They were professional and compassionate to my low income situation, taking extra efforts to help me when a mechanical error presented after the initial claim work was done. Helping me request replacement tires added to the claim and test a battery for the mechanical steering issue. The van needed to go to the dealership next, and they had one of their team steer it over there for service. I was given very caring above and beyond service.

This business is absolutely amazing. The mechanics and staff and friendly and helpful. They answered all questions I had completely with patience, even went the extra mile with personal advice. Prices for body work are MUCH more affordable than other local competitors with excellent results. I hope my car doesnt get smashed in again, but if it does I will definitely return to Grand Central.

I’ve been going there for 10 years and had consistently excellent service and work, for big and small repairs alike. Also: They take care of all the work involving any insurance repairs, and give you reasonable charges and options for private pay repairs. They clean the car better than when I paid for a detail. Only once was there a small issue after a repair, with a light not working, and they fixed it on the spot. I always recommend them.

Just had my first experience with Grand Central. It took some time to be able to get my car scheduled in to be fixed, but the staff there was very friendly. They fixed my car 3 days ahead of schedule and went above and beyond with washing, vacuuming, and buffing out my headlight that was unaffected by the impact. I greatly enjoyed working with them. The repair looks great! I definitely plan to work with them again, if ever needed. They had good communication with me and were very professional.

Had an accident in AZ requiring replacement of rear passenger door in our new Toyota Highlander. We could have had the body work done in Phoenix but based upon prior experience with Grand Central Collision decided to wait 2 months until we returned to Bellingham. Had the work done here in Bellingham and one cannot see that the door was replaced. Very happy with the result.

Grand Central is the most thorough body shop I have ever worked with. All staff were polite and professional, and went above and beyond. From the initial assessment where they printed out my cars recall information, to the sample bottle of paint I got when I picked my car up, every detail was covered. My car was detailed inside and out and the cleanest Ive seen it since I bought it! I highly recommend their services!

Fender Bender. Did other work at same time as insurance work. Very reasonable rates. My wife was happy with finish product, which means a lot, since she would be able to tell if things were off with the paint, etc. I lean on her for that stuff, since I dont see it as much. Extra touch up paint in car when we picked it up, swear car was cleaned as well. Thank you card received in the mail.

Owner was hard to deal with car did not match after it was painted got mad because I ask him to make it right on the 3 time it was right sad part it was a new car the front end lady was the only good person who cared it to bad I herd a lot of good things about this place Ill never come back good luck to you if you need anything from them

Everyone gets in an accident from time to time, especially in Washington, which I saw on the news not long ago is ranked to have the worst drivers in the country. So when some knucklehead rear ended me on I-5, I was given the unfortunate opportunity to give these guys a chance.My insurance listed them as one of their preferred vendors for repairs and Im glad I left my truck with them. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time and cleaned my truck up to dealership status. I swear my truck had never been cleaner, which was a nice surprise.Hopefully I wont have to use them again, but if some idiot blasts into me again, at least I know where to go.

I have never had to make an appointment to make an appointment.Grand Central was recommended by the Subaru dealer, all most across the street, to repair the damage from a minor rear end collision. I got there on a week day in the early afternoon. The place was almost empty, except for two men in the office. They seemed less than enthused to see me, and I was informed that I should call the next day for an appointment for an estimate. One of the men did look at my car, from about 10 feet away, and for about two minuets. He seemed even more disinterested when he saw how minor the damage was.When I called for an appointment, I was given a date a week away, and no estimate of when it would be fixed. I first thought they must be very busy, Then I read some of the other reviews, and noticed all the negative reviews were of small jobs. So, if your car isnt wheeled in there on the back of a flat bed, and unloaded with a fork lift, go somewhere else.

Apparently while they were repairing my car they left the doors open, so my battery died. They gave me a jump, but didnt leave it on to charge at all so i had to go drive around aimlessly, huge waste of my time.

I was very happy with all my repairs done by Grand Central Collision.
