much happier. Shame on these guys, this is not the business it used to be!

I went in for a part for my miene and he told me my vacuum is to old that they do not make the part anymore and that i need a new vacuum. I called miene direct they do make the part $50 later and my old vacuum works as good as new. they are liars.

Nice very helpful people they have everything you need for a Kerby vacuum. They also have a lot of other different types of vacuums.

This place is awfu!!!My husband and I went in to buy a vacuum for a deal and we ended up getting ripped off! 100 bucks for a used vacuum, he said it was brand new but yet when we got home it had scratches and it didnt come in a box. Then I decided to check on eBay and I found the same vacuum for 30 bucks!!! Be careful when coming here he really tries to buy you into buying something and he does a good job.

Me and My wife took our Bissell Bagless Vacuum to fix and the Guycalled us with an Estimate the Next Day and Fixed it within couple of Days,He also suggested how to maintain the Vacuum by changing the FiltersPeriodically. They were very helpful and I will highly recommend themto others .

IT HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY A CORPORATION OWED BY Natarajan Ganalaly.THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. THEY CLAIMED THEY SENT OUR VACUUM FOR A FACTORY REBUILD. WE CALLED THE FACTORY AND THEY NEVER SAW IT. THE FACTORY ALSO TOLD US THAT ACE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED KIRBY RETAILER OR SERVICER.LOOK AT THE DATE ON THE REVIEWS. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY ARGUMENTATIVE AND ABUSIVE, ESPECIALLY TO WOMEN. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE BEFORE RODGERS BECAME ACE A COUPLE YEARS AGO.WE TRUSTED THEM BECAUSE WE TRUSTED ROGERS. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
