This mechanic shop is more than just a mechanic shop, they are a save your life shop. In all of my years of existence I have never found a mechanic shop and a team of mechanics quite like this and the price is definitely affordable and they aren’t going to lie to you to tell you you need something when you really don’t. In the long run Jsport has saved my fiancé and I, probably thousands and thousands of dollars with not only good pricing but preventing things from further damaging the vehicle (like telling me to stop driving immediately because of a certain sound, which in this case led to me saving possibly an entire $12,000 truck) I would drop any mechanic and hit up jaysport, your gonna be very happy you did .

After my vehicle my 2013 BMW 335i went to 2 different shops one being an actual transmission shop they told me I had to put a new one used wasn’t an option would cost me 11,000 another shop quoted 13,000 service writer was a total jerk so I towed it out of there I! So I called Rob at Jsport Autowerks over the phone I had a really good feeling of his knowledge on my vehicle so I towed it over still expecting the worse.. if I had to pay 11,000 rather be with Rob his customer service is superb. So I found out that a used transmisión could be installed I paid 4500.00. I had my car custom tuned through them, the claimed to be able to do it. The tuner didnt seem to know a whole lot about the parameters in the software. They took several days longer go complete the task than they originally told me. When I got the car back the tune was just a smoothed out stock tune and not fit for my modification. I told the tuner about what levels of boost I was wanting and he told me that was out of the realm of possibilities. They fell short of their claimed tuning abilities. I drove on that sluggish tune for only a couple weeks then resorted to a remote tuner that actually knows the vehicles and the software that he tunes for and the car came to life. The remote tuner also made mention of many mistakes in the jsport tune that could have led to damage over time (lean spots/ bad timing table). This shop can most certainly flash an off the shelf tune but a custom tune might be pushing it. They did however maintain communication throughout the process which was a bonus

Good work but a little expensive. They worked on my Mercedes Benz S550 4MATIC for two months and it received a new transmission and much more. Thanks Jsport!

This team is great, highly talented, and professional. Long story short I took my Audi Q7 for leaking Adblue (urea acid). I know enough about cars not to be taken advantage of but I freely admit I don’t know about the Adblue system as it’s too new. My leak was a pretty big problem and needed to be treated quickly before it caused catastrophic failure. They could have taken me for a ride, like the Audi dealership does, and tried to sell me or coerce me into major repairs. Well they didn’t. They handled my issue on the lowest level possible for the best price. The cleaned out my system, isolated the leak and made a patch. Been driving for weeks now with no follow up issues. Not only did they give me a good repair, but they saw me that day. They understood the potential problems that the leak could balloon into and made room for me that day, and their shop was full. Business is booming and I can see why, they are just good!!!Will be going back for all my Audi repairs!

Have a 2010 Mercedes S400 Hybrid. Been there for 12 months now. No responses or updates regards to repair due to a power module failure. Extended warranty apparently was the delay for this many months. Car was turned into them via MB MOTORS LLC George Boulos who sold car to me and broke down after buying in December 2019 and refused to take car back and promised me that extended warranties would fix problem. He sent car to this shop. No clear outcome as of yet and very frustrated with communication.

Quick story for you all. I am in Bellingham on business and my car breaks down. Quick google search and I came across Jsport. I gave them a call, told them what was going on and they sourced the parts. They couldnt do the work next day like I needed but they sent me to a reputable shop since it was an emergency. I really appreciate their customer service and would reccomend them because they did the right thing by me.

Found my part and had it sent to southern Utah in the same day. Jake kept me updated and added helpful advice on installation. Turned out he was exactly correct on the advice! I’d certainly give them my business again.

They seem to have a team that communicated well. I took my Jetta TDI to them and had a timing belt and other service done a while back. I appreciated that they were careful to take a look and suggest other maintenance that I didn’t think of. I ain’t no mechanic. I recently needed to find the details of when the last service was and they sent me the paperwork. So thankful.

Excellent service! On the day that my wifes X5d was scheduled to get the glow plugs service done was the same day that the SUV decided not to start. When the tow guy arrived, we learned that the X5d cannot be loaded to the tow truck because the transmission would not go to Neutral without starting. We tried to bypass and troubleshoot over the phone to no avail. Jake and the team went to the car and troubleshoot the starting problem and got the X5 running and drove it to their shop. These guys are truly passionate about these cars. They went above and beyond and will be highly recommended!

These guys are the best. I called (in slight panic) with my sunroof leaking into my drivers side footwell. They were able to get me in that day with a fully packed schedule on their plates already. Then on top of that they noted that the owner before me neglected to do the normal scheduled maintenance, and I neglected to notice this problem. So they proceeded to get me all fixed up with what I needed so I could continue commuting to Seattle with confidence in my car. This shop is owned by a stand up guy who has hired an awesome staff with enthusiasm for the cars we all love to drive. I will always recommend Jsport to my friends and family. Tuning in the future!

Gotta love a sad shop that scams $400 off a lady, in return only doing an oil change and an out of spec alignment. Took 2 days to work on the car as well, no ordered parts in hold, etc. When diagnosing the highly toed rear driver wheel, an hour was charged for an eyeballs worth of a diagnosis. In the final bill an alignment is a part? This is the most shoddy establishment for getting work done. As a former service advisor working at ACTUAL dealerships in 25-100 bay shops, even a small shop as this, these problems (scams) are degrading for the owner. Would not recommend. Period. Shops should have more accountability and be able to assess the situation better than this!

Great service. Called in about repairs to a 1981 vehicle which several other autoshops declined to work on. Jsport had it all done within a week. Prompt and helpful communication, detailed diagnosis of issues and cost estimates. Would go back.

Rob really went the extra mile on research sourcing some hard-to-find parts for a quote. They are a very busy shop for a reason! Plan ahead a bit and they will take care of you!

I stopped in with no appointment to get the battery in my TDI replaced and not only did they get me back on the road again in no time, but they also replaced a brake light and let me know about a previously undiagnosed engine issue. The best euro shop you are going to find around here! The quality of work coming out of this shop for the high end cars that go in is amazing. To top it off the communication and how far they go for customers is great. Bonus-they do tunes?! Will never bring a bmw anywhere else.

Rob and his team of techs were quick to find what was wrong with my Mini Cooper after months of trying to diagnose and chase the problem on my own. He was very communicative of any problems they found and never proceeded to work on something without my authorization, which I appreciated. They even found some other critical issues that would have led to disaster for my car if not addressed. Even though they are a specialty shop, their prices were comparative to other generic mechanic/brake shops who don’t specialize in German cars. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future!

Brought in my 2002 tdi golf because I was having lack of power, some white smoke and lower fuel mileage. They figured out that I had a 95% to 98% carbon blockage 🤣😳. These guys know what they are doing and are great to work with. I had my car at another shop a few years ago when I bought it, to give it a run through. The carbon buildup should have been check out, but never was. I will be going to Jsport from now on.

These guys took a long look at my car and honestly told me what needed to be done, but also said how much time I had left in my parts (like my battery and brakes) before I had make a decision - all because they knew I was a student and was trying to get the most out of my car for the least money.I had about 9 jobs to do on my car, a couple repairs and literally every fluid flushed and replaced...and it was done within hours. I was even a little late bussing back from campus, and they managed to finish repairs in the same day. Which is crazy fast.I cant stress this enough--its a good shop.Thank you Rob and Jake and keegan and everyone else who worked on my car.

Ive brought my 97 BMW 328i to JSport a few times for fairly extensive repairs, and the pricing has been very competitive each time, especially when compared to other Euro specific shops in town. The other great thing about JSport is that theres lots of quality communication about what needs to be done, all the options, and an estimate for the work order. Rob, Jeremy, and team succeed in customer service, mechanical service, and went WAY beyond the call of duty by using every trick in the book to find the body of a small animal that met its fate in the engine compartment. From what I was told, the stench was so rank that is stunk up the whole block around the shop and made at least one person become sick. Did this stop the guys? Nope. By the time I picked up my car, one of the many things the guys did, seemed to work and I happy to be driving by Rosebud again!

I took my mini cooper here a few weeks ago and they really went above and beyond for me. They even went as far as to work on my car on their catch-up day to work with my schedule which I greatly appreciated. After inspecting my car, they gave me a clear and detailed list of what needed to be fixed and offered great advice and referrals. Hey I appreciate the reply, I hadnt looked in the engine bay for a week or two so this could be a possibility but as far as Im concerned when I popped the hood it seemed like you guys caused the damage, because it was fine the last time checked and especially since afterwards you didnt mention anything about wire damage. Although my car may benefit from a carbon cleaning I believe there is a simpler solution that was overlooked, such as, a problem with the transfer case, differential, or mounts. Because my car drives exactly the same and I paid for a diagnosis to fix this carbon buildup problem that would not cause this dramatic shifting jerking and rpm holding upon deceleration . I hope you can understand my frustrations, thank you for your time.

Jake and his team helped me when I purchased an older Subaru. They laid out a easy to understand timeline of what needed to be fixed. I took my BMW in to get it fixed. Paid a huge amount to get the oil leak fixed just to have the same problem a week later. We were told to bring it back in but they won’t fix it for free. We would have to pay again. In hind site I never would have brought my car in if I knew they were going to try to rip us off like that. We could have paid for a brand new transmission and fixed the oil leak with the amount they charged us. Instead they did little tedious things that didn’t even work. Plus wanted to charge me again even after they didn’t fix the leak I paid for to be fixed.

I bought a car from a used car dealer out of the area, and had to have it inspected by a shop closer to the area.I bought the car and then on the way home, the turbo failed. I work at another dealership across town and have always sent our German work over to Jsport. I have never met a more knowledgeable or courteous crew. I have been taking my Audi Q5 to Jsport since my husband discovered them a few yrs ago.Oil changes, maintenance, problem solving, you name they can do it, and they do it well.They are knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.Customer service is a 5 star plus. On our last service our warentee was about to expire and they were booked 4 weeks out when I called. Instead of turning us away the owner himself put aside a weeks worth of time and made all the repairs on our car, in order to get it done before the warentee expired.If you are looking for a hardworking, honest, 5 star shop. I had some work done at JSport recently. Custom install on an aftermarket radiator and automatic transmission fluid cooler. Despite being super busy, Jake got me in promptly and got me squared away. Very happy I discovered them! Needed a trustable, reliable and competent group as I am new here. I think I found just what I needed.

I was not a customer but had a friend who was locked out of his car at a trailhead with his keys safely locked in the trunk. None of the tow company wingnuts would respond because of the security system in the 330 ci that shuts off the trunk opener inside the car, therefore, just opening the cab was useless in their assessment unless you wanted to really damage something. NOT SO, I called the fellows at Jsport and they figured out a way to get from the cab into the trunk with relative ease. So we called a locksmith and had the cab opened and the key in the trunk was then able to be recovered all with no damage what so ever! You guys are the best! No wonder you get such good ratings on your work.

I have taken my Porsche to JSport for 8 years, and other cars. There is not a more well informed, honest, or proactive shop in Western Washington. It does not cost money to work with JSport. You save money put letting them check your car on a proactive and regular basis. My cars will go nowhere else. Honesty and integrity are rare in the automotive world.
