Wonderful little gem of a store. We needed to do some pickling and make some sambal. Needed ingredients and they had everything.

Produce was found not to be so good old and turning brown. Young coconuts over price good selection of fish though.

It is an Asian store. They have frozen, fresh vegetables and can goods. The Cashiers are helpful and kind.

The best place to stock up on tapioca pearls and bubble milk tea mochi (my FAVORITE). Their bahn mi w/ tofu is also scrumptious.

This is a great little grocery. I can get whatever Im looking for in sauces and oils, and they have the sweet potato noodles I like. They have a nice produce skeleton and its often a better deal than the other stores. Their frozen section is great, lots of different fish and everything else youd expect. I also get my chopsticks here, the good ones.

Bought a bag of rotten molded jelly fish in the morning. Trying to return it a few hours later. The guy ( possibly the owner) was rude and unreasonable, shouting “ read this sign: No return, no refund!!” 😲😱 all I can do now is call the bank and ask for my refund, then NEVER go back again . Too bad I can’t give 0 star review here.

I picked up some groceries to make sushi today; this is my go-to place for snacks and supplies for Asian dishes.

Great selection of Asian commodities. Good place for fresh basil, shallots,bamboo shoots, mushrooms and seasonal produce. Sadly, meat, fish, and poultry are all frozenNoodles and ramen selection is not Uwajimaya, but decent. Good selection of Asian spices including saffron and Chinese 5-spice. Their fresh sandwiches are good. I dont drink bubble tea, but I hear they make it good. The staff is friendly and parking lot is spacious.

This place has most of basic Asian food but not many choices. Sufficient for basic needs only.

You can get a Bahn mi sandwich for $6 with veggies, sauce and protein (meat, tofu)The bread is REALLY good which made it stand out to me as one of the best bhan mi sandwiches in town.Highly recommend!

They have 1/2 gallon size Kim chee. They also have spice packets for Vietnamese pho so you can easily make it at home. Lots of fish sauce, Korean noodles and gochujang, frozen dumplings, soy sauces, vinegars...

Ive been here around 10 times now and every time I am 100% satisfied. Today, the man checking out our items even gave me a hongbao!

This market has been one of my favorite places to go to pick up pork belly cuts for making ramen. On top of their meat selection the staff have always been willing to help if Im looking for a specific item.

They will charge you whatever they want. Most items in the store did not show the price. When you ask them for a price check, they will give you a dirty look. They dont want to answer your question. Many of the price tags showed on the shelves do not match the item, you have to be very careful when selecting groceries. l will never go back there. l was a customer, l paid for things l bought, but their attitude made me feel l took stuff without paid. very uncomfortabe.

Just love this place has everything and more and price nicely!!! Ill be going by my day off thats for sure need some more of that squid jerky! Haha dont judge me till you try it!😋

Reasonable good representation of South East Asian foods, their fresh vegetables are quite good and they also have decent frozen meat and fish section

West coast has a great freezer section and decent produce. Its the only place in town Ive been able to find taro. Their ramen selection isnt the greatest but it gets the job done. They also have a good assortment of sauces she what not.

Great local family shop owned by a Vietnamese couple. One of the best selections in Bellingham and service is very friendly. I enjoy that the fresh and frozen produce and proteins rotate so you can see a variety of choices. If you see something you like get it, because it may not be there next week! The shelved products (noodles, spices, sauces, canned products) seem to be consistent.

This place has everything! The staff are super nice and their prices are very reasonable.

I really like this place. Lots of exotic stuff that you cant get anywhere else. I just wish they had a bakery and a butcher shop with fresh meat on site.If you like naked goods, try their mini ube bread, mamon or pan de coco.For exotic ingredients, try one of their many curry sauces, Asian veggies, or frozen fishes.They also have lots of Asian snacks, like shrimp chips, Mushi and Ice Creams!Enjoy!

I was unable to find passion fruit at any other store, but they had it. I loved the service, and the wide selection of Asian cuisine.

UPDATE (Aug 2021): The female co-owner of this market is nice. They always try to keep the market well stocked, and they even offer Vietnamese sandwiches and boba drinks now. Most recently, they opened a delicious pho restaurant called Pho 360. I appreciate that they work hard and keep up with trends, like sell items like boba mochi, milk tea cans, rice crackers, etc.Although the items are expensive and majority of the items arent marked with a price, I still save a lot of time by not having to drive all the way south for good Asian items.Original review in 2019: Just moved to Bellingham, and I am so glad that this Asian market exist. Of course it is not as big as a huge Asian market in Seattle, but it is good enough. For the convenience and not having to drive more than an hour and a half to get Asian products, that’s a plus.

Great selection of all yoir asian basic needs we just moved from hawaii and finding our basic spices and asian vegs are hard to find on bellingham but looks like this place will be our to go sgop for all our needs curries snack fruit vegs noodles teas shoyu everything i need i have found here ..the cashier is super friendly and helpfull. highly recommend for all that are needing asian food selctions in the whatcom county..
