We had a great experience here. Family owned so that’s a plus! Our bed and frame have been one of the best investments. We’ve never slept better. It was very useful being able to go in and try them out. I highly recommend.

Great experience getting a new mattress for my daughter. She was able to get a wonderful mattress at a great price. Much more pleasant then going to the larger chain stores.

I have the bed that was “made for their store” it’s beyond amazing. 6 months later every night I get in bed and think ahh this bed is so amazing, so cheesy but true! Price was right and service was fantastic.

We bought a new mattress from them, local business, great reviews.Thought we bought a name brand mattress, about a year later now, noticed mattress getting impressions in mattress at the hip area, now we have been rotating mattress quarterly,my wife and I are average build,today I looked at the tag after rotating the mattress, it was manufactured by Omac LLC. WHO????We moved to Texas earlier this year, solesson learned.If you buy from these guys make sure get what you paid for, when it is delivered.Update. 2 years later. Looking for a new mattress. We followed instructions to rotate mattress put it still sunk and isnt comfortable at all.Nice folks, lousy, expensive product.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and were in need of an upgraded mattress. After looking online at some of the new companies we decided to try out a local business and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in they were nothing short of fantastic, walked us through all of our options and were never close to pushy. Prices were very competitive and they even included a bedframe as a house warming present. Cannot recommend them enough, wonderful people and a great local business.

We are thoroughly pleased with the entire purchase process at Northwest Sleep Solutions. My son needed a new mattress, and as a college student who will be out of the house soon, this was a great way for him to fly solo for a bigger purchase. The staff at NWSS were fantastic at helping him find the mattress that was just right for him with no pressure. The prices were good, the quality is excellent, and I am pleased to be able to support a local, family owned business.I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a mattress or bedding. My son is sleeping better than he has in a while!

So great. Bought a nice WOOL comforter for a very reasonable price. Lots of pillows to choose from, Scott even let me take some home to try out. After 3 different pillows I settled on the Wool pillow. Highly recommended. They are experts

Sent my bed with my daughter on the first of April when she moved. Figured if I was going to buy a new bed, it was going to be mine. Stores were just closed. Reopening was stalled. Evidently mattresses are not essential, although, I find them so. As soon as NWSS was able to make deliveries, Scott contacted me and put me on the delivery docket. He sent two nice fellas to bring me a bed on their first delivery day. I purchased the Sucia with a Eurotop. Did a little moving around the first night-- not tossing and turning, but just figuring out that every position I chose was lovely. I love my bed and am so delighted with being able to purchase a eco-friendly mattress that could second for a cloud. I expect some people can spend 1000s on a bed, and they have those too, but I am not in that category. So thank you for supplying eco-friendly comfortable affordable mattresses for the rest of us.

I helped my mother, who just moved to town from far away, buy two mattresses here today. I chose this mattress place over others because the reviews were so encouraging, and Im happy to say they were also accurate. The owner, who helped us, was friendly, knowledgeable, and oh-so-NOT-pushy. We walked away pleased, feeling we got the right bed for us without any of that I just got ripped off feeling you expect from chain mattress stores.

Good salesman- we did a lot of research on beds and really wanted to support locally and enjoyed our purchasing experience. However, 2 yrs later our 10 yr warenty only gets us 40% off a replacement. There mustve been a misunderstanding or miscommunication because we didnt break in our Cali king bed by sleeping in the middle of it and now there is a big ridge in the middle. If you want a good warentry I guess try Costco?

The folks here are just as nice as you can find. They have a great selection of mattresses, but will only show you the kind that you are interested in or are the best for what you describe is your sleeping style, health issues, and body type.

Hands down, the best consumer experience Ive had in a long time. The only reason I can think of to shop other places first is so you can truly appreciate the rock solid value and expertise of this family-operated business. Working with the owner, Scott, was more like working with an advocate or a dula than a salesperso and we ended up paying a little less than half what we would have paid for a mattress on super sale at Maceys -- that we didnt like as much as the one we ended up with. Not only that, our new mattress was delivered in two days, for free to our home out in east Whatcom Co. (it would have been 5 weeks, and $150 from Maceys) and Sleep Solutions even hauled away our old mattress to give to a homeless family.
