I have been to penny lane antiques a few times and I like the assortment of items but I am very disappointed in the customer service. they where not friendly, I am native american and I felt they are prejudice, it would be nice to be treated with kindness not judged for the color of your skin

I love this shop! I have always had luck in finding specific oddities I was looking for, and overall they just have really cool stuff. I go every year when Im Christmas shopping so I can get my loved ones something cool and unique. Its by far one of my all time favorite antique shops!

Wow! What a great antique store. You need a few hours to really explore this place.

I’ve purchased several houseware items from Penny Lane. Many of the vendors specialize in home goods and kitchenware. Clothing, furniture, postcards, and books are available, too. The staff is hands off, so you can expect plenty of time to explore on your own. As with many antique malls, the items are as-is and non-refundable.The downstairs area contains a separate business, which is confusing. Some form of signage might help to distinguish the businesses from each other, as I was not aware on my first few visits to the store.

Love this place! 3 levels of antiques reasonably priced. I browsed for 2 hours!

This used to be my favorite store in Bellingham. It seems like their prices have gone up quite a bit. It’s a shame

While having several cool and creative knick knacks, antique is not a word Id use to describe Penny Lane. I did thoroughly enjoy the wide array of items and oddities.

This is a very nice larger antique mall. They have a variety of vendors who carry something for pretty much everyone. I’ve found the prices here to be quite reasonable and I’m always very happy with the items find there. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’d give it 5 stars except parking can be a real issue.

Time machine is all I got to say. So fun to walk through there. Great people that work there to.

I absolutely love this store and have spent a lot of money here. However EVERY single time I go in I am followed. I understand the importance of making sure your items are safe but I feel so uncomfortable it makes me not want to shop here any more.I had already left my bag by the front door without being told to do so and I was STILL followed... the last time this happened I just left drop all of the items I was holding and left. Its sad that a place I love can make me feel this way because of bad customer service.Please invest in some camera security!

I love shopping at Penny Lane Antique Mall! I always find something unique and the prices are great! Love the fact they are open 7 days a week so I can always stop in whenever Im in Bellingham! Ive been able to surprise my friends and family with some truly wonderful gifts from my shopping trips there! A wonderful way to spend an afternoon!

This used to be one of my favorite stores until today. It was such a big store, and I happened to find two t-shirts that I liked. However I wasnt sure that I was going to buy them yet, so I had my boyfriend hang on to them and he completely forgot we had them. He walked out with them on accident and we even stopped outside the store to look at some more merchandise that was outside. He clearly wasnt trying to steal them, they still had the hangers and he was not concealing them at all. The clerk walked outside, and she took his ID and also photographed him. She then proceeded to tell him that either she would call the cops or he could never come back again. She didnt even give us the option to pay for the t-shirts! It was a complete accident and we were treated as criminals. Very dissapointed in the customer service here. My other friends even bought some of the products in the store. Never coming back here again.

The people who run this place are great. So friendly and knowledgeable. I love to browse here.

This giant store has a great selection of goods, a gift can be found for almost any occasion. Combined with the neighboring antique/record store downstairs, and I could easily spend two hours here just browsing!

What can I say? This place is incredible!!!! They have something for everyone. All you need is some time and some comfortable shoes! My purchase was a gorgeous, giant pearl necklace!!!

I have found great stuff here, but a couple months ago I went in and saw a nest of collectible bowls, but one of them did not belong in the grouping. It is a fairly typical thing from the 60s I would say-- blue, red, green yellow. When I pointed out that one of the bowls was white--not part of the set as it should be, the staff told me, Oh that is why it is not as expensive. To me, that is blatant dishonesty--if you are selling a set of antiques/collectibles, it should be sold in the way they were meant to be, not substitute. That potentially leads people into buying something that is not what they think it is. It makes me not really trust very much of what I might get there, unless I know the things. A second staff member later said they would follow it up.

Tons of collectables. Laid out well and organized. Easy to see everything. Fair pricing.

We got some cool stuff for very little cash. They dont over charge and have pretty good variety of thing.

We purchased a $150 gift certificate for our mother. When she went to store to shop around, both items she wanted to purchase were from the downstairs area (a separate business that wasnt clear to either of us), and she wasnt able to use her gift certificate. Just be aware as this was not mentioned at the point of gift certificate sale. When I addressed this with the store manager, she was surprisingly rude and told me I dont think a gift certificate needs to be explained. I as the customer do! Not knowing the store policy and that the shops were separate, I would have appreciated an explanation before we purchased the $150 gift certificate.

OK local antique mall with some interesting signs (old and new) as well as the usual treasures/junk one fins in these places. The Teravintage Antique jewelry shop listed for the same address is just a case in the mall with a selection not nearly as good as photos posted on the web.

Could spend hours in this shop and not see everything. It is well organized by vendors. Wee enjoyed it immensely.

Lindsay, the co-owner of Penny Lane is rude and inconsiderate. I will never go back. Check other reviews, I am clearly not alone in this assessment. Its not hard to be polite and professional. Aladdins is the antithesis of Penny Lane. Aladdins is awesome with truly wonderful staff.

My favorite place to go antiquing due to the sheer volume of items. Some prices are negotiable so it never hurts to ask. A added bonus is that alladins antiques is just downstairs.

Really cool store but were treated extremely poorly and aggressively when someone I was with stepped out of the store while still holding something they hadnt paid for. It was completely on accident and we were immediately stormed with no chance to give an explanation as my friend wasnt even given an option to pay for the item. He had his photo and a photo of his ID taken with no opportunity to even explain ourselves or apologize. Again, this was completely on accident we are all brand new to Bellingham and were just checking out the shops around. She told him he was never allowed back EVER or she would call the police. I understand that they probably have to work really hard to prevent theft in a store this big but the reaction was completely off putting and shook us up and I dont think any of us will be back for sometime. Dont really feel welcome in a store that definitely would have received more visits and purchases otherwise.

PENNY LANE is in my ears and in my eyes! LOVE THIS PLACE. Peeps are kühl, shyt is kühler.

This place is completely overpriced, disorganized, and most of the products are not in good condition. In addition to this, the customer service is poor. The cashier was rude and was constantly eyeing us. Not comimg back.

I love antiquing here because its organized, clean and items are priced reasonably.
