I just got done purchasing a brand new outback from Brian Smith and the experience was beyond fantastic. Ive purchased many cars in my life and this was the smoothest experience Ive ever had . Lori Bockwoldt who is the finance manager got me a sweet deal and was very helpful explaining the extra added options etc. If you are looking to buy a new car, I highly suggest working with these two people. Hands down best dealership ive ever been too! Brian also took the extra time to go over every feature which was nice considering how advance this car is .

I arrived late for a recall, they squeezed me in, took care of that and did a complete inspection. It took more time than I would have liked, but they did a good job, so I cant complain.

Mark went above and beyond to make sure that my service was seem less. I live on camano Island and have two dealerships that are at least 30 mins closer to me. But it is because of the people like Mark that I travel all the way there to have my service done. That and I know that another dealership most likely would have tried to tell me my rotors are bad and I need to replace them.I happily recommend this dealership and their honesty.
