WOW! I had such a great experience using these guys. I moved from FL last year and had horrible experiences at body shops in FL. I needed a rear bumper repair on my car so I called around and a few body shops told me they were booked weeks in advance. So I called these guys and had an estimate done and timetable on when it’ll be done. They were extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. The repair was done quick and the car looks brand new! Extremely quick and great experience using them! I highly recommend!

I dont think most people ever really *want* to go to a body shop, but I had a pebble hit my side window and cause a crack that quickly grew to the entire length of the glass. I drive a model of car that doesnt have any certified body shops around except for one: No 1 Auto Body. So I will say that I had no choice in going to this place, HOWEVER I am very glad I did. Patrick was incredibly professional and did a great job of letting me know where things were in the process. If Ive ever faced with a choice of body shops in the future, and No 1 is one of the options, thats an easy choice. The company is aptly named!

No.1 Automotive went above & beyond to service my vehicle and made the whole process a positive experience. Going in for body work can be stressful, especially when it’s unexpected. Scott and the staff made the experience very enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. My car was finished much sooner than expected and when I picked it up, I was shocked. It looked brand new. They had even cleaned the inside which was completely unexpected. It’s a lot of pressure to put “No.1” in your name, but they’ve definitely earned it! I will 100% visit them for any future body work and recommend them to my friends and family.Thanks guys!

My husband and I have had 2 of our cars repaired here and both times they turned out great! 1st our BMW E90 M3 and then our Mazda CX-9. My husband is super picky and detailed and he has been impressed with the level of care and quality of work. The gentleman at the front counter (Scott I think?) was super friendly, caring and took the time to go over our repairs and make sure we were satisfied with the work performed. Just totally on top of it. This is super rare these days. We have had an almost new car repaired at another shop in town and it was a nightmare experience. I recently had my 2019 Toyota with a crunched door repaired at No 1 Automotive. I am quite pleased with their work. They completed the work in good time, below the estimated cost and comped some minor dings that I had not requested. They were also quite help helpful in dealing with the two insurance companies involved.I give them my highest recommendation.

No 1 repaired my Tesla after an accident and it turned out great! Great shop and great employees. Glad I took my car here.

A deer and I collided with one another on a freeway on ramp - luckily, we were both okay, but my car received a hardy dent and smashed drivers side mirror. No. 1 took it in and not only fixed the dent (which I did not even notice until brought in to them) and the mirror, but completely cleaned my car to a state I did not expect. I really appreciated the kindness and communication with the staff and would recommend this place for anybody - and it did not cost an arm and a leg.

Its the only authorized Tesla shop that wont charge you an arm and leg.Their quote was half of what Tesla shops in the Seattle area asked for, and they done a fantastic job with the repair.

From the very beginning I didn’t get a good feeling but I tried to keep a open mind. The receptionist phoned from the lobby that I was there, and the party that needed to see me had me wait there for him. I waited there for 25 minutes after the call was announced. We were clear as to the work that was going to be done. Without getting into all the details they completely dropped the ball. One of the worst things for me is when one doesn’t take responsibility but would rather blame others. Look we all make mistakes as that’s part of life. However at this stage in life be responsible and acknowledge the mistake as it’s not the end of the world. This part is second hand as I spoke with two friends about my experience and they informed me they had clients that had a similar experience from this business. The long story short I would not be inclined to use this shop again. I worked hard for my money and I would rather go somewhere where I felt like they appreciated me as a customer not like they were doing me a favor. Good luck. 2/8/2021update. I just had a extensive conversation with the owner and I believe we had a communication problem that we were able to rectify. I believe it was mostly on my part not the shop. A few things I wish could have been handed differently but sometimes things happen.I was very pleased with the work that was performed on my car it was 1st class. To me it says a lot when the owner reads a review and is concerned about the reputation of his business. The owner never asked me to rewrite my review at all. I’m writing this because I think it’s the right thing to do. Thank you

Professional, timely, and great work!Scott took such great care of me and my old 2008 Subaru Outback. He listened to my issues I was having and gave me not only great advice, he talked me through different options and possibilities that could have been the issue. Not only did they fix the problem, they gave me some recommendations for down the road and some items I should keep an eye on. I cant recommend this place enough! Ask for Scott!

I took my car into number one to get it estimated for my grill that was pushed in and I thought it was damaged beyond repair. Patrick was nice enough to help me with this issue by fixing it on the spot without any problem. It was nice to see an individual taking that much care of an another person during these times. My car was hit earlier this year when it was snowing and my back bumper, tail light, paint and some side panels were damaged. I have never had to do any body work on my car and I was very lost on where to start with insurance and getting it repaired. No. 1 Autobody was recommended to us from some coworkers and they made the whole process very easy. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and got in the next day. After the estimate they contacted the other party’s insurance with the estimate and I was able to get my car in the shop a few days later to be repaired. They even arranged a rental car with Enterprise for the week my car was getting fixed. I picked it up and dropped it off at their shop which made it very convenient with my work schedule, I never had to take any time off. When I got my car back I couldn’t even tell anything ever happened to it, the back side of my car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car complimentary and left me a thank you note as well as a free lifetime warranty for their work! I was blown away with their customer service, Scott and Ileda were so friendly and helpful, always greeted me promptly when I was there. 10/10 would recommend and I would go back if I ever needed their services again!!

Awesome place. I had my VW Jetta sent in recently after a fender bender and Scott was extremely professional and communicative about my car. I got my car within the time they estimated which was awesome as in the past with other car places I went to the service always went over the estimated time. Carlos also had picked me up when my car was ready and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had. If I ever get hit again in Bellingham I will definitely send my car back!

Did a fantastic job on my car. I hate to say that Ive had 4 accidents (none at fault) in the last 4 years and Scott and Patrick at No.1 have always helped me get back on the road as quickly as possible. No.1 always keeps me informed every step of the way and goes out of their way to make sure things are done right.This last repair happened during the snow storm we had and I realized I had left my sons sledding equipment in the truck of my car. Have them fix a fender bender on my model 3. They had it completed within 10 days and the repair looks great. They also put a fantastic wax job on the car as well as a full interior detail.

I needed both bumpers replaced after a couple of parking lot incidents (plus years of scratches on my 15 year-old car). Ilieda was in regular communication with me, from a speedy estimate to keeping me informed when a loaner car would be ready. This is what I was most nervous about - as a real estate agent, its really tricky to plan 3-4 days without wheels! I was able to use a sweet Jetta and when I came back to get my car, WOW! The paint color is an exact match and the car looks so fresh. Scott was friendly and professional (even when I was a disorganized client). Wow! The customer service is phenomenal, and the bodywork is too! They made this repair extremely easy. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but ‘No. 1’ set up my rental car at a price that my insurance covered completely, they kept me posted every step of the way, and they gave me notification that the car would be ready the next day so I could plan. Wow! I was very apprehensive about fixing my car. It was my first accident. Luckily it was not my fault. I did not know what to expect and also have a new baby so being without a car and a large bill was very stressful. This place came highly recommend and now I know why. The initial exam of my car was done so fast and efficiently. Within the same afternoon they had dealt with the other drivers insurance had everything completed to treat my car. My rental was waiting there for me when I got there and everything went seamlessly. They gave me updates on the status of my car and fixed it so fast. They garentee their work and they did a beautiful job. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and vacuumed out and sparkling! The staff is amazing and one of a kind. Truly the best. They handed me my keys showed me everything and handled all the paperwork. They even dealt with the return of my rental. I can not believe how stress free and wonderful this experience was.

Took my Subaru in after damaging the rear passenger door. Scott and his team handled the entire process seamlessly, getting me set up with a rental car and staying in constant communication throughout. When I picked my car up, the interior and exterior had been detailed. They even set up Hertz Rent a Car and had them meet me at their shop with a rental. When I got my pickup back it was washed and vacuumed. Some people have an odd bond with their car. I am one of those people. Going through an accident, dealing with insurance companies and all that that entails is stressful and unpleasant. From my first contact with No. 1 I felt like I finally had support and someone to answer my questions and help me through the process. Patrick in particular was patient, answered my questions, sent me updates and reassured me when I expressed my concerns that my car would not be the same. They did an amazing job, and you cant tell that there was ever any damage. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Patrick and the team for working with me and taking care of my car. I highly recommend No. 1 Automotive.

I remain astonished at their poor customer service. A couple of years ago the manager scheduled a visit for me on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. I arrived early to be told this same manager left early to travel to Whistler. I rescheduled. He met with me two weeks later to look at my car. A month then passed without communication - I contacted him and was told he was still researching the parts that were necessary to accomplish the repair (my car is an older Porsche). Another month passed, nothing. Two weeks later I called and he still had not prepared my quote. I went elsewhere - Queen City in Seattle - they were exceptional.Recently, I needed a top quality but small job done (locally because I am selling this car). Porsche recommends them so I thought I would give them a try. Three emails to them later, no response at all.At this point it is important to get the word out - their repair and paint maybe okay (you can do better, elsewhere), but their service is incredibly poor. Please, do not waste your time as you will be massively disappointed. Go to a location who wants your business and who will treat you with respect. You deserve that!

My car looks like new thanks

My car looks PERFECT! You could never tell there was nearly 3K in damage to it last week. I worked directly with Ilieida, Scott, and Tony at #1. They are extremely friendly and have first class customer service.When your car gets hit, it is a pretty devastating experience and I entered the shop upset. Somehow they got me laughing and I left after receiving my estimate feeling much better. They worked with me in record time to finish my vehicle in less than a week in time for me to leave town. Their communication was great and they coordinate everything with the rental car company for you. They even took the time to clean off some house-paint from me scarping against my carport which was not something they had to fix.#1 went above and beyond and I am so pleased with the work they did and how seamlessly and quickly everything came together.If your car gets hit, this is the place you want to go! My 2013 CR-V sustained minor damage. This was the first time I relied on #1 Automotive for the repair. From get go, I was impressed by the friendly personnel both at registration and during the inspection. Over and above another top-rated shop that I have used in the past. The end result - parts replacement and all cosmetic repair done perfectly. My auto was returned pristinely clean, inside and out. All referrals in the future will be directed towards #1 Auto!

Fire at No 1 Collision caused by one of their employees destroyed our car. It was in for a dent repair that was apparently completed before the fire. Our insurance company considered the car a write off and sent an auctions firm to pick it up for salvage. The General Manager of No. 1 would not release the car until we paid him money for the repair work even though the vehicle was never returned to us. We ended up filing with our insurance company for the value of the vehicle but had to pay Joel, the General Manager to get the salvage value proceeds.

Had a great experience with Scott at No. 1 Collision...He was very thorough in making sure that my SUV was repaired in a timely manner, as well as coordinating payment from my insurance company. He even made a personal trip to my office to bring me the 2nd key that was left behind.

The larger, dark haired lady who does the estimates is just flat out rude. Literally was speechless and didnt know how to respond due to her rude, stinky attitude. If your working customer service, you should never have an attitude so bad it chases customers away. Bad asset to the company. Rated this one star originally but Scott (I believe)reached out to me and showed me stellar service, how it should be done. Thank you Scott, even though I went through another company, I will change it to 3 stars because of your amazing service, pactience and attentiveness. Thats a valuable employee, one who can combat a bad experience/fellow employee with a good, gracious gestures.

I was so confused.......when I read some of these reviews! I am a Dialysis Travel Nurse from the city of Chicago, IL and have seen all kinds of terrible workmanship, BUT No.1 Collision is by far from that category. They welcomed my presence, went the extra mile, and even got done fixing my wrecked 2013 Challenger faster than expected. Im sorry that they got bad reviews, cause they are and were wonderful to me and my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
